The hospital scene is being filmed solely on iPhone’s and will sit along clips we have taken from you tube to make a compelling and believable film.

No acting experience is necessary they are just looking for people of all ages who would like to get their faces on TV.

Lisa Gomer from Raw TV explains “Raw TV need people to appear as extras in a hospital scene on Sunday 9th of June filming at Wimbledon Studios (which is where the Bill used to be shot!). We are planning to get a coach laid on to pick up in Portsmouth and drop you home after the shoot. Please be aware this may be a long day. We will also feed you-lots!”

The director Ben Chanan & Raw won a Bafta for the last drama they made together and we have high hopes for this one too. It is certainly a unique film.

The lead actress, makeup assistant and Production coordinator are all from Portsmouth and it would be great to get a few more local faces on board.

In celebration of the launch the band will be playing a live show as part of Love Castle Road Mini Festival. Castle Road itself will be closed to traffic between 10am and 3pm. As well as music there will be stalls, food, fun and of course a chance to visit all of the shops.

‘Night Time Rallies’ will be available from the band directly and from Pie & Vinyl Record Cafe, Castle Road. I’ve been lucky enough to listen to it and I thoroughly recommend purchasing a copy!

As of today we have posted out all pending orders (apart from a couple waiting on other things), but we have heard back from 12 people whose deliveries have not arrived. After investigating when the orders were made, when they were posted and considering the delivery addresses (most within the city) we are really sad to say we can only draw the conclusion that many, if not all of these missing orders are down to a problem within the Post Office. We would expect the loss of a small percentage of orders and have sent replacement tees to some people but it seems that the only way this many local orders go missing is that they have been taken at some stage between postage and delivery, or just not sent out at all. 

We wanted to keep postage down for people’s orders so we only offered standard first class small parcel postage with no recorded delivery and as such we don’t have much of a leg to stand on when it comes to making formal a formal complaint for all of these missing deliveries. We will be honouring all missing orders out of our own pocket with replacement tees and sending using registered post (also out of our own pocket) and we hope this news and this apology goes some way in fixing this unfortunate situation.

We are expecting a new delivery of tees on Wednesday next week from our supplier and all outstanding orders will go out immediately as registered post and all subsequent orders will also be registered post (sadly postage will have to be raised for new orders from £3.50 to £4).

The good news is that we are very, very close to having the funds from the donations for each tee sold totalling what is needed for a share in PFC and we will hopefully be able to announce soon not only some news on new colours and options for the SI x PFC tee plus what we plan on doing with the 33% donation out of each sale after the share is bought which we think will be something everyone will support.

Again, sincere apologies. We just wish we were able to get some answers as to where all the missing tees have gone!!!

Rick from Head Hairdressing on Albert Road conceived the idea of having the courtyard to the rear of the local barbers transformed in to a permanent giant art piece. From precision multilayered stencils, through bubble gum cutsie to surreal illustrative mayhem, My Dog Sighs has hand picked his favourite artists from across the country to produce the ultimate street art dreamscape courtyard.

Head Jam will run all day so feel free to pop along, take a look, have a chat, hang out, meet the artists and enjoy the atmosphere. There will be music on all day, a BBQ turning over in the background if you want to stick a burger on (not supplied), and please feel free to bring along a beer too. Everyone is welcome, so bring the kids so they can see some of the countries finest street artists working together in this unique environment.

On a particularly busy day at a Ohio fast-food joint, highly strung manager Sandra receives a phone call from a police officer, informing her that her employee, feisty Becky, has stolen money from a customer. Convinced she’s only doing what’s right, Sandra commences the investigation, following instructions from the officer at the other end of the line, no matter how invasive they become.
