Crushed this bottle on Saturday night. Hourglass is one of my favorite all time Cali-cabs… It’s hard to get – it took me 6 months to get on their mailing list, it’s almost never available in wine stores so I took out my camera and fired away. I figured that the pic would last – the bottle definitely didn’t.

It was either this or Corona heavy… I chose this every time… I would have preferred it in the bottle, but under the circumstances, on this beach closing in on sunset, it was perfect.

What else is there to say? Thank God it’s the Knicks. We’ve suffered enough.

I shot this last year walking from Boston to Cambridge… I don’t know why the word Squib caught my eye.

After a full day of shooting inside the Ro-Jan Central School we opted for a few exterior shots at sunset.

I can’t remember looking forward to a Superbowl more, it’s going to be a sick game.

Trolling through the archives today… I was on a cruise a few years ago and I was amazed to see a Peregrine Falcon land on a railing near my room… I’ve always wondered if this kid had any clue what kind of bird it was. I was so upset all I had was my Canon 24-700mm – a 70-200 would have been awesome… and then of course the Peregrine took off and flew maybe 10 feet from me right past my balcony and I missed it entirely – every shot blurry. Peregrines are my favorite raptor species by far and I haven’t had as much opportunity to photograph them as I would like.
