นักข่าว: ในขณะนี้คุณเป็นทูตของโครงการป้องกันโรคซึมเศร้าอยู่ ในก่อนหน้านี้คุณมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโรคนี้มากน้อยแค่ไหน และมีโอกาสเกี่ยวข้องกับบุคคลที่อยู่ในภาวะซึมเศร้า รึเปล่า?

ซูโหย่วเผิง: ความจริงแล้วผมมีเพื่อนที่มีอาการซึมเศร้าอยู่หลายคนทีเดียว เมื่อหลายปีก่อนคุณอาจจะเคยได้ยินเรื่องที่ว่า ผมมีอาการใกล้เคียงที่จะตกอยู่ในภาวะซึมเศร้าเหมือนกัน แต่นั่นก็เป็นเรื่องนานมาแล้ว ในขณะนี้จะพบว่ามีคนที่ลักษณะอาการเช่นนี้เป็นจำนวนไม่น้อย ซึ่งกว่า 3 ใน 10 คน ทีเดียวที่จะมีอาการเช่นนี้ และมีแนวโน้มที่เพิ่มมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ดังนั้นคุณต้องระวังให้ดี ถึงแม้คนส่วนมากจะไม่มีอาการในระดับที่เรียกว่าภาวะโรคซึมเศร้า หรือสูญเสียการควบคุมตนเอง แต่ก็ทำให้คนเหล่านั้นพยายามปลีกตัวออกจากสังคม และดูแปลกแยกออกไป อีกทั้งความมีเสน่ห์ในตัวคุณจะลดลง นี่เองเป็นเหตุผลที่ทำให้มีโครงการนี้เกิดขึ้น เพื่อรณรงค์ให้คนมีทัศนคติในเชิงบวก รู้จักรักตนเอง และไม่คิดมากจนเกินไป

ซูโหย่วเผิง: ก็จะมีกิจกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อให้คนหันมาสนใจสุขภาพกันมากขึ้น และมีการใช้ดนตรีบำบัดด้วย ซึ่งผมได้ไปอัดเสียงมา ผมหวังว่ามันจะช่วยให้ผู้ฟังรู้สึกมีความสุข ห่างไกลจากความรู้สึกซึมเศร้านั้น ผมคิดดนตรีสามารถทำให้คนมีความสุขขึ้นได้ และแน่นอนที่สุด ผมยังได้ร้องเพลงอีกเพลงหนึ่งซึ่งมีความหมายถึง การสร้างความสุขในตนเอง ผมหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่ามันจะประสบผลสำเร็จ เพราะมันจะทำให้ผู้คนได้รับสารที่เราต้องการถ่ายทอดออกไปโดยตรง

ซูโหย่วเผิง: ผมคิดว่าเรื่องทุกอย่างย่อมเป็นไปตามกฎเกณฑ์ของมัน เราควรให้ความสำคัญกับการกระทำ มากกว่าพิจารณาที่ผลลัพธ์ และโดยความเป็นจริงแล้วชีวิตของคนเราย่อมต้องพบกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงซึ่งเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา

นักข่าว: ถ้าหากเปรียบชีวิต เป็นเหมือนกับบทภาพยนตร์ เคยไหมที่คุณได้กำหนดมันขึ้นมาจากแรงผลักดันของคุณ หรือ ถ้ามีโอกาสคุณจะเขียนมันอย่างไร?

ซูโหย่วเผิง: อืม...ในช่วงเป็นเด็ก ผมมักให้ความสำคัญกับความคิดของผู้อื่นเสมอ โดยไม่ปล่อยให้คนเหล่านั้นต้องผิดหวังในตัวผมแม้แต่เพียงนิดเดียว ตลอดมาผมจึงเป็นนักเรียนที่สมบูรณ์แบบ แต่บทบาทนั้นกลับทำให้ตกอยู่ในสภาวะที่กลืนไม่เข้าคลายไม่ออก ผมเข้าเรียนมหาวิทยาลัยในสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ทั้งๆ ที่ผมไม่ชอบมันแม้แต่น้อย แต่ผมก็พยายามบังคับตัวเอง และทำให้ดีตามแนวทางนั้น แต่แล้ววันหนึ่งกลับกลายเป็นว่า ผมไม่สามารถทนมันได้อีกต่อไป ท้ายที่สุดผมจึงตัดสินใจลาออก ถึงแม้ผลของมันทำให้เกิดความวุ่นวายขึ้น เพราะในช่วงเวลานั้นสังคมยังมีความคิดแบบเก่าอยู่มาก แต่ว่ามันก็ทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่า ตนเองได้รับการปลดปล่อย และเป็นอิสระดังนั้นชีวิตของคุณจึงไม่ได้อยู่ที่การทำให้ผู้อื่นพึงพอใจ จงฟังเสียงเรียกร้องจากตัวคุณ ah!

