How charitable of her.</p> <p><strong>Elizabeth Cena</strong> responded to a filing in Hillsborough County recently by saying John's petition should be dismissed because it doesn't bring &quot;a proper dissolution of marriage action&quot; against her, according to BayLawsuits.com. Her reason? He referred to her as Elizabeth&nbsp;Huberdeau, and not Elizabeth&nbsp;Cena. That seems a little petty.&nbsp;</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>She also said he didn't attach a copy of their prenuptial agreement, invalidating the filing; She doesn't seem too happy he said there's no common marital property either -- apparently there's plenty, and that needs to be divvied up.</p> <p>Boy, it sure seems like pro wrestling and happy marriages don't mix. Whew! <strong>Ryan&nbsp;Reynolds</strong>' role as Hal Jordan won't hold any surprises!</p> <p><strong>James Robinson</strong>, the writer for the upcoming series<em> Earth&nbsp;2</em>, says he was really pumped about the idea: &quot;The original version of Alan Scott was an older man, and he had a superpowered son, Obsidian, who was gay. The fact that Scott was young now (thanks to a universe-wide reboot) meant Obsidian no longer existed,&quot; he told <em>Entertainment Weekly</em>. &quot;I thought it was a shame that DC was losing such a positive gay character. I said, &quot;Why not make Alan Scott gay?'&quot;</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>But while some fanboys freak out about it -- The Juice* doesn't care, because <strong>Warren Ellis </strong>made<em> The Authority</em>'s Midnighter and Apollo a gay couple way back in 1999 -- Robinson says it's not that integral a part of the story, even if it's central to the character.</p> <p>&quot;I want to stress that Alan Scott is a gay man, but that&rsquo;s just a <em>part</em> of who he is,&quot; he said. &quot;He's a businessman. He's a hero. He's a lot of different things. His sexuality is a part of him, but it isn't his defining trait. He's an interesting, complex character that I think people will respond to on many levels. He's the epitome of heroism. And wouldn't you know it, there's some political intrigue involved, too.</p> <p>The U.K.'s <em>Daily Mail</em> says one of her clients may have been<strong> Bo Xilai</strong>, the disgraced politician embroiled in a scandal over possible involvment in the murder of British businessman <strong>Neil&nbsp;Heywood</strong>. The 33-year-old Zhang allegedly had sex with Bo in Beijing at least 10 times between 2007 and 2011, for about $1.5 million each time. The deal was allegedly arranged by Chinese businessman <strong>Xu Ming</strong>, who got away with paying her only $1 million per meetup.</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>Zhang is denying the claims, saying people's imaginations are running wild, but the Chinese government has refused to let the <em>Memoirs of a Geisha </em>star leave the country while it investigates. It seems Breezy got kicked out of a Las Vegas nightclub over the weekend after a bunch of girls there didn't do his bidding, the <em>New&nbsp;York&nbsp;Post </em>says.&nbsp;</p> <p>The tabloid says Brown was at Haze nightclub at&nbsp;Aria in the&nbsp;CityCenter hotel and casino for a couple hours Saturday night chatting up a group of young women, buying lots of bubbly and working his game. Then things got ugly.</p> <p>&quot;Brown got visibly upset when the girls moved on to the next table,&quot; a source told the <em>Post</em>. &quot;Brown approached the guys in the group (at the next table) and started getting visibly agitated. Brown stood up, and looked like he was about to start a fight when club security stopped him.&quot;</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>He got in the guy&rsquo;s face and was cursing at him, and saying, 'Are these girls with you or with me?' The guy was stunned by it. Things were close to getting extremely ugly. Then Chris' security and club security escorted him out.&quot;</p> <p>It's at this point the <em>Post </em>says Brown's rep denied the report, but Haze didn't exactly say it didn't happen. They admitted there was an incident with Chris, but didn't specify what. &quot;Haze has a zero tolerance policy for violence,&quot; the club's rep told the paper. Good thing the second masseur accusing him of sexual battery has dropped his lawsuit.</p> <p>The late Conaway's one-time fiancee, <strong>Vikki Lizzi</strong>, told the <em>Enquirer </em>the incident occurred in the '90s at Jeff's home, when Conaway woke up to find Travolta doing more than dancing, according to the <em>New York Post</em>. Lizzi said the allegation was made in a suicide note Jeff left when he tried to kill himself in 2006. Conaway died of pneumonia last May at the age of 60.</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>Lizzi, who was made infamous by her appearances on <em>Celebrity Rehab</em> with Jeff, has been making the rounds, telling <em>Star </em>that Travolta's marriage to <strong>Kelly Preston</strong> was fake. &quot;Jeff told me that John and Kelly's marriage was an arrangement, she said. &quot;Jeff said that Kelly knows that John is gay, and that's why she's okay with it.&quot;</p> <p>The unnamed sources came out of the woodwork after that, but more interesting was a masseur named <strong>Luis Gonzalez</strong>, who told the <em>Enquirer </em>he got it on with Travolta at a Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel,&nbsp;Calif., in 1997.</p> <p>&quot;He's a great kisser,&quot; Gonzalez said. &quot;Travolta may not identify himself as a gay man, but it doesn't dismiss the fact that he likes sex with men ... and he's experienced at it. I know because I had sex with him, and he loved it.&quot; Not enough to tip Gonzalez more than a 20 percent tip, of course.</p> <p>In the better news department, <strong>John&nbsp;Doe No. 2</strong> dropped his lawsuit against Travolta because he also broke up with lawyer <strong>Okorie Okorocha</strong>, who represented both he and <strong>John&nbsp;Doe No. 1</strong>, who hired Gloria Allred on&nbsp;Wednesday. They bought the single home in 2007 from <em>Will &amp; Grace</em> co-creator <strong>Max Mutchnick</strong> for $29 million.