Dallas area native and Tony Romo’s number one fan, Jessica Simpson, was spotted at The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa’s Bolla Bar yesterday evening. Jessica looked fabulous, and was reportedly enjoying a casual night out sipping vodka sodas with her mom and childhood Sunday school teachers.

Jimmy Fallon recently departed The Stoneleigh after spending several days preparing for his comedy showcase in Addison this past weekend. In addition to a passionate in room rehersal, Mr. Fallon enjoyed spending his evenings unwinding at Bolla Bar as well as indulging in a quick facial at The Spa.

People.com picked up the story this morning as well as made mention of his upcoming late night talk show soon to debut on NBC.

Several stars have made The Stoneleigh their home away from home as of late. After completing their performance at The Nokia Theatre on December 5th, Snow Patrol checked out over the weekend and is now headed to the heart of LA.

Snow Patrol is scheduled to perform this Thursday evening on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. Jimmy will be interviewing Sean “Diddy” Combs as well as highlighting Snow Patrol’s upcoming/yet to be released single Crack The Shutters.  

In other celeb sighting news, Colbie Caillat departed The Stoneleigh yesterday after a stunning performance at The House of Blues in Victory Park on Monday evening. A burgeoning young star, Colbie has already toured with the likes of Lifehouse, The Goo Goo Dolls and this past summer John Mayer.
