Last night on Survivor 43 we watched as the castaways competed in a Reward Challenge where a tribe got not one, but two rewards. We also watched as one tribe made a strategic decision during the Immunity Challenge on Survivor 2022 that resulted in a specific tribe heading to Tribal Council. If you missed this week’s episode of Survivor, read on for a quick recap and the results of last night’s vote!

We started the episode off with a reward challenge where one member of each tribe had to throw small sandbags at blocks on top of a tall pedestal. After all the blocks were knocked down, they had to use two of the blocks to walk down to the finish line. Once they got to the finish line, each of the three other castaways had to land a sandbag on a disk. The first tribe to finish this won 10 fish and the ability to go to one of the other two camps and steal one item from one of the other tribes.

Vesi went on to win this Reward Challenge and since they didn’t have their flint, they had no way of cooking the fish. Vesi asked Jeff if they could trade their fish in for another food reward. Jeff obliged and they chose to get a fruit basket instead of the fish. Back at camp, they debated on which tribe to visit and what they should steal from them. They talked about going to Baka because they had gotten all the really big rewards, but they also realized that Coco still had all their tribemates and had strength in numbers. This could be very dangerous as they get closer and closer to the merge.

Cody brought up that they should try and cripple Coco by taking their machete. It’s their most needed tool and not having it would make surviving very difficult. The tribe decided that Cody would be the one to go to Coco’s camp and he told them that he wanted to take their machete, but that caused Coco to negotiate with him in order to keep it. Cody ended up leaving their beach with their fishing gear and enough food for a couple of days.

At the Immunity Challenge, the castaways had to push sandbags off a table until they found a ring of keys. These keys unlocked a net with puzzle pieces under it. They had to take the puzzle pieces and build a square with them. After that, they carried them up a rope ladder to another platform where they had to use the same pieces to build a triangle. Vesi was the first tribe to win Immunity. After they secured their Immunity, Vesi decided that it was in their best interest to help Baka win so that Coco would be forced to go to Tribal Council. This plan worked and Coco ended up meeting with Jeff to close out the show.

Prior to the Tribal Council, there was a lot of talk about getting Geo out this week. However, when Lindsay started to act paranoid with some of her closest allies, they started to rethink their decision. At the Tribal Council, the votes were cast and Jeff read them off. Here is how the votes landed and who cast it:

Tonight on Survivor 43, the remaining castaways will compete in a Reward Challenge that includes two different prizes for one tribe. The winning tribe on Survivor 2022 will have a decision to make which will help their game but possibly make another tribe’s stay on the island a little more unpleasant. Immunity will be back up for grabs and one tribe will have a meeting with Jeff where they will have to vote out one of their own. Read on to get all the details of tonight’s episode of Survivor!

We start tonight’s episode off with Vesi returning to their camp after the Tribal Council where they sent Nneka Ejere home. Noelle expresses her gratitude to her fellow tribemates for keeping her in the game.

Reward Challenge:

In tonight’s Reward Challenge, one person from each tribe will use sandbags to knock blocks off of a tall pedestal. Once all the blocks are down, they will use two of those blocks, under their feet, to walk to the finish line. Once they get there, they will then have to take another sandbag and throw it onto a hanging disk. The first team to do this will win 10 fresh-caught fish which will be delivered right to their beach. They will also have the ability to rob one item from either of the other two tribes. Which tribe will they choose to steal something from? What item will they steal? Keep reading to find out!

Reward Challenge Winners: Vesi

The only thing off-limits for them to take is the other tribe’s flint. After the other tribes leave, Noelle asks Jeff if they are able to trade the reward for a previous reward and he tells them that they are. Noelle says since they can’t cook the fish due to not having a flint to make a fire, they are going to trade the fish for the fruit basket that was part of the reward last week, and then they are going to take someone’s tool kit.

Vesi talks about what tribe they should take something from and what they should take. Cody talks about taking the machete in order to cripple the other tribe, but Noelle thinks they should take their fishing kit. While Baka has all the big rewards, they decide to hit Coco because they have the numbers. Cody is the one who gets sent to Coco’s beach and he admits to them that he wanted to take their machete, but Coco is willing to negotiate with Cody.

In order to convince Cody not to take their machete, they offered to give Vesi enough food to feed them for a couple of days and Cody took their fishing gear instead.

