I'm an Ashton Kutcher fan. I've followed up on That 70s Show and now on Two and a Half Men.

Each week there's a new host. That way people don't catch on and suspect they are being Punk'd before the prank is over. The first week Justin Bieber is hosting. He pranks Taylor Swift! Check it out below.

The Boeing 757-300 landed late last night. After about 3000 miles and nine hours later (including a two hour layover), we finally touched down in California. My first thoughts were of relief, but also a bit of anxiety. I was glad that we were back home, but at the same time it also meant work was looming. For the past week, my friends and I had been waking up at 6:00AM Costa Rican time. For those of you on Pacific time, that is an hour later.

We traveled in Costa Rica for a week; while stopping at four different citis including San Jose, La Fortuna, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio.

Day 1

The Friday morning we left was spent mostly traveling. We were first stopped by a thirty minute flight delay due to thunderstorms in Houston, Texas. From California to Houston it took about three and a half hours. When we arrived at the George Bush airport in Houston, we ate lunch and waited for our next flight. We knew that we would be away from our American comforts, so a last minute Jamba Juice run was necessary. Immediately we noticed that the person preparing our "red gummy bear" drink was also holding the drink instructions in her right. Lone behold, it wasn't the best drink. After we departed from Houston, three hours later we touched down in the nation's capital, San Jose, Costa Rica, at around 10pm. What were our first impressions? San Jose is equivalent to a dangerous LA neighborhood. The streets were dirty, small, and dim-lit. To my left semi-rundown buildings and to my right I saw the same. Before we boarded the plane from Houston to Costa Rica, we ran into a Costa Rican local, who warned us to stick together in San Jose especially since we did not look like locals. We quickly proceeded to immigration. The officer asked for my passport and the immigration form. I had left my occupation blank. He asked what I did for a living. For whatever reason my first instinct was to tell him I was unemployed. "No trabajo", said the officer to his co-worker. They shared a chuckle.

After we passed customs and immigration, a taxi driver approached us and asked where we were going. First stop in San Jose - Hotel Le Bergerac. His red Corolla sped down downtown and on the way we passed what looked like a house party. Young adults were being patted down as they entered the house. We chatted with the taxi driver and asked him about the weather. He said that it rained constantly on and off. After about twenty minutes, we arrived at our hotel for the night. A nice girl took us to our room and I was actually pleasantly surprised. It wasn't a five star hotel/resort, but it wasn't rundown either. You could tell this was a nicely kept hotel. We were completely exhausted, so we knocked out.
<!--

As cliché as it is to say, a better life for me is having those around me be happy. When we talk about happiness, I’m not talking about having every moment be pure jubilation. That is largely impossible.

The happiness I speak of is inner peace and the sense that we have everything to be happy already. That’s not to say that we shouldn’t have any desires; but when our criteria for happiness becomes having this job, that type of girl/guy, that house, etc. We are essentially trying to fill a leaky bucket with water.

Let’s face it. Most of our issues are not whether or not we have something to eat tomorrow, but what are we going to do about next week’s presentation to the VP. While we may have everything to be happy, the truth is few of us are. We believe that when we land that perfect job, then we will be happy. The problem with that is then your happiness becomes dependent on landing that job. This in turn creates anxiety, stress, and tension. The reality is that if we stopped focusing on ourselves, we’ll have a better chance at happiness.
<!--

Or maybe not.

It’s hard to imagine that I’m starting my third year at a Big 4 accounting firm. As I reflect my experiences, truthfully I can’t tell you what I traded two years of my life for. I know I’ve developed great accounting skills. But if you tell that to anyone outside of accounting, they could care less. It certainly has not drawn any chicks. I almost want to say that I wasted two years of my life.

<strike>
</strike>

In college, everybody wanted to get into the Big 4. If I had to do it all over again, I probably would not have taken them up on this offer. But, ask me another day and my answer may be different.