นักข่าว: ถ้าเช่นนั้นแสดงว่าคุณรู้สักไม่พอใจกับชีวิตที่ผ่านมา? จากการบอกเล่าดูคุณค่อนข้างจะกดดันกับมันมากทีเดียว

ซูโหย่วเผิง: ย้อนกลับไปตอนที่ผมเริ่มต้นทำงาน ในขณะนั้นผมอายุ 15 ปี ถ้าหากจะเปรียบเทียบคนเราเป็นต้นไม้ ระยะเวลา 15 ปี นับว่าเป็นช่วงเวลาของการเติบโต อยู่ในช่วงของการแตกขยายกิ่งก้านออกไปอย่างเสรี แต่ในทางกลับกันผมกลับได้รับการปฏิบัติที่ต้องอยู่ในกรอบตลอดเวลา ไม่สามารถทำอะไรได้อย่างที่ใจต้องการ ซึ่งในความเป็นจริงแล้ว ไม่มีเด็กคนไหนที่ไม่ต้องการเล่น หรือชอบการถูกบังคับ นั่นเป็นลักษณะโดยธรรมชาติที่มีมาแต่กำเนิดที่ควรได้รับการแสดงออกมา แต่ผมกลับไม่สามารถทำได้ ผมจึงมีความต้องการอยู่เสมอที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเอง

นักข่าว: หลังจากที่คนเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเอง ละทิ้งสิ่งที่คุณเป็นในอดีต มันทำให้คุณพบกับความสุขได้ง่ายขึ้นรึเปล่า?

ซูโหย่วเผิง: ผมไม่ใช่ เสี่ยวไกวไกว อย่างที่หลายๆ คนเข้าใจ เมื่อคุณโตขึ้น คุณต้องซื่อสัตย์ต่อความรู้สึกของคุณเอง สิ่งรอบๆ ตัวซึ่งเมื่อก่อนคุณอาจจะไม่ชอบมัน และไม่สนใจที่จะยอมรับว่ามันมีอยู่ แต่วันหนึ่งเมื่อคุณโตขึ้นคุณจะค่อยๆ ยอมรับมัน และอยู่ร่วมกับมัน ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ผมเคยไม่ชอบหนังเรื่อง Closer แต่ตอนนี้ผมกลับเห็นว่าสิ่งที่ปรากฏในนั้นล้วนเป็นเรื่องจริง ความเห็นแก่ตัว ความอ่อนแอ ไร้หลักการ และไม่สามารถทนอยู่ภายใต้ความกดดันได้ ผมเคยปฏิเสธสิ่งเหล่านี้ และไม่สามารถยอมรับสังคมสีเทาได้ ผมบอกกับตัวเองว่า “ไม่” ผมไม่มีทางเป็นแบบนี้ แต่ถ้าหากยอมรับมันได้ ผมคิดว่าคงจะมีความสุขกว่านี้ และมีความกดดันน้อยกว่า

นักข่าว: เช่นนั้นนักแสดงต้องทนอยู่ภายใต้ความกดดันมากกว่าคนธรรมดาทั่วไป แล้วความสัมพันธ์ส่วนตัวของนักแสดงหล่ะ?

ซูโหย่วเผิง: สำหรับผมเห็นว่าเป็นเรื่องยากในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนสองคน ผู้หญิงมักต้องการการดูแลเอาใจใส่เป็นพิเศษอยู่ตลอดเวลา ในขณะที่ผมไม่สามารถทำได้ ที่ผ่านมาผมเคยชอบผู้หญิงหลายคน แล้วแต่ละคนก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องเหมือนกัน (บอกให้เรารู้สัก 1 คนสิ) ตกลง หนึ่งในนั้นทำงานอยู่ที่ร้านอาหารแห่งหนึ่ง แต่ความสัมพันธ์ดำเนินไปอย่างไม่ราบรื่น เพราะว่าผมติดงานทำให้ไม่มีโอกาสได้พบกันบ่อยๆ เธอเป็นคนที่ดีทีเดียว (ในแต่ละคนที่คุณคบด้วยนานแค่ไหน) นานที่สุดก็ 2-3 ปี (ใกล้ชิดแค่ไหน?) ไม่ได้อยู่ด้วยกัน การอยู่ร่วมกันสำหรับผมมองว่าเป็นเรื่องยาก เพราะต้องปรับตัวเข้าหากัน มากกว่าที่จะเป็นตัวคุณเอง และคอยรักษาความสัมพันธ์ไม่ให้ห่าง หรือใกล้ชิดกันจนเกินไป ความรักไม่เป็นเรื่องง่ายเลย

