I love pizza, pizza has always been my weakness even when I ate gluten I could not resist pizza. So hubby got pizza that fateful Friday night. It was my favorite so I gave in and had two pieces. Oh My did I regret that decision. Soon after eating said pizza I got cramps the next day to add to the cramps I bloated up so much that the guy we were meeting asked if I was carrying number four this has not happened since I stopped eating gluten. Then the migraine came and it was horrible. I was so sick and could not recover for a week. Gluten is evil when you are not supposed to have it so please stay away if you can it is not worth the side effects once it is eaten. Now pizza is still a problem but I may have found a solution. I will take my crust to the pizza place and ask if they can make the pizza on mine. That way I still get my favorite pizza but with no pain. Now that I am getting healthy and getting my self back on track I would like to try Couch to 5k. I want to run I love being outdoors and I want to get myself down to goal weight. I am contemplating when to run, where to run and what to wear running since I live in the NW. I think I will run in the morning before I shower even though I worry about running in the dark. I have a pink Seahawks hat that will keep the rain at bay and I think I have picked a route out around my neighborhood. I found a website and it outlines what to do for me lets take a look.&lt;br /&gt;

Step 2: Add 30 minutes of walk/run per week and add in one work out&lt;br /&gt;
30 minutes of run/walk and 1 workout week 1&lt;br /&gt;
Next week at 30 minutes of running to equal 60 minutes of running you can split this into to two runs&lt;br /&gt;
3rd week 90 minutes/can be split into three runs&lt;br /&gt;
4th week is 40 minutes per run per those three days&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Another to die for Gluten Free food is Kind Bars. So far my favorite is the Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew bar it is like eating a candy bar. Just remember that going gluten free does mean an increase in the price of the foods you eat but it also means that you will be having food longer. That is what I keep in mind when I look at the price. I also upped my fruit and veggie intake. Being Gluten free does not mean the end of the world it means changing how you see it.&lt;br /&gt;

Since starting HCG I have learned that I am gluten intolerant&lt;br /&gt;

Gives me a nasty rash that will not go away unless I cut out gluten&lt;br /&gt;

I have been Gluten free since 11/12/11 and have had no bloating, no migraines, and the rash is almost gone. Last night I was wearing a&amp;nbsp;tank top&amp;nbsp;that used to not even fit all the way over my fat and now it hangs below my butt. I was elated when I realized. I have lost 11lbs so far on day 19 of the Low Calorie Portion and have 21 more days to go. If I keep up like I am right now I will weight 179 at the end of round 1 and hopefully will continue to lose while on&amp;nbsp;maintenance. After 6 weeks I will start round two where I hope to lose 30-40lbs and that will put me in my goal range for weight. I woke up and weighed in at 205.3 so I was down again for a total loss of 3lbs during my two loading days. I am pretty sure I put some back on which was what I was supposed to do. We had a potluck at work and I ate everything. I had fried chicken, steak, gyoza&#39;s, cupcake, candy, soda,&amp;nbsp;Shepherds&amp;nbsp;pie, and stuff I can&#39;t remember. I will admit I was worried about the drops and remembering to take them at the right times. I am so spacey in the morning that I better set an alarm for this. Loading is also a biggie. Day 1 and 2 I am supposed to eat high fat but not high carb foods. I have been eating healthy for so long that my brain is programmed so high fat is hard to do or to do more then I normally do.&lt;br /&gt;

For Breakfast I had 2 fried eggs with whole wheat toast and grape juice. Then drank my normal coffee which will have to go plain after tomorrow :(&lt;br /&gt;

Never a dull day or a dull moment in his practice. Needless to say the week flies by and then it is the weekend and I am going &quot;what happened!!!&quot; I guess the week goes smoothly with a schedule so it took a minute but we got one.&lt;br /&gt;

On Sunday Night I make sure that my scrubs, Bubba&#39;s and Bella&#39;s clothes are all put out down to socks and sweatshirts. Then I make the snacks for the next night and get lunch together as well. They have their own little lunch bag and I pack it as full as I can. Their favorite snack is celery with peanut butter!! I get them in the bath so they are fresh for the work week and then I pack Bubba&#39;s bag because he is in Pre-K and goes 4 days a week. I get all my morning stuff ready including the coffee pot (who can live with out one of those) Once everything is all packed I write a reminder list of what to grab and where and tape that on the door for hubby!&lt;br /&gt;