The end goal is always to live a better life. I seriously do not know what I have today that I didn’t have back then. In fact, I think I actually lost friends because of this job. People begin to think you are ignoring them during busy season. The truth is you are working ungodly hours and don’t even have time to sleep! So, you put yourself in their shoes and force yourself to nurture your relationship. Well, you are so exhausted from those long hours that when you meet them for the first time in six months, you don’t even have the energy to be enthusiastic. They take it the wrong way and figure you are not interested in seeing them.

Having your dream job, dream car, dream house, and dream girlfriend, etc. is what it is - just a dream. To a certain degree, if you are out there “collecting” these situations, you mind as well try to win the lottery. There are too many external factors that affect the chances of you landing that great job. This includes whether your dream job even exists. Even then suppose it isn’t in the area you are living. Would you leave your dream house, if it meant you’d get your dream job? You’d think you’d be able to have both, which may be the case, but what about having all ten of your dreams fulfilled?

I am future focused. My belief is if I focus on laying a solid foundation today, tomorrow I will reap the benefits. I’d gladly pay the price today and delay my reward for an even greater reward tomorrow. If only, life worked in such a systematic way. What you put in, you may not necessarily get back. Even if you do get it back, who knows when you will be able to collect?

Live for the present because who knows if you’ll have a tomorrow.

<!--

Dirk Nowitzki (41) of the Dallas Mavericks reacts after making a jump shot in the fourth quarter while taking on the Miami Heat in Game 6 on Sunday in Miami, Florida. (Ronald Martinez/Getty Images)

For the first time in NBA and Mavericks franchise history, the Dallas Mavericks win the NBA championship. Finally, a team other than the Los Angeles Lakers or San Antonio Spurs comes out on top. Yes, you could argue that the Celtics won it in '08, Heat in '06, and Pistons prior to that in '04. But, sometimes you can't deny the fact that it doesn't feel that way.

Throughout the NBA finals, everywhere I looked except in Miami, everyone appeared to be rooting for the Dallas Mavericks to pull through. Or I should say we were hoping for the Miami Heat to lose. Perhaps, it has something to do with their "welcome party" they had before the season even began. Was that the most modest display in all of professional sports or what? Maybe after all of that, the Heat deserved to lose. Still, the look on Chris Bosh, Lebron James, and even Dwayne Wade's faces did win some of my sympathy.

Put yourself in the player's shoes. How would you deal with the pressures of the media, fans, and coaches? You might compare dealing with coaches with dealing with bosses and fans to friends and family. But, what about the media? During the press conference interview after the game, Mark Cuban, the owner of the Mavs, said it best. He said that he could care less about what everyone else thought. The bottom line is to trust and believe in yourself. What does that mean? I take it to mean that when you are working towards a goal and hit a road block, do what you think is best for yourself and not what everyone else thinks is best for you. Mark Cuban said, "there is no magic formula to creating a championship team". Similarly in life, there is no set path; it is different for everybody. Have confidence in yourself that you'll make the right decisions.
<!--

Of the below, I use the 'windows key + M' shortcut the most.

1. Ctrl + Drag File
Makes a quick copy of the file/folder

2. Windows key + M
Minimizes all open windows

3. Alt + double click file/folder
Pulled up the 'System Properties' dialog box
<!--

Though I've heard some of these cars are capable of running upward towards 200k miles, it is time to look at alternative options. Among which includes the luxurious Porsche Boxster S Black Edition. Limited to 987 cars and ranging from $65k to $68k, my chances of purchasing this car are slim to none. Comparatively speaking, I purchased my used Nissan with 50k miles for $15k. Should the government decide to do away with the income tax and for whatever reason I survive without shelter and food for a year and a half, I should have enough to buy the Porsche. That being said, this is still a ridiculously sleek car. That alone, regardless of the price, is worth a consideration. Tell me this isn't a bad ass car?

Where is the most favorable female to male ratio for men?

Generally speaking, the east coast is more mate friendly to us males. For example, in New York there are approximately 200,000 more single women (25 to 44 years of age) than single men!

