Are you trying to get sit in Albuquerque? Well then we’re here to help. We’ve found a great article full of great tips to help you make the most of your workout. Here are a couple highlights:

Change it up. While it’s great to be able to pop into our nice fitness center here at Suncreek Village for a quick workout, always working out the same way can get boring. Instead, change it up and go outside to workout from time to time. You could go for a jog or play a sport as part of your normal routine to keep things interesting.
Don’t let your desk hold you back. Working a desk job can be hard on your body. If you sit in front of the computer for 6 or more hours at a time, make it a point to get up at least one an hour and stretch your legs.