Immunity Challenge:

In tonight’s Immunity Challenge, the castaways will have to knock over heavy sandbags until they find a ring of keys and use them to unlock a net. Under the net are four large puzzle pieces. They will have to put the pieces together to make a square. Once they do that, they will then take their pieces up a rope ladder and put them together to make a triangle at the top. The first two tribes to complete this will win Immunity. Geo and Cassidy sit out for Coco and Jeanine sits out for Baka.

Baka takes an early lead while Vesi and Coco continue to try and put their pieces together in the square. Vesi gets theirs together and starts to head up their rope ladder. Coco is struggling to get their puzzle together while the other two tribes are already working on their triangle. Coco finally gets their square together and now it’s anyone’s game! Vesi pulls off the win and then they help Baka get theirs together leaving Coco heading to Tribal Council for the first time!

Immunity Challenge Winners: Vesi and Baka

Tribal Council:

There was a lot of tension at this week’s Tribal Council with Lindsay calling out Ryan for not having any conversations with her prior to Tribal Council. Talk about how paranoia and James says that he spent a lot of time at camp just relaxing rather than talking to everyone. He didn’t want to come off as paranoid. After they talk for a few more minutes about what causes paranoia at camp, Jeff tells them it’s time to vote! He tells everyone that if anyone has an idol or advantage now is the time to use it, no one uses one.

With three votes, Lindsay is the first person voted out of the Coco tribe.

Last week on Survivor 43, we watched Vesi unable to secure a win at the Immunity Challenge, forcing them to vote out one of their own for the second week in a row. This week on Survivor 2022, we will see the tribes go head to head in a Reward Challenge with some very high stakes. Read on to find out what will happen and check out some sneak peeks of tonight’s episode of Survivor right here!

To start tonight’s episode, we will watch as the remaining four members of the Vesi tribe returns to their camp after Tribal Council. Noelle is more than grateful for everyone voting to keep her, but some of the other tribemates are a little bummed about their decision to vote Nneka out. They all had excellent relationships with her but recognized that they needed to make a decision that would keep the tribe strong going forward.

Due to them losing the Immunity Challenge again last week, Vesi still doesn’t have their flint and has been without a campfire for a while now. It seems to be wearing on them all a little bit. Will they be able to redeem themselves and get their flint back tonight? We will find out a little later. For now, here is a sneak peek of their conversation after Tribal Council:

Last week on Survivor 43, we watched as another Immunity Challenge took place and one tribe’s fate was sealed when they couldn’t get their puzzle together at the end. Immediately following the Immunity Challenge on Survivor 2022, three castaways, one from each tribe, were chosen to go on a journey. If you missed what happened, read on and I’ll give you a quick recap, and then we can see who we have left in the game!

We started the episode off at Vesi’s camp the night after Tribal Council. Cody and Jesse talk about how they split the vote and Cody shares with us how intense it was when he found the Beware Advantage and realized what he had to do in order to not only activate this new Idol that he found but also get his vote back before Tribal Council took place. Jesse talked to Cody about how he is worried that Noelle might try and come after him in the near future and how Dwight is a little upset about the Justine vote also. Cody doesn’t seem to be overly worried about it just yet.

At the Immunity Challenge for Week 3 of Survivor, three members of each tribe were up on a tall platform overlooking the water. They had to jump into the water and swim to a platform with large crates on it. Once they climbed to the top of the crates, they then had to dive back into the water and get a buoy that had a key attached to it. Once each of the three castaways did this, the remaining two castaways on the platform at the end, used the keys to unlock the pieces to a giant turtle puzzle and started to assemble it.

All three tribes were neck in neck when they got to the platform where the puzzle was. Nneka and Jesse for Vesi took an early lead but Baka quickly caught up and took the lead and became the first tribe to win Immunity. Coco got into a steady rhythm while Vesi continued to struggle to get their puzzle together. In the end, Coco ended up pulling off a win, sending Vesi back to Tribal Council.

Noelle, James, and Owen all went on a journey right after the challenge and while talking to the guys, Noelle explained that she thinks she might be in danger because she was on the wrong side of the vote the week before. They both agreed that they were going to protect their vote this week and allow Noelle to take the advantage.

When she returned to her camp, she told all her tribemates that she didn’t take the risk, but admitted to Dwight that she got an advantage while she was gone. At Tribal Council, Vesi decided to vote out Nneka for her role in their Immunity Challenge loss. Here are the castaways that are left in the game:

We started last night’s episode of Survivor 43 off with some of the Baka tribe members talking about Gabler and whether he knows if his Immunity Idol from the Prisoner’s Dilemma twist from Week 1 of Survivor was still good. Elie and Jeanine were convinced that he had no clue and decided Elie would try to get the information out of him. Read on to find out what transpired from there including who got voted off of Survivor 2022 last night!