All my life, I've lived on the west coast, without a reason to move. Now at the very least, I've planted a seed in my mind. So, why hasn't that seed grown into a plant or what is keeping me here? The unbeatable sunny weather. Where the east coast has snow, rain, and hail; I'd gladly wager a bet that the west coast, particularly the weather in California is sunny 90% of the year.

If I were to move to the east coast, what city would I consider moving to? Recently, December of 2010, U.S. News, ranked New York, Northern Jersey, and Long Island as the best places for single men to be on New Year's Eve. I take this to also mean, best places for men to get action. New York is followed by Washington, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Boston, Memphis, St. Louis, and then Cleveland.

1. New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island - 149,219 more women than men

2. Washington-Arlington-Alexandria - 48,177
3. Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington - 30,929
4. Baltimore-Towson - 26,575
5. Boston-Cambridge-Quincy - 16,192
6. Memphis, Tennessee - 12,856
7. St. Louis, Missouri- 11,639
8. Cleveland-Elyria-Mentor, Ohio- 8,694

Up till recently, I've been considering Boston on the weak basis that it "sounds" like a great city. But, we all know New York is a great place to play and work. There is a rich culture (music and fashion) with great restaurants and clubs. Best of all, women outnumber men. Incidentally, New York was ranked the top city in the world for men by Politics Daily. How practical would it be for me to pick up and leave the west coast? The great thing about working for a Big 4 is that I can transfer to a different office in a different state and city rather easily. Since I'm not married or have kids, I'd say this would be the best time for me to make a change.

I'll need to think it through as I dislike the the fact that New York city is a major city, to say the least, and cost of living is bananas over there.

You only live once and I guess you can't have it all.

<!--

It started as a joke. Even though we did not believe what was written on the label, we would apply the 'stress relief' lotion pretending that all our stress suddenly vanished the moment we applied that lotion. Now I can't stop applying the lotion. It smells pretty good. I use it when I sit quietly during my meditation sessions.
You can check online and play some apt internet casinos, or you can travel to one. There are many casinos online, a few of them are 32 Vegas, Club World Casino, Fortune Room, Cherry Casino, Party Casino, Platinum Play, Ruby Fortune, Slot O' Cash and VIP Slots. Quite a few of these sites offer a full line of casino games, while others offer only slot games. If, however, you prefer to travel and visit a casino, you may want to check out some of these casinos located all over the world.

The first destination is Las Vegas. There is nowhere else in the world like Las Vegas, it is the capitol of glitz and glamour. Las Vegas is the home of many different casinos such as, The Bellagio, Binion's Horseshoe Hotel and Casino, Ceasar's Palace, Casino Royale, Golden Nugget, MGM Grand and The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. All of which offer standard casino games like poker, blackjack games, craps and bingo. Next on our list is Les Casinos de Monte Carlo in Europe. This is the classiest casino in Europe, and players come from all over the world to experience the luxury that this casino offers.

The Venetian Macao in China opened on August 28, 2007 and is the largest single structure hotel type building in Asia. It cost $2.4 billion to build and offers 3,000 suits, 3,400 slot machines and 800 gaming tables. This casino is modeled after The Venetian in Las Vegas. The Congress Casino Baden in Vienna, Austria opened in 1934 and houses both the congress (11%) and casino (89%). they offer standard online casino games as well as host the Baden Poker Festival each year. Finally there is the casino at Sun City in Bophutatswana, South Africa. Sun City is the largest amusement facility in South Africa and the casino houses 40 gaming tables and 850 slot machines.

Casinos play a huge part in tourism no matter what country they are located in. Tourism is vital to many countries, including the ones listed above. The casinos not only bring in revenue from visitors but they also provide job opportunities to the locals who may otherwise be unemployed.
<!--

This is especially the case with luxury cars. Acura's Calvin Johnson, NFL Football player, commercial was no exception. I can't quite place my finger on where the cello music is from; it must be an original. But, it sounds very similar to the prelude to 'Bach - Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major BWV1007 - Mov. 1-3/6'.
