Just like what I guessed before, Sanji will have a hard time with G5 Vice Admiral Vergo. With Sanji’s situation I am sure the battle between the two will not last any longer right after this chapter. I was thinking that Vergo’s true ability and to the fact that they were in the New World it just means that he is someone to watch out for. What I expect next with the Sanji vs Vergo fight is Smoker’s interruption and I guess this is the right time for him to shine.

Finally, Law has something to surprise us a lot as the arc goes on. Little by little it looks like everything is working according to his plan. I can’t wait to see the next development of the story and how Law was helped by the accidental arrival of the Straw Hats in the Punk Hazard to fulfill his plans for the New World.

One Piece 681 – Luffy vs Master is a post from: Straw Hat Luffy

Though the kick of Sanji towards Vergo is epic I find Sanji in disadvantage because of his heavily injured body. I love the way Sanji got berserk like the way I find his quote epic “I heard the sound of a woman’s tears falling.”

Throughout the arc I think Oda will do a way so that the battle between Smoker and Vergo pursue and achieve Marine justice.

From the looks of the chapter I think the next update will do something about Law’s preparation for a big surprise and will probably create a big twist with the epic battle inside CC’s laboratory.

One Piece 680 – Captain of the Marine’s G-5, Kichiku no Vergo is a post from: Straw Hat Luffy

What caught my attention with this chapter were the Zoro, Brook and Kinemon three musketeer attacks during the phase of the story. Aside from that I find the G-5 Marines very heroic, as they show their heroic act as they save their Captain Tashigi.

What I am expecting for the next chapter is a probable explanation on how the group will be distributed inside the laboratory and let the battle begin. Aside from that I think there will be a big surprise next week, hopefully. I am sure Oda will come out for something big next week.

One Piece 679 – Determination G-5 is a post from: Straw Hat Luffy

Now I know what was G5 marine’s role in the arc and this is to help everyone to be save by doing the patches for the door passage that was destroyed by Zoro’s group.

Aside from Zoro it is all noticeable Usopps calmness during their situation. He looks very different compare to how he reacts during the pre-timeskip from where he was usually panicking.

One more thing I like about the chapter is Smoker’s bravery deciding to fight on his own for the sake of the marine’s honor against Vergo.

Hopefully, Oda will showcase us a good fight next week.

One Piece 678 – Inside The Lab, Lobby of Building A is a post from: Straw Hat Luffy

I think this was the first time that I felt the power of the New World characters. On the other hand the chapter makes me more impress with Law ability to think ahead and have everything set according to his plan.

Seems that Oda will end the arc soon as he let the whole Punk Hazard cast to be in one place and made it sure that that the alliance with Smoker is clear. I love this chapter and I am very happy to see everyone together again.

I can’t wait to see how the Straw Hat Pirates go crazy next week.

One Piece 677 – Counter Hazard is a post from: Straw Hat Luffy

The devil fruit transformation was a bit confusing and a lot of theories were predicted on how it could possibly happen but I guess I’ll stick in waiting for the real reason behind this transformation and what I was looking after right now is the possible action scenes next chapter.

The people that I am thinking of that might help them to break out are Franky’s laser ability, Monet’s theory of secret alliance with Law, and Usopps time to shine moment. I was thinking it might be Monet behind the secret message that was thrown with Chopper and I believe that Monet will not work for someone like CC at all. On the other hand I was really expecting big for Usopp to come for help, I was probably thinking that he will see the cage on top and recognize Luffy and from that he will target the cage and help Luffy and the rest to escape.

But one more thing that bothers me after the escape was the next possible thing that will happen next for it seems that it looks very difficult to escape the gas explosion. I was thinking of Usopps ability here again, I guess his plant knowledge will be very handy this time as he could possibly had a plant that is capable of sucking up the gas since plants are known to inhale carbon dioxide.

The bad thing about this chapter was that we were again left with another cliffhanger and that we have to wait for another two weeks because there will going to be no JUMP next week. Overall I think it was a great chapter.

One Piece 676 – Perfect Weapon of Mass Destruction is a post from: Straw Hat Luffy

The chapter was somehow very informative and explains why Law was easily beaten by Vergo. What I like about the chapter is that it is somehow a relief to know that it looks a bit clear that Vergo wasn’t that really tough between Luffy and Law.

Finally, we all got the answer behind Law’s easy defeat from Vergo but it was a bit surprising to see that Law fall’s for his own Devil Fruit ability.

Aside from those revelations I find this chapter full of CC’s funny faces and it looks like he’s getting used with it plus it was also funny to see how Smiley disobeys CC’s instruction and instead go over the candy.

One more thing I like about this chapter was the snap shots of additional group of people behind shadows but I wonder if Oda would have them revealed in the arc or they would just be a witness with Straw Hat’s battle inside the Punk Hazard Arc.

I wonder what Chopper’s doing right now and if they were aware about him inside the facility.

I hope it would be an exciting chapter next week.

Little by little the arc gets more and more interesting and I am really glad that we all now knew how Caesar power’s works aside from having thoughts that it was purely poison. I just wonder if Luffy was aware about Ceasar’s depletion of oxygen after their encounter and that if he was able to make a plan on how to defeat Ceasar. I was thinking that Luffy might use his rubber ability to hold his breath to defeat CC or there would be someone from the Straw Hat’s that could counter Ceasar’s ability.

Oda was pretty cool having the last page very interesting especially for the inclusion of Pekoms, Baron and Kid with the arc. I think the other two guys are both new characters that will play a big role for the arc.

The sad part of this chapter was that Oda will be on break and I guess we should wait another more week to see who’s coming out next.

One Piece 674 – The Spectators is a post from: Straw Hat Luffy

The chapter had a lot of revelations. First, Vergo as Marine Vice Admiral and a former pirate crew of Doflamingo together with Law. Second, how corrupt were the marines are from reporting false information with the public. Third, the giant slime has devil fruit ability and lastly, the one that made me laugh from the chapter was the revelation that Vergo loves to eat.

Along with this prediction I guess this would be the right time for Smoker to form a temporary alliance with Luffy and Law to fight back Vergo. I think this would be the perfect time for Law to let Smoker to be back with his own body and give a hell of a fight.

I am expecting an epic battle next week, how about you?