Sami, who was part of the conversation with Elie and Jeanine, went directly to Gabler and asked him if his Immunity Idol was still good. Gabler explained to him that it is still good until after their next Tribal Council. Sami then turns to Gabler and tells him that Elie and Jeanine know this, but they don’t think that Gabler does. They talk about how they should keep this information close and not let the girls know.

They did fill Owen in on the information though and while Gabler, Owen, and Elie were talking, Elie suggested that they have a “fake idol-making day” to help pass the time. Mentioned that maybe they could use some of the beads from Gabler’s temporary Idol to do so, now that it’s expired. Gabler explained that he planned to give the Idol to his daughter as a souvenir and would rather keep it intact and allowed her to think that he believes the Idol to be inactive. After this, Elie ran to Jeanine to tell her that Gabler has no idea that his Idol is still active.

At the Immunity Challenge, Baka and Coco pulled off wins which came with not only Immunity but also rewards in the form of tool kits and a basket of fruit. Prior to the Tribal Council, Noelle was sent on a journey with a castaway from Coco and Baka. James and Owen, who joined Noelle, listened to Noelle tell them all about the last Tribal Council and how she found herself on the wrong side of the vote. She explained to them that she thought that she was in trouble this week and implied that she would be really happy to get some sort of advantage to help give her an edge.

When the three castaways got to where they were going, they were faced with the same decision that Gabler, Dwight, and Karla had to make on the Premiere of Survivor 43. James and Owen both decided that they were going to protect their vote and allow Noelle to take it. They knew that she needed it and she promised to have both their backs when they made it to merge.

Noelle returned to camp and lied to her tribemates about risking her vote for an advantage. She did tell Dwight that she got an advantage though and revealed that it was a Steal-A-Vote. From there, Vesi headed to their second Tribal Council in a row where they voted Nneka Ejere off Survivor 43 for her role in their Immunity Challenge loss. Noelle didn’t need to use her Steal-A-Vote this week and has it tucked away for when she does.

Last week on Survivor 43, we kicked off the episode with Baka returning from Tribal Council and the topic of conversation was trust. Gabler talked about how he trusted his fellow tribemates so much that he didn’t use his idol that he got from Prisoner’s Dilemma during Week 1 of Survivor. Some of the other Survivor 2022 castaways talked about how they hope that the way they voted proves that they can be trusted.

This week on Survivor, that trust will be tested and the tension between the castaways in the Baka tribe will be on the rise after it is revealed that some of the personal belongings around camp have been rummaged through. We watched last week as Jeanine went through Gabler’s bag to see the details of his Prisoner’s Dilemma Advantage. We also watched as the Beware Advantage made its way into the game when Cody found one and had to perform a task to activate it. Could there be more found tonight?

Prior to the Immunity Challenge, we watched Sami, Elie, and Jeanine talking about Gabler and whether or not Gabler knows his Idol is still active. Sami goes to talk to Gabler and fills him in on Elie and Jeanine thinking that Gabler doesn’t know it’s still good. Gabler and Sami then bring Owen in on this and while Gabler and Owen are talking, Elie starts talking about having a “fake idol-making day” and says that they could use the beads from Gabler’s temporary idol now that it’s no longer good. Gabler plays it off like he is planning to give it to his daughter and plays it off like he thinks it’s expired. Elie runs back to tell Jeanine that Gabler thinks it’s expired. Gabler is telling us that he is going to have the last laugh.

Meanwhile, Karla (Coco) finds a Beware Advantage in the jungle but decides that she is going to leave it where it is and not risk losing her vote if she opens it. She then went back to it and opened it. She sees that she has no vote until she can collect all the beads from the other castaways in order to activate the idol and get her vote back. She is able to get all the beads and her vote back by bartering items with the others in exchange for the beads that she needed.

Immunity Challenge:

In tonight’s Immunity Challenge, the castaways will have to jump into the water from a tall platform and make their way to another platform with large crates stacked. They will climb to the top of those crates and jump back into the water and swim towards a buoy. Attached to the buoy there are keys, once all three keys are retrieved, they can unlock their puzzle pieces. The castaways will then make their way to another platform and put together a turtle puzzle.