นักข่าว: แล้วถ้าเป็นการเดินจูงมือกันกันหล่ะ ? ซินหยูเคยให้สัมภาษณ์ว่าเธอปรารถนาจะมีความรักที่สมบูรณ์ ได้เดินจูงมือกับคนที่เธอรัก

ซูโหย่วเผิง: ผมแตกต่างจากสิ่งที่เธอหวัง บางทีเป็นเพราะ ผมเคยชินกับการไม่เปิดเผยเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ส่วนตัว ผมชอบแบบนี้มากกว่า (แล้วคุณจะสามารถออกไปเดินด้วยกันได้ยังไงหล่ะ?) ผมออกไปข้างนอกกับเพื่อนๆ หรือออกไปขับรถเล่นในตอนกลางคืน (คุณชอบขับรถกลางคืนยังงั้นหรือ?) คืนที่ผมอารมณ์ไม่ดี คุณคงจะทราบว่าไทเปเป็นเมืองเล็กๆ ผมขับรถกลางดึกจาก ภูเขา Yang Ming ถึง Tamsui (ชื่อหาด) ใช้เวลาเพียงแค่ 1 ชม. เท่านั้น ผมไปที่นั่นบ่อยๆ เพื่อให้รู้สึกสดชื่นขึ้น 555 ดูสิผมเองก็มีอารมณ์แบบนั้นด้วยนะ

นักข่าว: “TrendsHealth” กำลังโปรโมท spririt of 3H ซึ่งเกี่ยวกับ Healthy (สุขภาพดี) , Happy (ความสุข) , High (ความทะเยอทะยาน) คุณมีมุมมองอย่างไรเกี่ยวกับ 3 สิ่งนี้ต่อการดำเนินชีวิต ?

ซูโหย่วเผิง: คนเราหากไม่มีสุขภาพที่ดี ย่อมทำให้ไม่มีความสุขไปด้วย...ส่วน High สำหรับผม เป็นมุมมองเกี่ยวกับการการทำงานที่ก้าวไปสู่จุดที่สูงยิ่งขึ้น... จริงไหม?(ยิ้ม และขยิบตา) ความจริงแล้ว สิ่งนี้สำหรับผมมีความสำคัญน้อยที่สุด เมื่อสองสามปีก่อนผมยังรู้สึกว่าการงานคือทั้งชีวิตของผม แต่ขณะนี้ความคิดของผมได้เปลี่ยนไปแล้ว งานอาจจะเป็นเพียงสิ่งหนึ่งที่หล่อเลี้ยงตัวเรา แต่มันไม่ใช่ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างของชีวิต ผมพบว่าตนเองตกลงไปในหลุมพราง แล้วลืมหลายๆ สิ่งที่สำคัญของชีวิตไป เมื่อตอนปีใหม่ พบได้ดูหนังเรื่องหนึ่งกับแม่ผม มันเกี่ยวกับชายคนหนึ่งมีหน้าที่การงานใหญ่โต ยอมทำงานเพื่อแลกกับการสูญเสียสิ่งต่างๆ รอบตัว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการสูญเสียครอบครัว ต่อมาวันหนึ่งได้รับรีโมทซึ่งสามารถควบคุมเวลา ทำทุกอย่างตามที่เขาสั่งได้ จะเร่งไปข้างหน้าให้เร็วขึ้นเมื่อผ่านในช่วงเวลาที่น่าเบื่อ แม้กระทั่งข้ามช่วงเวลาที่ไม่อยากดู ชายคนนี้เลื่อนเวลาให้ผ่านไปเร็วยิ่งขึ้น แต่มาพบที่หลังว่ารีโมทนี้มีจะเมมโมรีเหตุการณ์ไว้ เมื่อตกอยู่ในสถานการณ์เดียวกัน รีโมทจะกดสารพัดปุ่นบนตัวเองโดยอัตโนมัติ การกระโดดข้ามช่วงเวลา เพื่อต้องการเร่งให้ผ่านไปข้างหน้าเร็วขึ้นจนกระทั่งสูญเสียหลายๆ สิ่ง ที่สำคัญในชีวิตไป เมื่อดูหนังเรื่องนี้จบ ทั้งตัวผมและแม่ ต่างมีความรู้สึกว่าพวกเราได้เคยผ่านเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้มาแล้ว ทำให้ผมและแม่ร้องไห้ออกมาก

“ชีวิตไม่จำเป็นต้องอยู่เหนือใคร ขอแค่มีความสุขก็เพียงพอ”

นักข่าว: ถ้าอย่างนั้นคุณช่วยบอกเราถึง 3 สิ่งที่ทำให้คุณมีความสุข?

