2 men charged in East Hillsborough smash-and-grabs

Two men were involved in several smash-and-grab robberies in Hillsborough County between March and July, deputies say. Deputies have arrested Jeremy Nichtula, 29, of Brandon, and Thomas Dan Hartley, 21, of Ruskin.