The first two tribes to finish will win Immunity and be safe from tonight’s Tribal Council. They are also playing for a reward in the form of a large tool kit and a basket of fruit for the first tribe to finish and a smaller tool kit and a smaller basket of fruit for the second tribe to finish. Coco had to sit someone out and Geo volunteered.

Immunity Challenge Winners: Baka (large tool kit and basket of fruit) and Coco (smaller tool kit and fruit basket).

After the challenge, three people were picked to go on a journey. Baka chooses to send Noelle from Vesi, James from Coco, and Owen from their own tribe to head on this journey.

Prisoner’s Dilemma:

While Noelle, James, and Owen are making difficult decisions on their journey, we see the members of Vesi discussing whether they should send Nneka or Noelle home tonight. Jesse is struggling with his decision because he has a deep connection with Nneka, but Noelle has been consistently performing well in challenges.

Noelle, James, and Owen are told that they need to take a walk together and take some time to get to know each other. They will then have to make a group decision when they get to their destination. Noelle is giving James and Owen as much information as she can about the last Tribal Council and how she was on the wrong side of the vote. She is starting to make connections with them in hopes that they will allow her to take the advantage when they get there.

Lucky for her, Owen and James both decide to protect their vote and give Noelle the advantage. They tell her that she clearly needs the advantage and hopes that she uses it to get out a big target. She gets back to camp and tells everyone that she didn’t take the risk and that she played it safe. However, she tells Dwight that she got an advantage and reveals that it’s a steal-a-vote. She then tells us that her relationship with Jesse has been rocky and she will use it to steal his vote if she needs to.

By a vote of 4-1, Nneka Ejere is the next castaway to be voted off Survivor 43!

Last week on Survivor 43, we watched as one tribe seemingly broke off into three sets of duos. One of those duos joked that they could be Survivor husbands and work to keep each other in check and have each other’s backs on the island. Based on the title of this week’s episode of Survivor 2022, this relationship could be getting a bit rocky.

On tonight’s episode of Survivor, Baka’s trust begins to deteriorate as members of the tribe find out others are rummaging through personal belongings. As we saw last week, Jeanine went through Gabler’s bag to find his Immunity Idol from the Prisoner’s Dilemma decision to find out if his idol was still good for their upcoming Tribal Council or if it lost its power after last week’s Tribal Council even though they weren’t there. Jeanine discovered that the Immunity Idol had power for their first two Tribal Councils, not the first two in general.

Knowing this information has some of his tribemates worried about whether making a move on him this week is a good idea. They aren’t sure if he realizes that his idol is still good or if he assumes that it lost its power. However, they have noticed that Gabler has become increasingly annoyed and has started to isolate himself from the rest of the tribe.

As we enter Week 3 of Survivor 43, we are down two castaways from where we started. This week, we will watch as another of the remaining Survivor 2022 castaways pack their belongings and leave the island. We have one full Survivor tribe of six and the other two tribes have lost one castaway each in the last two weeks. Let’s quickly recap what’s happened so far and see who’s left in the game.

In Week 1 we had a two-hour season premiere including a Reward Challenge, Prisoner’s Dilemma, Immunity Challenge, and Tribal Council. Vesi went on to win the Reward Challenge and the other tribes had to go back to camp and earn their initial supplies such as a machete, flint, and a pot for cooking in. When we got to the Prisoner’s Dilemma decision, Karla decided that she wasn’t going to risk her vote, but Dwight and Gabler did. They each drew a scroll from a bag and went back to camp to find out what their fate was. Gabler ended up with the advantage and Dwight ended up losing his vote at his next tribal council.

At the Immunity Challenge, Vesi kept up their winning streak and kept themselves safe from Tribal Council. Coco joined them in the winner’s circle leaving Baka without their flint and with front-row seats at the Week 1 Tribal Council. By the end of the episode, we watched as Morriah Young was voted off the island.

In Week 2 we had another extended episode of Survivor which included an Immunity and Reward Challenge in one. The first tribe to finish the Immunity Challenge received a complete fishing set and the second tribe received a smaller fishing kit. Baka went into this challenge knowing they had to win or they would continue to be without their flint and they would lose another member of their tribe. That is never a good way to start a season. Lucky for them, Baka came in first place and Coco was right behind them. This sent Vesi to Tribal Council where Justine Brennan was voted off the island.

