I caught wind of this today – a 90 day video challenge.  And the more I thought about it the more excited I became. Is is this easy to do, a video every day? Absolutely not. But is this also easy NOT to do, too? Yep! So I have a choice to make. Don’t do the challenge – or embrace the idea and “go for it!”

As far as I know it is Mia Davies who started this challenge. She also has a Facebook group that is all about the 90 day video challenge. I encourage you to visit her blog and find out what other people are doing.

Here are the basic guidelines and some benefits from embarking on a 3 month challenge like this. The experience you gain from doing this and completing the 90 days is going to be life-changing. I thank Mia for the following:

• You improve your ability to communicate a message powerfully
• You improve your ability to express yourself and your ideas
• You get your message to many people at one time
• You start to accept and maybe even “like” yourself
• You become more comfortable in your day to day interaction

• And you will become much more proficient at quickly making videos.

Here Are the Simple Rules of the Challenge

• Make a video every single day and post it to your YouTube channel, FB or any other location you like.
• Keep your videos under 2 minutes
• Share something that helps people or makes a difference for them. Either something you learned or experience or a challenge you overcame.
• Have a call to action at the end of your videos to click a link to rate, comment or subscribe!
• If you take this challenge on I promise you will see miracles in your life and your business in the next 30 days!!

I have known one of the owners of Synnd and Social Media Science, Tom Rozof, when Synnd was just a part of his vision. I’ve been a graphic designer for about 12 years, mostly working in the sign business. I have designed thousands of different signs. But when it comes to building a new header graphic for one of my many blogs, I struggle. Why? I know Photoshop just enough to get by, and the other programs really don’t do a great job designing a header.  I don’t know. I’ve tried to design headers in my expensive sign making software, but I haven’t liked the results.

So when I got wind of XSite Pro coming out with a new way to easily make blog and website graphic headers, I was anxious to find out what it really did.

XHeader impressed me with an easy to use interface, simple software layout, and professional results that made me look like I’d been using graphic design software for years. Easy to Use Interface

One of the first things I noticed about using XHeader was the easy to use interface. Everything is arranged in a logical and consistent manner that let me go directly to what I wanted to do as soon as I wanted to do it without ever touching the tutorial.

Professional Looking Results

I was shocked by the professional looking results I was able to achieve with such a simple piece of free software. XHeader is so easy to use that until I tried it I expected the results to be lackluster, at best. I was wrong. While the interface may not be complicated, the power to create a professional header is definitely there. XHeader provides everything I needed for giving my website a solid and professional looking header, with the simplicity coming from focusing on only creating headers.

I was especially impressed with the images XHeader made available for me to use with my website. I went ahead and registered to get the 500 images package, and I wasn’t disappointed. There was a wide variety of professional looking header images available, enough to match any style of website design and content. With the image set XHeader offered, I had no problem making a professional looking header that fit in with my website.

Conclusions

I was impressed by XHeader, and I can solidly recommend the software to anyone looking for a way to create a professional looking website or blog header without being a Photoshop pro. Dr. Wentz is a remarkable man. He received his Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. In 1974 he started Gull Laboratories as a one-man operation. He was successful inmarketing several of his own products to hospitals and clinical laboratories after gaining FDA approval for them.

Let’s get right down to business to discover what these 6 steps really
are about. Most people are interested in making a fortune. But alas, most
people won’t move out of their comfort zone to even find out how.

These steps are actually from Napoleon Hill’s famous book, “Think and Grow Rich.” I love that title. It doesn’t say “Work Hard and Grow Rich”, it says THINK! But most people disregard the importance of
how your mind and subconscious work together – for or against you. This article is all about training your mind to serve the real you.

Here are the 6 Steps that will make you a fortune.

1) Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. It is not
sufficient merely to say, “I want plenty of money.” Be definite as to
the amount. There is a psychological reason for definiteness that has
to do with faith. Being vague about how much money you desire will
produce vague results.

I personally have seen many people who won’t be specific, and I
think they don’t want to be held responsible if it doesn’t come to
pass. Saying “Plenty of money” gets them off the hook if they don’t
get “plenty” because plenty means “whatever”.

2) Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. (There is no such reality as “something for nothing.”)

What will you give, or what will you give up for the money you
desire? This is a critical decision, because this means work. It
means sacrifice. It means doing what you don’t want to do. But keep
this one thing in mind: If you do today what the masses will never
do, you will have tomorrow what the masses will never have.  So will
you step up and be part of the 5% who will DO? Or stay in your mediocrity,
swimming with the 95% who won’t DO?

3) Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money
you desire.

This third key puts rubber to the road. It makes you extend yourself
and be a lot more definite. All of these 6 steps will push you to get
any “wishy – washy” junk out of your system. Setting a definite date
is like sealing the deal in stone. It puts traction to your faith.

4) Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at
once, whether you are ready or not to put this plan into action.

Here comes the real test. Now this calls for ACTION – and a plan -
a DEFINITE PLAN. Notice it is a definite plan for carrying out
your what? Your DESIRE! Wow that’s awesome. You get to put into
action a plan tied to your desire. How big is your desire?

Well I’ll tell you one thing, just typing out these 6 steps has
gotten me all stirred up. If you read this article 2 or 3 times and
take action, you will get pumped up too!

5) Write out a clear, concise statement of the amount of money you intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state
what you intend to give in return for the money, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.

This is where a lot of people drop the ball. They think they can
just carry their new “goals” around in their head. Studies have
proven time and again that just writing down your goals will have a
huge impact on your success. So you have another choice to make.
Isn’t this fun?

6) Read your written statement aloud twice daily, once just before
retiring at night and once after arising in the morning. As you read, see and feel and believe yourself already in possession of the money.

Now I thought to myself – Why should I have to read my written
statement outloud? Then in every goal setting book, or CD or video
that I have studied, they ALL say “outloud.” This has magic in it. You
“hear” yourself and you get to see, feel and believe yourself already
in possession of the money. Is that a good enough reason to always
read it “outloud?”

It is very important to do all these steps, but especially step #6.
By doing this twice / day, you will start burning it into your
subconscious. And when the negative thoughts and people try to steal
your desire, you will have the strength of your conviction set in
stone and you won’t lose any momentum!

How many people earning 6.5 to 7 figures annually are the result of multilevel network marketing? It may surprise you to find out that multilevel network marketing sports more 6 and 7-figure earners than ANY other profession or field, including franchises.

For example, a system for creating leads. Another system for converting these leads into “sign-ups.” And possibly an additional system for maximizing your retention rate – people lasting beyond 63 days.

2. Action,  MASSIVE CONSISTENT ACTION! This should be implemented over a six month to 2 year interval. The activity I’m discussing is mainly prospecting. Calling the leads you’ve produced, phoning your warm market. Dialing your cold market.

There are other kinds of marketing also, such as postcards.  But no matter what it is it has to be massive and consistent. You will not be successful with this if you don’t have a really clearly defined “WHY” which propells you through the naysayers and rejection.

3. Rinse and Repeat. What I mean by this is review, analyze and get better. When you are signing up 30 people per month, don’t sit back and say “great.” Understand why you aren’t recruiting 40 people. Then 50. Continue pushing yourself to get much better.

These three success strategies will work. Chances are most people won’t have the guts to do this. That’s Okay. The Diamond’s circle is granted to those who constantly perform just what most people won’t ever do.

1. How long has the company been in business? Many MLM companies have a great fan-fare start, but you can’t find them at all in 18 months. A good guideline is about 5 years, but this is just a guideline. But one thing never changes. If you feel totally passionate about  your new MLM start-up, then give it all you have! This is the first key you have to be able to judge whether you should join a company or not.

2. What is their “Retention Rate?” What percentage of new sign-ups actually STAY on the monthly auto ship program for at least 6 months? The MLM industry “standard” rate is a dismal 15%. Find a company that has a higher – a lot higher rate, and you will know that people actually love and are selling the product.

3. How much competition is there? This is a BIG deal. Why do so many people join network marketing companies without giving this a thought? There are a few “niches” that I personally would stay clear of. And this includes”Juice” MLM companies, travel businesses and cell phone companies. I have nothing against these companies. But why put yourself at a disadvantage from day one? So be looking out for a company with NO competition that has a hot product – and you’ll be looking at the best MLM business!

4. How popular are the products or services? Are the products part of a growing trend or one that is slowly dying? You will want to do your own research into all of this and ask yourself some hard questions. You want to steer clear of a company that has passed it’s upward growth stage and is now in decline. This may have nothing to to with product popularity, but sometimes it does.

These four keys should help you and enable you to pick out the best MLM business for you. I personally have found the best one for me. It has NO competition, has an outrageous retention rate of 90%, and has an ever growing prospect population of at least 130 million people – just in the USA. My only downside is the company is about a year old.
