It is a new year and we are So EXCITED!!!!! We're going to take

" A BLAST through the PAST!!! "

We have been on hold trying to figure out our calendar. Since, we follow Sumner County Schools, and they haven't finalized their calendars yet, we have planned our own. Things are a little different this year.

We will be offering a performance team, teen classes, 1st/5th grade classes, Pre-K/ Kindergarten classes and private classes. They will all fall under (2) seven week sessions instead of holding class from September to May. (Session 1) is Sep/Nov (Session 2) Jan/Mar. ( the performance team runs differently, see details below.)

We'd like you to join us through the "DeCaDeS" as we learns songs, dances, performances and costumes of the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's 90's and now!

Our first session will start the week of September the 11th and run through November 1st. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They will be an 1 hour long, with the exception of the Pre-K/Kindergarten Class. That class will be 45 minutes. Cost of the session is $95.00 with a $15.00 annual registration/insurance fee.

We will have a Pre K-Kindergarten class on Tuesdays from 3:15pm - 4:00pm.

We will have a Teenage class on Thursdays from 3:00pm - 4:00pm.

We have a First through Fifth grade class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15pm to 5:15pm

(There will be one week during this time we will not have class if Sumner County decides to have a Fall Break!)

We have decided to do sessions this year for several reasons.
* Holidays get very busy for everyone
* Allows students to participate in many activities without missing out on one.
* Main reason is, Our performance team will have Auditions and Competitions this year. They will require more time.

Our Second session will begin at the beginning of the year. It will be open to those who participated in our first session. Then, if there are any openings left, it will be offered to the public.

Our performance team will have to audition this year. We have several performances and competitions lined up, beginning Mid 2013.

Some of our venues will be. (fairs, sporting events, competitions at Opryland and Gatlinburg, weekly library show, etc.)

Auditions will be held NOVEMBER 13th, call backs on the 15th!

There will be a panel of 3-4 judges. The student will need to be prepared with a song to sing (either A cappella or with instrumental music). The song can be no longer the 2 minutes and 30 seconds. They must also be prepared with a back up song if the judges feel they need to hear more. They should come prepared in dance attire. They will be taught a small routine to perform for the judges as well.

There will be more information to come concerning auditions.

Note: We are not opening up auditions to anyone who doesn't participate in the Sep/Nov session unless there are spots still open.

We also have a few private lesson spots open for those interested or might need the extra help for auditions.

If you have any questions please call or email us. Anyone who has a new referral will get their registration fee refunded. Make sure you tell your friend to mention your name. Everyone pays registration up front and referral refunds will be handed out on the first day of class.

SUMMER CAMP is just around the corner!

Do you want your child to experience what it would be like to be a real superstar celebrity?! We will be rolling out the Red Carpet for them and treating them to Costume & Make Up, Mani & Pedis, Singing & Dancing , Paparazzi & Photo Shoots & Filming a Mock Commercial. We will offer a snack each day and we'll be swimming on Friday.
