So I had this really weird experience last night. Not really sure what it was or even whether to be concerned enough to go to the doctor. So I figure I’ll dump it here and if, on the off chance someone is a doctor or has some insight, maybe seek more information from a GP

I give a real example of a 19 year old that has come through the NCEA school system and has now entered the real world without any ability to solve even the most basic of maths problems. Yet even with children failing to learn, Teachers still rail against implementing Standards in schools.
