white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: x-large;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* كان تصور البعض أن إزاحة طنطاوى وعنان أكبر من صلاحيات الرئيس باعتبارهما الحاكم الفعلى لمصر بعد الثورة؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span></span><span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- هذا تصور خاطئ، لأن المجلس العسكرى كان يمارس السلطة بحكم الأمر الواقع بعد تفويض الرئيس السابق له لملء الفراغ بعد تنحيه، ولم يعترض الشعب، وقبل دون أن يستفتِه أحد، وعندما اُنتخب الرئيس مرسى لم يعد هناك فراغ، فضلاً عن وجود معارضة من جانب تيارات مختلفة لحكم العسكريين، و«يسقط.. يسقط حكم العسكر» شعار ومطلب تردد على مدار 15 شهراً، ما أعطى دعماً شعبياً للرئيس، ليس فقط لإقالة طنطاوى وعنان، وإنما كذلك لتشتيت المجلس العسكرى، الذى أعطى الرئيس لأعضائه «ركلة» لأعلى، بوضعهم فى مناصب مُرضية، ومنحهم رواتب مجزية، ترضية لهم وتجنباً لغضبهم.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* هل أقبل الرئيس على هذه الخطوة المهمة بالتنسيق مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- سألت السفيرة الأمريكية فى القاهرة، وسألت مسئولين فى زيارتى الأخيرة للولايات المتحدة عن هذا الأمر، وكلهم أكدوا أنهم لم يعلموا بالقرار إلا بعد اتخاذه، لكنهم لم يندهشوا لأن الرتب العسكرية الكبيرة مثل طنطاوى وعنان لا تبقى فى معظم جيوش العالم فى مواقعها لأكثر من 3 سنوات، وبالتالى ما كان لهذه الدول أن تعترض أو تندهش، ثم إن عنصر المفاجأة أو الرضا لم يكن مهماً، لأن القادمين الجدد تعلموا وتدربوا أيضاً فى الولايات المتحدة، وعموماً الإخوان فتحوا قنوات اتصال مع واشنطن، حتى قبل وصول مرسى للرئاسة، فهناك وفد مكون من 30 قيادة فى «الجماعة» ذهب لأمريكا قبل جولة الإعادة فى انتخابات الرئاسة لطمأنتها على مصالحها.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* على ذكر مصالح أمريكا.. أنت الوحيد الذى قال إن هناك قاعدة أمريكية فى مصر دون أن نسمع عنها من مصدر آخر؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- كونك لم تسمع عنها لا يعنى أنها غير موجودة، هناك قاعدة أمريكية فى مصر فى «رأس بنى ياس» منذ أيام السادات، وبعض الدوريات الكبيرة مثل إصدارات «المعهد الدولى للدراسات الاستراتيجية» فى لندن تحدثت عنها، وهذه القاعدة إحدى أهم المصالح الأمريكية فى مصر، وتعهد الوفد الإخوانى بالحفاظ عليها.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* منذ متى بدأت اتصالات الولايات المتحدة مع الإخوان وما الهدف منها؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- أمريكا حريصة على الاتصال بالإخوان وليس فى هذا أى شىء يدعو للريبة لأنها كقوة عظمى تحرص على الاتصال بكل القوى الأساسية، وهذا الأمر ينسحب على باقى القوى. وفى السبعينات كان الأمريكان حريصين جداً على التواصل مع حزب التجمع، الذى كان يمثل المعارضة الرئيسية للسادات، لكن مازال البعض هنا يرتاب فى هذه الاتصالات. وبعد زيارة الوفد الإخوانى لواشنطن اتصل بى الفريق أحمد شفيق، الذى كان مثل كثير من المصريين يعتقد أن اتصال واشنطن بأى جهة يعنى تأييدهم، ليسألنى عن مغزى استقبال الأمريكان للوفد، فقلت له: أمريكا مثل أى دولة عظمى تفتح قنوات اتصال مع كل القوى الرئيسية، واتصلت له بالسفيرة الأمريكية التى أكدت نفس الكلام، قالت: إذا أراد أن يرسل 30 أو حتى 60 شخصاً فسأمنحهم التأشيرات فوراً.