Fellow Atlanta food bloggers like Foodie Buddha and Eat It Atlanta map out where they're going to go eat, on what day and in what order -- real calculated and organized. Summer is finally coming to an end and even in Georgia we are starting to feel the cool (and awesome) fall air in the mornings. Now is the best time to use up what summer tomatoes and basil you have left growing out in the back!

I used to make this corn salad on Sunday or Mondays of every week to bring as a lunch side at the hospital. After my pharmacy orientation at the Medical Center, a group of us went to Country's Barbecue North to grab some lunch. Being completely new in town, we followed the advice of Columbus native (and classmate) Dorchak to this Columbus institution.

I've been making variations of this for breakfast the past few weeks. Basically, it's an English muffin with a fried egg, 2 slices of ham, peanut butter and either avocado or spinach. It's filling, nutritious and relatively healthy.

I fry the egg runny, add pepper and a dash of cayenne. No salt is needed for the egg because you get the salt from the ham. I have invented a button that links to the Joy Bauer Food Cures network on the right hand side of the blog! As a fellow health care provider, I decided to team up with Joy and her staff when I was approached about the partnership. Check out Joy's website by clicking on the button on the right and read more about Joy here.

The food's good, service is chill and it's a nice place to watch some footie while grabbing a bite to eat. While I've had a solid experience with all of the foods offered at this quaint pub, I like their bangers and mash the best.
