This maybe something you did yesterday or a month ago or even years ago. Just take that one event of success - or the other and feel all the feelings... just imagine you could see all these pictures... and hear all the sounds... you can feel how that good feeling is in your whole body - and in your whole mind right now...

And from that feeling of strength just think about, that you probably will also master this problem that you are facing now... I mean you did all that great stuff in the past - you can do it again!! And you know you can do it. Of course you can!
