1、朋友A是南方某省的五金家装行业地区龙头，前两年在柬埔寨也买了地皮正在盖厂房。 目前状态：国内工厂的美国业务方面，美国客户已经停止下单，但是4月2号之前客户已经下单在做的，或者已经出货还在海上运输的，客户没有让停止，反而要求加快出货。柬埔寨那边，本来工厂还没建好就已经拿到了大额订单，但现在关税突然落地客户虽然有点动摇但没有取消订单，原因是客户觉得柬埔寨服软后能降一些关税。现在他们柬埔寨厂子那边延缓了厂房建设，控制资金流，静待后续4月9号的动作。

2、我问他们如果极端的100%对华关税落地了，他们客户和他们自己分别承担多少。他回复说如果是大卖场的客户比如Cosco这种，大概率他们自己要承担至少一半。由于本来净利润率这两年就卷到了只有7-8个点，因此肯定巨额亏损。他们目前想的是，一方面赶紧去找其他国家同类型客户来替代，另一方面就是对于美国订单，叠加新的关税后算一下，只要亏损能承受的起也干，不能让厂子停了。
