Madonna will be putting on her best performance for the Super Bowl

Madonna has made public that she is trying to recover from a few injuries before her Super Bowl performance at the weekend.

The hit singer has had rehab sessions after injuring her nose during rehearsals with a microphone accident and pulling her hamstring.

She explained “My nose is healed. I’m okay. Lots of warm-ups and tapings and ultrasounds, I feel like I’m one of the football players right now with all the physical therapy I had to do. Mind over matter.”

Previously the ‘Material Girl’ singer had promised her fans that she will be putting on a ‘spectacular show’ at the Super Bowl.

“[I don't want to] give anything away [because I want viewers to be] knocked out of their seats from beginning to end,” she said. “I’m so excited to be here.”

The 53 year old will also be giving her first performance for her new single Give Me All Ur Luvin at the Super Bowl

Madonna is dedicating her Super Bowl performance to her father ‘He made me work harder,’ she added.

Super Bowl XLVI takes place on Sunday February 5 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Taylor and LL Cool J beatboxing for the promo for the Grammy's 2012

Country singer, Taylor Swift tried out a spot of beatboxing with rapper, LL Cool J in a promo for the 2012 Grammy Awards.

Although Taylor is super talented, even her beat boxing left her in a fit of hysterics!

The 22 year old singer will be one of the show’s performers for the most awaited night in the music industry.

Other confirmed performers are Adele, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Jason Aldean, Nicki Minaj, Paul McCartney, Bruno Mars, Coldplay and Kelly Clarkson.

LL Cool J will be hosting the 2012 Grammy Awards, which will air LIVE on February 12^th at 8/7c CBS!

Simon Cowell is apparently courting Beyonce for the judging role on The X-Factor

Simon Cowell has apparently offered a big sum of $500 million to Beyonce Knowles to be a judge on The US X-Factor.

This deal could make the ‘If I Were a Boy’ singer one of the top paid entertainers in the industry!

The music mogul has his eyes on the big prize this year

The music mogul is thought to be keen on snagging the services of the famous superstar for a five year deal. He is on the hunt for a big celebrity to improve show ratings and fill the empty seats of Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.

A source told MediaTakeout.com: “He wants a big name female star on the panel. Mariah [Carey] is good, but she’s not that hot today.

“He wants Beyonce because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat American Idol.”

Other stars suggested as possible judges include Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Tulisa Contostavlos.

Katy Perry continues the fairytale theme, in her latest ghd campaign, and  this time we see her transforming into a mermaid, as photographed by David LaChapelle under the Brooklyn Bridge.

The campaign is for the “ghd air”, the brand’s first ever hairdryer, and the ‘Fireworks’ singer appears in a multi-coloured glittery outfit, complete with a blue and green metallic tail.

Katy shared her excitement about the theme for this campaign: “I love it because I’m such a fan of the Disney movies. Ariel is such a big influence. It’s always fun to dress up once in your lifetime as a mermaid and have that fish fin tail. It was fun – I got to have purple hair which foreshadowed the real purple hair I had last fall. It’s as if Lisa Frank had done The Little Mermaid.”

Victoria Beckham graces the cover of the latest issue of i-D Magazine.

In a black and white shot photographed by Josh Olins, the fashionista brings out her cheeky side, donning a trendy black PVC cap, and smiling and pouting for the camera whilst sucking on a straw.

In the interview with the mag, the 37-year old, admits she hasn’t always been so comfortable with the way she looks.

She said: ‘When I started it was all about the corset dress. That’s what people associated me with, and possibly if I’m honest a sign of my own insecurities as well.

‘But the older I get and the more comfortable I am in my own skin, the more I realise that to look great and feel great I haven’t always got to wear something tight.’

And as for her fashion designing, the mother of four admitted she designs for herself and doesn’t follow trends.

‘I’ve stood on many a red carpet and been photographed from every angle, so I know how important it is for a dress to be flattering,’ Victoria added.

‘I don’t follow fashion and I don’t follow trends, I just follow my instincts and think, what do I want to wear?’

Madonna has premiered the video for her new single ‘Gimme All Your Luvin,‘ today.

The song which features both Nicki Minaj and MIA , is the first to be taken from her new studio album ‘MDNA.‘

‘MDNA‘, which will be the music legend’s 12th studio album and is set for release on March 26.

Madonna will perform ‘Gimme All Your Luvin‘, with MIA and Nicki Minaj, along with other material from ‘MDNA‘, and some special old tracks, during her half time show at this year’s Super Bowl this weekend.
