It was actually forecasted to be quite a bit more but we’ll take what we can get for it being the end of February already.  I think most of the schools had planned on closing due to the sever winter weather forecast plus there hasn’t been any snow days for the school year yet.

By the time we went outside to play there wasn’t really much left.  The snow was heavy and wet so not that great to play in but packed perfectly to make a snowman… or snowgirl in this case.

So I’m all for trying something that might possibly speed up my laundry time or make it easier and save me money in the meantime.  That something happened to be an ultra high efficiency hypoallergenic Robby Wash Laundry Ball by Oransi.

How it works:  Its activated macromolecules are gradually released through the wash, dissolving dried-in stains by generating ions which activate the water molecules. This increase in the pH enables the activated molecules to penetrate deep into the fabrics and attach themselves to the stains. As the motion of the drum agitates the clothes, the stains come away easily from the fabric and dissolve in the water.

I tried out the blue Robby Wash Laundry Ball which can be used in both hot and cold water.  The laundry ball is also very economical since it’s made to last up to a year and retails for just $32.95.  Plus it works with both front load and top load washing machines.

The laundry ball was definitely very easy to use- just throw it in the wash (and it handled an extra large load).  I did notice that a few stains were still on some of the clothes even after the wash.  But I didn’t use the included stain stick every time so they may come out with a re-wash.   I also didn’t really notice any ‘fresh’ smell to the clothes afterward, just no smell at all, but I always use a scented dryer sheet so that wasn’t an issue.  And I love that the Robby Wash Ball is going to save me money throughout the year and maybe make a chore I dislike a little more bearable.

So I decided to do a little trim at home to even out her hair and hopefully get it to start to thicken up.  She did so well letting mommy cut her hair and we both loved how it looked after!

So you can create multiple binder labels for different uses and change it out as often as you want.  The labels are perforated for easy separation and fit perfectly in the spine of the binder.

Another great accessory to the binder is the Avery Note Tabs.  They’re great for separating different sections of the binder and for referencing specific information on a page.  They’re see-thru so even though there may be words that are covered up you can still see them.

Using a binder tab will allow me to jot down notes while working without covering up the original words.  And I’ll be able to flip to them quickly when I need to for reference. The tabs are durable (not flimsy) and are restickable if you need to move them.

I think all the Avery office supplies would be great for any blogger, or serious couponer, or someone that wants to store recipes, kids school papers, or any other important document… definitely a great way to get organized.

I was using my clear wireless internet Visalia connection this morning to catch up on all of the episodes of the new season of “Vampire Diaries” that I have missed. They are posted on the CW website in full form and I can stream them through the internet onto my television. I was really excited about the season starting, but for some reason I couldn’t watch the first episode that came out in early January.

Once I missed the first one, I didn’t want to keep watching them ( in case I missed something ) because I like to watch things in order. When I first started watching the series, I started watching it on Netflix and saw season one and season two from start to finish in order.