After failing to secure safety at the Immunity Challenge for Week 2 of Survivor 43, Vesi found themselves visiting with Jeff at Wednesday night’s Tribal Council. Justine, Noelle, Nneka, Cody, Dwight, and Jesse all had a decision to make about the betterment of their tribe moving forward. However, one castaway had no vote and another found a beware advantage that they couldn’t wait to open. Read on to find out what happened after the Immunity Challenge on Survivor 2022 and who was voted off last night on Survivor!

After the Immunity Challenge took place, there was some talk from Noelle about how she felt that Nneka was the weakest link in their tribe. Noelle, who sat out during last night’s challenge, and some of the others noted that every time they looked over at Nneka during the challenge, she was just watching everyone else as they hoisted their giant snake over the top of the cage. Nneka also had a hand in the puzzle at the end of the challenge, which proved to be more difficult than their Tribe was anticipating.

When they returned to camp after the Immunity Challenge, Nneka was the topic of conversation and the plan to vote her out was brought to Cody’s attention. Cody then went to work to try and protect his number one ally and talked to Jesse who was also on board with keeping Nneka this week and with Jesse on board, they had the majority vote.

That didn’t stop Justine from continuing to throw Nneka’s name out to protect herself. Not to mention, Justine had been rubbing some of her fellow tribemates the wrong way for a little while now which gave Nneka, Cody, and Jesse the perfect reason to shift their target to her. However, when Cody found a Beware Advantage right before Tribal Council he realized that opening it right away wasn’t a good idea.

When Cody opened the advantage and read it, he realized that he found an Immunity Idol, but it came with a twist. This idol had no power until he was able to convince all his fellow tribemates to give him a bead off their bag. He couldn’t take the bead, they had to willingly give the bead to him. If he couldn’t collect all the beads, not only was the idol useless, but he also had no vote in the upcoming Tribal Council. Keep in mind, Dwight had to vote at this Tribal Council because he risked it and lost at the Prisoner’s Dilemma last week.

Right before sunset, we saw everyone give Cody their beads except for Noelle, who had used hers as a bracelet. While the castaways were voting, they showed us a clip of Cody receiving the final bead he needed to not only activate his idol but also saved his vote.

In the end, Justine voted Cody out, Noelle voted for Nneka to go, and Nneka, Jesse, and Cody all voted Justine out, making the vote 3-1-1 sending Justine home. Do you think that Justine was the right move? Or should Vesi have targeted someone else?

We started tonight’s episode off with Baka returning to camp after the Tribal Council. Owen expressed his gratitude to his tribemates for keeping him around after hearing that his name had been thrown around. Then we watched as the castaways are hammered by a wild thunderstorm. They all decide that they have to rebuild and reinforce the roof of their shelter in case they are faced with another storm like this one.

Meanwhile, we see Dwight and Jesse go off looking for Immunity Idols and Advantages. Jesse is working on building a relationship with Dwight since Dwight doesn’t seem to have any other allies within the Tribe. Jesse seems to trust Dwight and Dwight is happy to have Jesse to talk to.

Immunity Challenge:

In this week’s Immunity Challenge, the castaways will have to dive off a platform and get a giant snake out of a cage. On the snake there are pockets that are tied closed, inside the pockets, there are number tiles that make up a combination for a lock. The lock opens a box with puzzle pieces to a giant Survivor puzzle. They will also be playing for Reward. The first tribe to finish this competition will win a complete fishing set and the second tribe to finish will win a smaller fishing set.

Because Vesi and Coco have more people one person from each tribe will have to sit out. Noelle from Vesi and Karla from Coco choose to sit out. The losing tribe will get nothing except for a date with Jeff at Tribal Council. The losing tribe will also lose their flint, meanwhile, Baka is hoping to earn theirs back by winning tonight’s challenge.

Immunity Challenge winners: Baka (complete fishing set) and Coco (smaller fishing set)

That means that Vesi will be heading to Tribal Council and will lose their flint until the next Immunity Challenge.

Tribal Council Results:

Before the Tribal Council, Cody found a Hidden Immunity Idol with a twist attached. For this idol to have any power, Cody has to convince each of his tribemates to give him the bead attached to their bag. They have to be willingly given to him, he can’t just take them. Until the Idol has power, Cody has no vote. He was able to get everyone’s beads which allowed him to vote. Quick reminder, Dwight also has no vote because he lost it at last week’s Prisoner’s Dilemma.

Here is how the votes landed:

• Justine – Jesse
• Justine – Cody

Five out of 3-1-1, Justine who’s voted off the island.
