After a long time I am back on my website ofcourse with a new post, I hope it will be helful for those who has less free RAM(memory).

The idea behind this post is very simple, as you already know we can't increase our Android mobile ram memory as its fixed from manufacturer's but still we have an option to make it possible by removing unwanted s.

So how can we do that?

All android mobile comes with small Rom(Read-only memory) like 2GB in high-end mobile's and approx 400-500MB in low-end mobile's, all your System's apps data strored in that Rom memory which is limited and you can't move these system's apps to another memories like SD-Card and Internal memory.

Your android mobile must be rooted to remove system's apps, download an app from playstore called "safe app safe remover", in that app you will find many options related to apps management, select system app option and then choose system's apps which you want to remove, its also shows which system's apps are safe to remove and it will not effect your phone's operating system. You can remove multiple system's apps which you don't use by a single tap.

After removing unwanted system's apps you will find that now your phone is releasing more free ram than earlier, as it was being used by unwanted system's apps.

Create a backup of your current rom by selecting "backup & restore" from CWM recovery.
In recovery mode select “wipe data factory reset”, “wipe cache partition” and "dalvik cache" for a smooth performance.
Now go back to the main menu of recovery mode.
Select “install zip from sd card” and “choose zip from sd card”.
Choose “cm-7.2.0-cooper.zip file” and install, do not press any button until the process ends.
Now go back to the main menu of recovery mode.
Install google apps package in same manner select "gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip".
After installation go back to the main menu of recovery mode and press “reboot system now”, done.

Its sounds strange but its true, yes you can change screen resolution on our android device, if you have a rooted android device you can setup many different resolution on your android phone to add some more space for objects on your display area.

There are two methods available for making it possible, you can change DPI ( Dot Per Inch) by manually editing build.prop file with help of Root Explorer or you can download an app from play store LCD Resolution to do it automatically, setting a higher DPI amount will result a lower screen resolution and setting a lower DPI amount will result a higher screen resolution. Higher resolution present a sharp look of objects on display screen, those who have large screen phones can find a higher resolution available for their phone to make a good use of a large screen phone.

Navigate above path with help of root explorer, then look for ro.sf.lcd_density=240( its shows 240 by default on my phone it could be different for your phone), edit amount according your need and save that file.

This method can lead you to a black screen so I will suggest you to use LCD Resolution app its safe and easy to do, you can also restore back to default setting with this app but its not possible with manual method.

How to increase R/W Read & Write cache speed of your SD Card for a better performance

SD cards play a major role in your overall android device performance, poor SD card performance can downscale your android features such as apps which needs speedy SD card access, gallery view and loading time, app2sd, appmonster while creating or restoring an apps backup, sending or receiving stuff with your friends via bluetooth and many other actions related to data R/W process.

Its a great utility to install zip files on your android phones, you can create a back up of your current android version, your current settings, and your apps also to your SD Card, you can restore it with ClockWorkMod. If you want to install a system app i.e. DSP manager for enhancing sound volume you have to download a zip file because most of system apps comes in zip formats, you can't install zip files without having ClockWorkMod installed on your phone.

How to install ClockWorkMod Recovery on Samsung Galaxy Y?

First Root your Galaxy Y

1. Download Update.zip file below attachment and copy the Update.zip file in to the root of the SD Card.

2. Switch off your mobile phone

3. After the complete phone switched off, go to recovery mode. For this recovery mode, hold the power, volume up and the home buttons simultaneously.
