We are back to start of 2013 with the first Konya mo TKMR of the year! In this episode we start off by discussing a recent interview with Natsu sensei from Trendy Nikkei. In this interview, she shares some insider industry secrets that made her one of Japan’s most well known dance producers. We then take a look at Hello Project of the past and present to see if we could spot any signs of Natsu sensei’s signature style. We move on to some school troubles for the younger girls in Morning Musume. We go over several magazine interviews and TV shows that give us more insight into what it is like to be a new member of Morning Musume. Lastly, we cover the ever changing attitude Tanaka Reina has had towards her fans over the past several months. We take a look at the rollercoaster of emotions she expresses on her personal blog.

In this episode of Konya mo TKMR we are joined by Kyyuna and Dran as we discuss the latest happenings this week in Hello Project. We start off by sharing that UFA has recently started looking for new managers. We go over the job listing that UFA put out and share with you the details of job description, requirements and salary. One note – we made a mistake on the salary conversion. It should be approximately 34,000 USD and 27,000 Euros. We move on to an issue of Top Yell magazine where a long interview with Sayu was conducted about the recent Reina graduation announcement. We go over the various topics Sayu had to talk about including how she hopes the 9th and 10th gen members will spend their last remaining months with Reina. Lastly we go over a recent episode of I my me Maimi in which Maimi expresses her desire to do a Battle of the Bands with Momoiro Clover Z. We give our thoughts on how likely this would be and our own ideas for a Battle of the Bands.

In this episode of Konya mo TKMR we are joined by Kyyuna as we discuss a big announcement from Fukuda Kanon during a Smileage release event for Samui Ne. At the event, she shared that she will be moving onto college as of next year. We talk about how this may affect Smileage as well as her own position in Hello Project. We also look at the other girls in Hello Project who have made the transition into higher education and how they are able to manage studies alongside work. We then move on to discuss the recent graduation announcement from Tanaka Reina. We give our initial impressions of Reina Band and how we think things are going to proceed from here. Lastly, we give our guesses for next spring as to what to expect for this graduation. We go over a list of likely fan club events and tours that will lead up to her graduation in May.

In this episode of Konya mo TKMR we go over some recent changes in Hello Project staff. A long time manager of Berryz Koubou, Iotazawa, announced earlier this week he will be stepping down as manager of Berryz and leaving Up Front entirely. We talk about what effects this may have on Berryz as well as compare Iotazawa with the famous Stou. We then move on to discuss the new Mano PV that was recently released this week. We take a look at how the fans were used in this last video and share what we thought should have been done instead. Lastly we discuss the 2013 spring concert tour for Morning Musume. Information came out this past week for FC executive members regarding the tour name as well as preliminary dates. We give our thoughts on what may be in store next year.

In this episode of Konya mo TKMR we go over a recent episode of Nama Smileage where Ayacho briefly mentions about the hostile relationship between the early H!P Eggs. The Egg environment is probably very different now, but it is interesting to see how it has changed over the years. We then cover a recent controversy involving Kasai Tomomi of AKB. Her actions have led to many comparisons between Kasai and Michishige Sayumi. Next, we take a look at a recent appearance in France by Morning Musume and Kikkawa Yuu. We share a few of the wota impressions of the recent overseas appearances as well as the Japanese media coverage of these events. Lastly, we share our thoughts on the recent Satoyama singles and PVs that are now on sale. We go over the PV previews that have begun to appear on Satoyama Life.

In this interview, he shares with us his plan from the past few years and his new focus for the next few years to come. This includes a much larger emphasis on the Hello Pro Eggs. Wotas have already thoroughly discussed what this might involve. We share those opinions with you as well as give our own thoughts as to what lies ahead. We then go over a recent episode of Black Variety featuring Kudo Haruka and Satou Masaki. We share some of the interesting internet reactions to this episode and how the non Hello Pro fans have taken this show. Lastly, we cover a magazine interview from CD Journal November issue that features Michishige Sayumi, Fukumura Mizuki, and Oda Sakura. In it, Sayu and Mizuki share their disappointment with Satou Masaki and her lack of professionalism behind the scenes. We give you a breakdown of the entire interview as well as our thoughts on the matter.

A few members of the TKMR crew were able to attend the event and we would like to take this episode to share our thoughts. The OG members and current gen girls shared various opinions on the current state of Morning Musume and we covered as many of them as we could.

In this episode of Konya mo TKMR we look over a recent interview with Michishige Sayumi and Tanaka Reina in the October issue of Top Yell magazine. In it, both 6ki members shared how they originally wanted all 6th gen members together at the head of Morning Musume. Unfortunately with the early graduation of Kamei Eri, they will never seen that happen. We move on to look at a recent series of videos released by Tsunku criticizing the Smileage girls and listing changes that need to be made. We discuss the effectiveness of releasing something like this publicly and how it affects the fans. Lastly, we bring back a previous topic and discuss how the H!P Eggs are invading this fall Smileage concert tour. We share our expectations for this tour after the announcement of a song created just for the Eggs.
