Insomnia is a sleeping disorder wherein you find yourself having a hard time to fall asleep or stay asleep. You only get a short time of sleep which greatly reduces our immune system and deprives our body from the rest we need for our daily activities. Also, this disorder can lead to other problems such as:

• daytime fatigue or sleepiness
• irritability, depression, or anxiety
• gastrointestinal symptoms
• low motivation or energy
• poor concentration and focus
• a lack of coordination, leading to errors or accidents
• worry or anxiety about sleeping

When the pandemic started, my insomnia developed greatly due to the anxiety brought by the lockdown and nothing to do but stay at home. I found myself sleeping around 3 AM or 4 AM, and I have to wake up at 7 AM because I work at 8 AM. My sleeping disorder made me weak to the extent that I lost my motivation in all the things that I do.

For years of suffering from insomnia, I finally found my solution to atleast control it and get back my normal body clock. It was really hard for me to be sleeping whenever I need to.

Good thing I found these 2 magic bottles.

Introducing the USANA Cellsentials. First of all, this is not a promotional blog post. I just want to share how I managed to get back to my sleeping habits before I got my insomnia. Actually, I got the idea of using this from a friend from work. Whenever we play DOTA at night, he usually calls off as early as 9 PM, so I asked why. He said that he was currently taking a particular brand of vitamins and minerals that has no disclaimer such as “No Approved Therapeutic Claims“. He also added that these vitamins make him drowsy and gives him a good night sleep.

From the bottle itself, these are good for 28 days because you need to take 4 tablets from each bottle everyday. Some says that it is okay to take just half of the recommended dosage, but in order to fully grasp what the USANA Cellsentials has to offer I decided to take the 4 tabs from each bottle daily. You have to take the vitamins from both bottles simultaneously as it should be taken by pairs. Whenever you take 1, you have to take the other 1 too.

What I do is I take 1 pair during breakfast, 1 pair during lunch and 2 pairs during dinner. There can be other ways to take, but it depends on your choice.

Honestly, when I looked it up in the internet for reviews and the contents of the tablets I’m about to take, I find a lot of positive feedbacks and a lot of benefits from the vitamins and minerals stored from each tablet. I know that this is not cheap at all. It’s actually expensive if you are going to make it as a ‘maintenance’ vitamins. It’s like spending P100 daily ($2), but it’s really worth it if you think about it.

So yesterday marked my 3rd day of intake, and from there I already felt the effect of the vitamins. I became drowsy as early as 9:30 PM. Voila! It worked like a charm. I became happy the moment I woke up as I managed to feel normal again in terms of waking up early without feeling the ‘daytime fatigue’. It is where you feel so tired even though you just woke up from sleep, and I really hate that sensation.

1. Magdownload ng Diskartech app sa phone. (Search sa iOS/Google Play)
2. Sa pagregister ng account, gamitin ang code AAFR8248 para makuha ang libreng P10 mo.
3. Mag verify ng account sa Diskartech gamit ang IDs na binanggit sa taas. Madali lang ito.
4. Maginvite ka na ng mga kaibigan at kapamilya para kumita ng P30 kada invite. Kada buwan ay may chance ka kumita ng P30,000.

The International 2018 DOTA 2

Last year, The International 2016 winner was Team Liquid. They were beaten by the Evil Geniuses, which in turn lost to PSG.LGD. OG already made an ultimatum by beating the PSG.LGD in the Upper Bracket Finals, and they strengthen the conclusion by beating the PSG.LGD again in the Grand Finals. What an intense “The International 2018” it was.

Who would have thought just playing that hero defense game, Dota 2, would make you a multi millionaire? I should say Congratulations to OG for winning this year’s The International DOTA 2, the biggest event of the year. They deserve the championship because they proved to be a champion caliber as they performed well for the Upper Bracket and defeated twice the PSG.LGD which was their opponent for the Grand Finals.

Dota 2 as a Career

Many are imagining that if you are one of the players who won that prize money of $11,227,121, and you get your share of atleast $1 Million, I guess that would be more than enough to compensate for the lost time you spend in playing that game.

No wonder that there would be online schools or courses for E-Sports sooner or later. Playing video games nowadays are not just for entertainment alone, but it became a career for some who stood out in the game they are playing.

Is it Legit?

Yes, it is legit. You might be wondering how they can manage to sell a single course for $9.99, but it is really for real. I just purchased an SEO and Web Development courses from Udemy. After a month (because I was too busy with other things), I finally finished the courses. A single course can be finished in a week, and it depends on how focus you are in watching the videos.

Why so Cheap?

Sometimes, cheap is fishy to the eyes of the majority. There’s a saying ‘you get what you pay for’ and it means that the quality depends on the price. In the case of Udemy, I believe that it is because there are so many enrollees throughout the whole world, and the creator of the course and the Udemy itself make so much money already by just offering it for just $9.99. The more students they have, the more profits they make. The courses area online-based video discussion and tutorials, so I guess they give a one-time bigtime effort, but the income is passive and continuous as long as there are students buying the courses.

Pros and Cons

For every product, there are pros and cons. Below are the things to keep in mind.

Pros

• Convenient – Study the course anywhere!
• Very cheap and affordable!
• Interactive and not boring to finish (since all are video modules), unlike physical classes.
• Downloadable – finish the course even in offline.
• Variety of courses to choose from.

Cons

• Not all the courses offered are good, you need to choose which one to enroll.
• No physical classmates.
• The certificates are just from Udemy.
• Courses are just for skills enhancement – not something to be used as pre-qualifier for a job.

Given that the certificates are generic since those will be coming from Udemy, it is still worth the bucks because you learned from the courses. The main goal why you enrolled is to learn, and you can achieve that by finishing the courses (depends on the courses if it is good or not). So always check the ratings and the syllabus for every courses before buying.

I highly recommend Udemy for people wants to learn extra skills even if they are busy with their main work. The courses can be finished at any time, depending on the student.

The Gilas Pilipinas VS Australia Boomers which was help in the Philippines tonight has some added flavors for the basketball fans. The players got into a clash when Daniel Kickert started the brawl by sending a solid elbow blow to the face of RR Pogoy of Gilas Pilipinas. The Gilas players inside the court and even from the benches hurriedly joined the brawl. Only 3 players were left after the thrown-out sanctions: Baser Amer, Gabe Norwood and Junemar Fajardo.

Paul Walker?! Damn! He’s my idol! Fast and the Furious movie series would not clicked the first time around if he’s not the actor chosen for the lead role.

What hurts me most was the mere fact that he was just going to a charity, well, in turn of his kind-bigheartedness to the Yolanda victims, but then died from a car crash in which he wasn’t even the one who drove the car.

His friend drove the car. Let’s just say he’s not the one at fault, but suffered the consequence of his friend’s mistake.

Now, I will never ever be able to see Brian O’Conner again, nor will I enjoy the next Fast and the Furious since there’s no Brian O’Conner anymore in the story line.

Rest in peace to Paul Walker and Brian O’Conner or should I say Fast and the Furious series?

I can say that I was impressed to see him beat the crap out of his young opponent, Rios. He has the disadvantage when it comes to reflexes, but he’s way too fast compared to Rios, which you could say that Pacquiao was the younger one if you didn’t know his age.

Rios was tough, but not good enough for Pacquiao. He even failed to give us a good fight at all. Pacman really deserved to win. That’s a fair and honest decision.

Congratulations Manny Pacquiao! I’m still dreaming of Pacquiao VS Mayweather Jr., and the results will be clear that Mayweather Jr. will have a devastating lost because he’s a chicken.
