I’ve been using Twitter for over two years now and I’m glad to see it’s finally taking off. Most of my friends still haven’t jumped on the Twitter bandwagon yet but eventually it will become a staple in everyone’s internet life like myspace or facebook. lol I’m actually getting really cool news updates from my local news and UAB (my school) because I follow both of them on Twitter. Plus I get to hear the latest gossip on my favorite music artists and celebrities. And of course, and I get to stay in touch with my friends and find out what they’re up to.

For you twitter fans, I recently found a cool site on Mashable that has a list of cool Twitter applications, articles, and FAQs at
http://mashable.com/category/twitter-lists/. And for you Mac users, I recently downloaded and installed Beak, a mac-friendly twitter desktop application that is really nice and easy to use.

School: School is going okay but Pharmacology is tough. I’m managing to keep a solid B in there though! :) OB clinicals are interesting to say the least. So are psych clinicals. Let’s just say it’s a very interesting semester with vaginas and crazy people!

Personal Life: I found me a new special someone. His name is John and he’s sweet, fun, and feisty. I’ll just leave it at that for now. :)

Work: I’m an on-call research assistant for Labor & Delivery at the hospital now. I still work at the vagina clinic but I’m also doing on-call to get some extra hours. I dissect placentas after our research patients deliver their babies (for study purposes). It’s gonna suck though if a lot of them deliver at 3am in the morning!!

Well that is just a mini-update about what’s been going on in my life. I’ll try to update more often from now on. OH and yeah, I’m still tall. :)
