Steve Kimock Crazy Engine welcomes long-time friends and very special guests Bernie Worrell (Parliament/Funkadelic, Talking Heads) and Bobby Vega (Sly and the Family Stone, KVHW, ZERO) to the Gathering of the Vibes, the 25th Annual Jerry Garcia Birthday Bash, and the Sellersville Theater. This special one-night performance will feature some of the best improvised rock music found on the scene today. Expect heavy-funk driven bass lines, psychedelic keyboard chemistry and the soaring fat-toned guitar that only Kimock can deliver.

Rounding out the powerhouse line-up will be drummer John Morgan Kimock and other surprise guests!

San Geronimo that is…. Steve Kimock & Greg Anton bring ZERO music to the San Geronimo Valley Summer Festival for a benefit on Sunday, July 25th. Proceeds from the show are supporting San Geronimo Valley Community Center Human Services, Arts, and Youth programs. Lots of kid activities (kids $5 at door) and the concert will be at a beautiful new field location at the center! Come out and support an all around good cause and great music!

Steve Kimock & Friends will play ZERO music @ the Mystic Garden Party on July 23rd. The event has been moved to the Waterwheel Park in Manton, CA. The 5-day ‘gathering of the tribes’ from July 21-26, features visionary art, an eco village, kids village, yoga camp, drum temple, crystal water temple, and many more camps and inspiring workshops; while also striving for a ZERO waste event. Other entertainment includes: Michael Franti & Spearhead, Everyone Orchestra, Mutaydor, CB-3, Youssoupha Sidibe & the Mystic Rhythm Band and much more!

Event lineup: 7 Walkers featuring Bill Kreutzmann, Papa Mali, Matt Hubbard and George Porter Jr., Everyone Orchestra featuring Steve Kimock, Melvin Seals, George Porter Jr. Dan Lebowitz, Aaron Redner, Dave Brogan, Nat Keefe, Jans Ingber and more, conducted by Matt Butler… and then the triumphant West Coast debut of
Holy Kimoto! with Steve Kimock, Kyle Hollingsworth, Michael Travis, and Jason Hann.
Event starts at 2 PM and goes until the morning, with other acts to open.
