This is the third time I’ve had the privilege of working with Urban Infant on their editorial series “How does she do it?” featuring woman in our community who are balancing the ever tenuous balance of career and motherhood. In the most recent issue, Kasha Anne took spotlight as she shared about her journey as a country singer in the band “The Orchard”. I’ll let you zip down to the nearest Safeway, Sobeys, library or local child focused business to pick up a copy and read about it. In the meanwhile, here’s some more images from the session I had with her and her two awesome girls on a chilly winter morning in late November.

A limited number of spots are available. Please book right away to avoid disappointment.
Your choice of prints up to 8X10 (sheet of 8 wallets, one 5X7 or one 8X10 constitues as a print).
Session does NOT include a disc. Proofs are presented for viewing in a private password protected gallery and only available for one week.
Discs are available for purchase once you have viewed your gallery of images.
Session includes members of the immediate family, up to 2 kids. Additional children are subject to extra time and possibly additional session time. Please contact me so we can discuss the options.
Price does not include tax and 5% GST will be added to the total.
Your session fee is required up front in full to reserve your appointment time. No bookings are held unless full payment is made.
Location will be predetermined by the photographer, and will be an Edmonton based ravine park. Location details will be sent once booking has been secured.
Rainout date will be Saturday October 13th, and will only be rescheduled at the sole discretion of the photographer.
All sales are final.

Call me a simpleton, but one of my greatest pleasures is chronicling the lives of my clients. Watching the kidlets grow and evolve into little people is a privilege I don’t take for granted.

I first met this family a couple years back before their youngest arrived and we spent one smokey friday morning to capture these connections at a downtown Edmonton park. Enjoy!

Senior photography is extremely popular in the states. In fact there are American photographers who specialize in shooting only high school graduates. I can see why; meeting up with Skye for a session to commemorate this milestone in her graduation gown was a fun change-up from my typical subjects of babies and toddlers. Thank you for being a trooper Skye, this June morning was super windy and cold!

Just an itty bitty one, though I can tell she is full of spunk and personality. I first met M’s dad when I was a nurse at the hospital, so it was fun to reconnect once again! You’ll notice a red/white quilt used in some of the images and would say that they are some of my favourites from the session. I always prefer to include personal and sentimental items dueing the session to create even more meaningful images. Congratulations C + E; she is a true beauty.