</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>The home, which also has koi ponds, a swimming pool and its own street. DeGeneres initially listed it for $60 million, but dropped it to $49 million recently.&nbsp;She allegedly received several offers for it. Now all Seacrest needs to do is unload his own Hollywood Hills joint, which is being listed for about&nbsp;$12 million. Attorney<strong> Marty Singer</strong> is really earning Travolta's retainer money the last few days.</p> <p>It took less than a week for a masseur's allegations against Travolta to start falling apart, as a notice of dismissal was filed in L.A. on Tuesday, <em>People</em> reports. &quot;Let's just say we had differences in opinion of how to handle the case and decided to part ways,&quot; John Doe's lawyer <strong>Okorie Okorocha </strong>said. </p> <p>The man has hired legal shark <strong>Gloria Allred</strong>, who said, &quot;Mr. Doe's lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time.&quot; </p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>Now a gym employee says Travolta fondled and groped him, even though there are conveniently no witnesses because the guy would allegedly open the gym for Travolta off hours. &quot;The gym was opened as a courtesy to John Travolta so that he could avoid the public yet maintain his fitness in this physically challenging role that he was doing at the time,&quot; a source told&nbsp;RadarOnline. &quot;The gym employee says that John Travolta groped and fondled him against his will.&quot; No lawsuit has been filed yet, but it kind of makes third accuser, cruise ship worker <strong>Fabian Zanzi</strong>, seem kind of tame.</p> <p>Atlanta-based plaintiff No. 2, who also is represented by Okorocha, is saying he'll give up his sexual assault and battery case, too, if John pays him the meager sum of $250,000. Somehow we don't think that's going to happen.</p> <p>&quot;My client will settle for $250k to make this go away quickly and without having any further action being taken in this case,&quot; Okorocha told RadarOnline. &quot;My client wants his life back and for that to happen at this point we would be willing to accept a settlement. I have been speaking with Marty Singer about establishing the ground rules for arbitration/mediation in this case. ... I haven't discussed any settlement figures with Marty yet but I anticipate we will be having those discussions very soon.&quot;</p> <p>Singer has hardly been impressed by these allegations, either, telling <em>People</em>,&nbsp;&quot;We'll disprove (Doe Number Two's claims), but we need specifics first. It's hard to disprove something when you don't have more specific allegations.&quot; Like saying an alleged attack occurred in L.A. the same day Travolta was in New York, which is what happened to the first guy's case. Maybe this time Travolta will have been in Idaho or something instead of Atlanta. It's taken a while to report it, because no one has been looking for him.</p> <p>His wife <strong>Rose</strong> filed a police report Monday saying she hasn't seen the 32-year-old since May 9, TMZ reports. Sources report Nick had been hanging out on L.A.'s Skid Row lately, and was suspected of being caught up in drug trouble.</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>The actor's rep didn't provide comment to the site, but TMZ speculates his drug use may have been a factor in his disappearance. His costars probably like the sound of that, too, because they didn't make half that. Combined.</p> <p>The <em>Hollywood Reporter</em> says Downey negotiated a back-end deal with Marvel to get bonuses for box-office performance, equal to about 5 to 7 percent, according to some sources (other sources deny it, but that wouldn't make for a jaw-dropping payday story now, would it?). Downey made the deal for future movies when <em>Iron Man</em> pulled in $585 million in 2008. Hmm ... what's the rest of the Brat Pack doing these days, we wonder.</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>His costars, meanwhile, weren't so smart. <strong>Chris Hemsworth</strong>, <strong>Chris Evans</strong>, <strong>Mark Ruffalo</strong> and <strong>Jeremy Renner </strong>settle for small upfront fees, <em>THR</em> says, so they stand to make $2 to $3 million on the flick. <strong>Samuel L. Jackson</strong> and<strong> Scarlett Johansson</strong> are rumored to be making about twice that. Either way, Downey can buy and sell all of them. The <em>L.A.&nbsp;Times</em> is reporting that it was a troubled shoot from the start, requiring delays for multiple rewrites for a story with no middle and the pacification of allegedly irritable star <strong>Will Smith</strong>. Oh, and they casually throw in there it has become one of the most expensive movies ever made.</p> <p>Never mind the fact the second movie came out 10 years ago; the real shocker here is the movie required a three-month shutdown to rework scenes set in the past, when&nbsp;Smith's Agent J time travels to 1969 to meet up with a younger version of <strong>Tommy Lee Jones</strong>' Agent K, played by<strong> Josh Brolin</strong>. The two-week break scheduled for the holidays was extended to February, then again to March because writers needed time to redo scenes Smith didn't like.</p> <!--break--><!--break--><p>&quot;Obviously, going into production without a finished script was not ideal,&quot; <strong>Doug Belgrad</strong>, president of Columbia Pictures told the&nbsp;<em>Times</em>. &quot;But we had a huge degree of confidence based on the fact that it's a sequel and the creative elements involved &hellip; were not going to wait forever.&quot;</p> <p>Instead of striking the shoot, which started in 2010 to take advantage of tax breaks in New&nbsp;York&nbsp;City that were set to expire, the crew stayed on, and were paid for each day they waited. The final tally -- even with franchise director <strong>Barry Sonnenfeld </strong>getting $10 million, less than half what he was paid for <em>MiB2</em> -- approached $250 million, plus millions more for marketing and distribution, bringing the total to somewhere in the neighborhood of $375 million. That puts it in the company of megabucks neighbors like<em> Spider-Man 3</em> and the<em> Pirates of the Caribbean </em>movies.
