Deb Bell Appointed to Florida Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers

Ellenton, Florida – Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed Deb Bell of Powerhouse Executives to the Florida Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers. Bell is a highly experienced community association manager and instructor with a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the industry.

Bell has been a community association manager for over 9 years. She is a former member of the Community Associations Institute’s Education Committee and the National Green Building Institute’s Testing Subcommittee. She is also a licensed real estate broker associate, a Harley Davidson motorcycle instructor, a real estate instructor, a community association management instructor..

In addition to her experience as a Community Association Manager, Bell is also a certified leadership coach for John Maxwell. She is a strong advocate for professional development and lifelong learning, and she is committed to helping community association managers stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

The Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers is a state agency that is responsible for regulating the community association management industry in Florida. The council is composed of 15 members, including nine community association managers, three real estate professionals, and three members of the public.

The council is responsible for developing and enforcing the rules and regulations governing the community association management industry. The council also provides education and training to community association managers, and it investigates complaints against community association managers.