ซูโหย่วเผิง: ผมดำเนินชีวิตอย่างธรรมดา ไม่ได้มีสีสันอะไร แต่สิ่งแรกที่ให้ผมมีความสุข คือ การทำงานให้สำเร็จลุล่วง และได้เห็นความสำเร็จของงาน อย่างที่สอง การได้กลับไปเรียนอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ผมเรียนเกี่ยวกับอินเตอร์เนท และเรียนการทำ dreamweaver ซึ่งผลงานของผมเป็นที่สนใจของอาจารย์มาก และอย่างสุดท้าย คือมีเพื่อนและครอบครัวอยู่เคียงข้างผม

ข่าวจาก sina-entertainment ของเมื่อเย็นวันที่ 29 Jan 2007 ได้รายงานถึงการประกาศผลรางวัลประจำปีภายใต้ชื่อ BQ 2006 ที่กรุงปักกิ่ง ประเทศจีน ซึ่งในงานนี้มีการแบ่งรางวัลออกเป็นหลายประเภท เช่น บุคคลที่มีความโดดเด่นในด้านแฟชั่น, ความเป็น idol และความนิยมสูงสุด ซึ่งผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลในงานนี้มีหลายคน ได้แก่ Li Bing,Chen Kun, Su Youpeng, Lin Xinru, Liu Yun etc.

ในการนี้ Su you peng & Lin Xin ru ได้รับรางวัลนักแสดงชายและหญิงยอดนิยมสูงสุดของฮ่องกงและไต้หวันซึ่งทั้งสองคนนี้ได้สร้างสีสันให้กับวงการบันเทิงทั้งในจีน ไต้หวัน และฮ่องกงเป็นอย่างมาก

新浪娱乐讯林心如、苏有朋自从签约同一家经纪公司华谊兄弟之后，频频同时出现在各个媒体上，两人近日又同时为《时尚健康》杂志拍摄其最新一期的封面，整组造型时尚又不失健康的性感，完全颠覆了之前大众对林心如、苏有朋的既定印象。而此次林心如、苏有朋也以阳光、健康的形象当选2007《时尚健康》抗抑郁活动特别大使，还有梅婷、瞿颖、何炅、谢娜、光良、钟汉良等艺人加入到此次抵抗抑郁快乐人生运动。
　　抵抗抑郁快乐人生特别主题曲已经选定由苏有朋演唱，刚刚参加完苏有朋希望小学揭幕仪式的苏有朋立刻飞回台北录音室录制这首主题曲。这首歌由苏有朋自己作曲，也是苏有朋首次尝试作曲，一直致力于各种公益活动的苏有朋此次接受《时尚健康》"抵抗抑郁快乐人生特别主题曲"邀约之后，一如既往推掉许多其他工作，专心写歌录音，力图把最阳光积极的感觉传达给所有人。
　　《时尚健康》主编孙雅君说：《时尚健康》从 2005年9 月启动抗抑郁系列心理工作坊的开始，到今年策划第二届抵抗抑郁，快乐人生运动，从“你好抑郁”到“飞越抑郁”，我们希望读者以及更多的人开始了解抑郁，关注心理健康。这次的封面代言选择了苏有朋和林心如共同出镜，是希望通过他们广泛的号召力、影响力，以及极具感染力的阳光形象带动更多的人关注并加入到这次抗抑郁公益运动中来。
　　抑郁症，北京有60 万人，中国超过2600万人，全世界有 3.4亿人，活在它的阴影下。我国每年有 14万人为它主动放弃了生命，据估计，还有100万人自杀未遂。更多的时候，更多的人，离抑郁症距离尚远，但是难免被不开心、郁闷、低落、失眠击中，挣不脱身。本次"抵抗抑郁璀璨人生"是《时尚健康》第二次举办抗击抑郁活动，时隔一年多，公众对抑郁的认识已经少了些误解，多了些正视。
　　10位明星联袂代言，分享自己的快乐秘方，或坦白曾经黯淡又重拾快乐的历程。
