Check out this side by side comparison of all four iPhone generations. As an iPhone 4 user that jumped directly from the original iPhone to iPhone 4, I can tell you that the speed increase for me was amazing. It’s probably less amazing for someone moving from iPhone 3GS to iPhone 4, but still, as the video shows, iPhone 4 is pretty fast.

People continue to make awesome things with their iPhone 4’s. This time, director Martin Martin composed the first music video shot completely with an iPhone 4. The featured song is titled Cascades by an unsigned Vancouver, British Columbia artist named flakjakt.

In a fun weeklong experiment, my friend Marty and I collaborated on this video for an original song I wrote specifically for the iPhone 4 shoot. The overall goal was to produce a music video you can get down with - first and foremost - regardless of what camera we were shooting with. I think the end result turned out fantasmic! Watch as portrait artist David Jon Kassan paints a live model using the Brushes app on his iPad.

Kassan streamed the entire session live from Brooklyn, New York on June 21, 2010. The painting took approximately 3 hours to complete.

Just imagine was artists would be able to do with portrait sized iPad screens.
