This is a day and time we as American Citizens will never forget. My heart still goes out to the many families, friends, co-workers and more who lost someone 10 years ago in this terrible tragedy. Words can't replace the loss that many suffered. God is the only resource to get through much of what we as humans experience. New York City is still a beautiful place and the rebuilding is remarkable. I commend the hardwork, dedication and determination. The memorial park there keeps loved ones in touch with whom they lost and their hearts warm. Let us continue to live, lead and enjoy a healthy life full of love for all. Wounds are still healing to this day, but we must continue to stand in UNITY and stand TALL.

Through the trying times always keep your eyes on the prize and stay focus. Many people are suffering from job lost, financial hardship, stress, family problems and much more. Now is NOT the time to give up and consider things will never change. The biggest test of all is the test of FAITH. Pass that test with the highest grade of all and know GOD only grade is A. The daily challenges in life sometimes leave you doubtful, but NEVER GIVE UP! Position yourself to defeat and overcome any obstacle that you face. Smile in the mist of trials, pass the faith test and know your grade is coming. Encourage others to be positive, be faithful, smile, and enjoy their life no matter their situation.

This year is pretty much at the halfway point. Can you think back to your New Year's Resolution? Are you following the resolution you made? It may seem a little funny, but the year is moving fast. The resolution is a long ways from your mind especially with your everyday busy life. Saying one thing and doing another is habit forming, but it happens all the time. We are human and not perfect. I have once again let the grass grow under my feet. Ridiculous of ME! Blogging is a form of expression and I have fail to express myself as I love. I have let GRASS GROW UNDER MY FEET! I love passages, poems, expressions, etc, so I will get back on my blogging once again. Parenthood, Family, School & Work sometimes can give you a detour and leave no room for leisure daily. What is healthy eating? Do we really know what healthy eating is when it comes to daily meals? There are many old diets, new diets, exercise plans, healthy recipes, and much more. Every individual is different, and what works for one may not work for the other. I think eating more fruits, vegetables, and baked meats are great, but it doesn't stop there. Overall lower your intake of grease, high calorie foods, and sweets. You have to watch what you eat and do not over eat. What about vitamins? Does your daily vitamin intake give you that boost towards being healthy. Yes! Vitamins should remain a good part of your everyday intake. Sometimes it's complicated with so many healthy eating tips out here today. I suggest do what works for you and make you feel great when speaking on healthy eating & living. I've read where many people are now taking the 50 Million Pound Challenge. No matter what you do to stay healthy give it your all. Nothing is easy and a challenge is what gives you that push. I personally feel you should become health smart in all areas of your life, because one thing triggers another. It's important to stay healthy physically and mentally just like eating. All are all very important. The objective is to keep the body healthy, treat it right, and stay health smart.
