The client isn’t always right. There, I said it. I know this to be true because I have worked with clients who have been wrong, this is OK though, in fact it is inevitable, but of course there are many times when the client is right and does know best but this article isn’t concerned with those instances.

Today I can announce that I launched my website using the service of tumblr. I like tumblr because I like its simplicity. Tumblr lets you share anything e.g. text, photos, links. Using there integrated mobile version you got an nice view on my website with iPhone or Blackberry.

Another reason using tumblr is their iPhone app which is extremly simple and easy to use. If your planning to get your own website take a look at them.

The technical base of this website is HTML5 and CSS3 which both are a new technologie so the works actually are in progress. I some time both will be the new standard in webdesign. At the moment there are only a few browsers supporting them. So I need some help to get the advantages of HTML5 and CSS3 to browsers like Internet Explorer. After some searches I found with Modernizr a simple and small JavaScript library that allow me to use new properties and elements of HTML 5 and CSS3 in clever way.