Every night it is the same routine. When I was a stay at home mom I felt more lost, unorganized. I feel that working and having something for me makes me a better mom. Some people were meant to stay home with the kiddo&#39;s. I am not one of those moms, I am the go to work and go hard come home and love my family until bedtime then get everything ready for the next day moms. It took me a long time to get over the stigma of being a working mom and feeling like I don&#39;t love my kids enough because I want to work. Last night start with no sleep and it should have been my first clue but I was too tired to figure it out. Normally my son talks in his sleep so it was no biggie but he was asking for water which was weird but who knows since he was sleeping. Then this morning while hubby is getting ready for work he screams at me &quot;mom get my puke bucket&quot; so I go running throwing on my shirt while I go managing to put it on inside out and I manage to get it to him in time. So I lay back down with him only to hear the sounds of the baby waking up.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The teenager gets up and starts hacking up a lung and the baby has sick eyes. Round two teenager is set up on the neb, baby is just fussy as can be and I haven&#39;t had my morning coffee....good times. Welcome to mother hood where you bust you ass all week and then on your days off you get twice the work. By the time I finally get my coffee I stop and think about my day and all that was planned and make the game plan now. Today was my best friends Bridal Shower and I had to call her and tell her I was not going to make it. It honestly broke my heart to make the call. Then I was supposed to be off to see my brand new nephew whom I have not met yet!!! he is so darn adorable and I want to meet him. Scratch both of those instead I had to run to the bank then hit up my local Albertson&#39;s for a large jug of Gatorade, saltines, and lunch for the hubs and I. Bubba didn&#39;t come out of his room till 3 and is still not well but he is at least keeping food down now and Jaszy&#39;s cough is under control with the nebs, babykins is resting peacefully and mommy is spent!!! I have never been away from my babykins (14mo) for this long during the day unless she is spending the day with Grandma. My sister-in-law had to cancel on us today so daddy stepped up to the plate. This is the first time he has had the kids all day with out big sissy being there (she is 15) needless to say it was quite the adventure and the story goes............................&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Text #1: if she poops in the bath what do I do? Do I give her a bath? Does this bath count? Do I need to bleach the tub before second bathing if second bathing is necessary.&lt;br /&gt;
Answer: No babe just hose her off with the shower head and then clean the tub&lt;br /&gt;
Phone call on my break:&lt;br /&gt;
Me: was this a hypothetical poop or a real one&lt;br /&gt;
Him: it was a real one.....(no sound)......She just climbed up her clothes and is now on the table. I got to go bye&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Text #2: Does he need a backpack (our son 4yrs) He says no, I said should I ask mama he said no&lt;br /&gt;
Answer: yes he needs the Mariner moose backpack and his shoes are in it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Text #3: Does Bella drink regular milk now? Is the cup from this morning can she drink it.&lt;br /&gt;
Answer: none didn&#39;t hear it&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Text #4: She is crying while I wait&lt;br /&gt;
Answer: yes the cup is fresh and yes to milk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Text #5: Herrrrro&lt;br /&gt;
Answer: none he was just texting while I was&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All this happened before 11am LOL luckily Grandma showed up to rescue him and my mom had checked on him too and was able to give him the answer to the poop problem. She proceeded to laugh her butt off and then called my aunt so she could laugh her butt off. On June 29th I was working the NOC shift at work and they had cleaned the carpets and I did not know so I was in a fast walk on the way to the residents room and went from carpet to hardwood floor. I hit that floor hard and lost my balance causing me not to fall but to slide across the floor and slam into the wall at full force. I sprained my back, knee and had a contusion on my thumb. Right away I could tell I gave my body a good Jarring because I started to have shortness of breath and was hobbling around. I called my manager and she immediately sent in someone to relieve me. Then off to the ER I went was in and out of there with in a half hour (can you imagine?) Three days off with my leg elevated was what they told me, fun right with my three kids and husband who can&#39;t walk.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3 days later I went to my follow up appointment and I was given a knee immobilizer to wear and crutches to use (oye!) and then a follow up 4 days later. That 4 days later was today, I went in and my back/thumb were better but not my knee. My knee is exactly the same so I am still on sedentary duty and still have to wear the knee immobilizer and crutches. My work has been amazing through this all, The General Manager, My Manager and another fill in manager have all called to check in on me as well as my co-workers. That is such a nice feeling. Tomorrow I go back to work and am sad that I am still in this position and not able to help my team. My husband has not been able to walk on his left foot for 6 months now. We have seen a bunch of Dr&#39;s and it is still not resolved. We have another appointment on Monday with a foot specialist and if that doesn&#39;t work then we will be scheduling with a Rheumatologist. My Mother-In-Law has multiple auto-immune diseases and we have watched her heath go down hill. Now I have to worry that there may be something really wrong with him and we missed it. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am now exhausted. I have had to up my care for my husband since his foot is getting worse. Luckily I have a teenager that helps a lot but even then she can&#39;t help me work 40+ hours a week, then do my blog or personal business, clean and cook, and take care of the little ones. I have been so busy my teenager told me she misses me and she is lonely (talk about breaking my heart) The little ones try and block the door so I cannot leave. They have also been acting out which causes me to lose more energy. I start classes for my RN pre-req&#39;s in the fall and that will be another block pulled out of my already wobbly Jenga tower. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So we have decided that I will be continuing my job through the summer and then leaving my position. I need to be home with my family and take care of them, work should never come in between my family. He is as stubborn as a mule and smart as smart can be when it comes to going potty in the toilet he is the boss and will have the control. We were at a point where he was awesome pooping has never been a problem. He was going in the toilet&amp;nbsp;every time, then he started to regress.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I know boys are harder then girls for the most part and when I asked my&amp;nbsp;Pediatrician when I should expect him to be potty trained. His response &quot;anytime from 3 to 53&quot; LOL I believe him now. As a mother it is hard not to have everything perfect and to listen to everyone who&#39;s child potty trained exceptionally fast and with no effort at all. Boy those stories get old fast when you are on the other side of the fence.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A long time ago I decided not to be the mom who forces your child to potty train in anyway that is not of their own free will. My son will potty train on his own, we have given him the tools and now it is up to him to use them. It may take a while but he will do it and when he does it will be done the right way with full confidence on his part.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When you talk to someone who is in my position just remember that we are trying our best and your super success stories make us feel like failures. &lt;br /&gt;