</b></span></span></span></span></b></span></b><br /> <blockquote> <b style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: x-large;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* هل الفريق شفيق الآن لاجئ سياسى فى الإمارات؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span></span><span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- الفريق ليس لاجئاً، ولا يوجد ما يدينه فى مصر، وهو يعمل الآن مستشاراً لأمير دبى، ويبدو أنه أراد أن يستريح ويستجم ويسترد عافيته، وهذا من حقه.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* لكن يقال إنه يخشى من الملاحقة القضائية؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- لا أعلم، وفى حدود معلوماتى فإن أحد محاميه يريد الاطمئنان لوضعه القانونى قبل عودته تجنباً لاستنزافه عصبياً ومادياً من قِبل بلطجية القانون، أمثال عصام سلطان، وأرى أن تقديمه لـ20 بلاغاً ضد مرشح للرئاسة «سلوك شاذ»، فلماذا لم يقدم البلاغات من قبل؟ الواضح أنه يريد إنهاك الرجل، والإساءة إليه، وأنا أتعاطف بشدة مع «شفيق» لأنى تعرضت لموقف مشابه، وأرى مثل هؤلاء المحامين يستغلون حق التقاضى لابتزاز الناس، ولا توجد طريقة للأسف لتجنب أذاهم، فهم كما «البلطجى» أو «قليل الأدب» فى الشارع يسُبَّك ويتحرش بك.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* هل تدافع عن شفيق بعد أن خفتت أصوات مؤيديه؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- وما الغريب فى ذلك؟ أنا لم أكن أبداً مستأنساً من السلطة، ثم من قال إن التأييد لشفيق خفت؛ هناك 13 مليوناً أعطوا أصواتهم له، والتأييد له الآن أكثر مما سبق، لعدم رضا بعض من صوَّتوا لمرسى عن سياسته، وهؤلاء ندموا على اختياره.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* لماذا تتخذ موقفاً معادياً من الإخوان؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- لأنها حركة رافضة للتقنين منذ إنشائها، فلا هى حزب سياسى ولا جمعية غير حكومية، ثانياً هذه الجماعة تعمل فى سرية شديدة مريبة، ونحن لا نعرف شيئاً عن المناقشات والمداولات التى تدور فى مكتب «المرشد»، وهذا من حقنا، ثالثاً، هناك غموض كبير يحيط بمصادر تمويلهم.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* هل أنت شخصياً لا تعرف شيئاً عن مصادر تمويلهم؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- لدىَّ تخمينات واستنتاجات لا معلومات يقينية، فمن عام ونصف العام، كنت مسافراً إلى «قطر» على نفس الطائرة مع خيرت الشاطر، الذى زاملنى لفترة فى السجن، فسألته مازحاً: «أنت رايح تجيب بركات الشيخ القرضاوى أم لتأتى بحقائب أموال»؟! فرد علىَّ: «أنا رايح أشوف القرضاوى وغير القرضاوى، وخف علينا شوية يا دكتور أو حل عنا» وكتبت وقتها أن أموال الإخوان من قطر.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>* ما أكثر ما يقلقك على مستقبل مصر السياسى؟<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></b></span></span><br /><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><b>- أن يقوض الإخوان بوجودهم فى الحكم فرص تداول السلطة، ولدينا تجربتان دخلت فيهما أحزاب إسلامية السلطة ولم تخرج منها، هما إيران وأفغانستان، لكن للإنصاف لدينا أيضاً تجارب إسلامية أخرى إيجابية على مستوى تداول السلطة فى إندونيسيا وماليزيا وبنجلاديش وباكستان.</b></span></span></span></span></b></span></b></b></span></span></span></span></b></b><br /> <b style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;
