Did you know that just two weeks from today the Little Rock Farmers Market opens for the season? The Farmers Market is a great opportunity to not only load up on fresh, locally grown produce and food that is rich in nutrients, but it’s also a great time to support the local farmers and their families and the local economy.

Taking place from 7am to 3pm every Tuesday and Saturday from April 24th to October 27, 2012, this farmers market is the place to buy your produce straight from the growers. You can expect a wide range of fruits and vegetables from strawberries, watermelon, plums and berries to eggplant, peppers, squash, asparagus and even things like goat cheese and eggs.
