And the Browser is not only made by an Indian but also Made in India in Bangalore.

The Browser is powered by Mozilla which means you can trust it if you have any doubts in mind. It has also got an Inbuilt Anti Virus which is powered by ESET.

The best thing about this Browser is that it supports Regional Language and there are more things like twitter, Facebook, Watch videos, you can do in the sidebar which makes your more productive, There are about 1500 apps for such things. And there is a peacock in the background. If you want to try few more browsers then check out the list of browsers on Tech TIp

The jury finally has selected this Symbol which had been designed by a IIT Post graduate D Udaya Kumar.

The sign includes ‘Ra’ of Devnagiri and the Roman ‘R’ There is a parallel line which denotes the equal to sign.

The Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ambika Soni in New Delhi saif-
"With this India will join an elite group of countries which have a distinct currency symbol. It denotes the robustness of Indian economy. I will now hold up the design that was finally selected. This was sent in by Udaya Kumar,"

This will take sometime to implement, we probably will be seeing the new Rupee notes in sometime

The service is pretty cool as it does not require any internet connection and browsing through various pages to publish your content. All you have to do it, call the number, follow the IVR and record you message. You channel’s subscribers will get a notification via SMS and they can listen to your message over the call.

We already talked about the Mobile Subscriber base in India is around 600 million, so this is a huge opportunity for a service like this.

This is a huge number and almost all the big companies are in India now. Dell has made a move to introduces it’s mobile phones to Indian market as there is a really big opportunity to grow and gain profit.

Currently if we talk about Smart phones, Only Nokia manages to make huge sales in India, Samsung, on the other hand is charging up by launching Samsung Galaxy S, which made huge sales in few days.

The un availability of Apple iPhone and Google Nexus One makes more room for Dell to capture the market.

This is good for Indians in every way. More mobile phones in the market means no Monopoly.

Airtel announced that they will be giving free access to their Subscribers to the Facebook via Airtel Live.

Now What does that mean?

Well, users won be charged for the data used via mobile phone. users can browse within the website for free and can even upload images, there will be no charges for it. However, if they click any external link and taken to the other site, it is going to cost them as per their regular plan.

Facebook is the number one social networking site in the world and India it is growing at a tremendous rate. This move will benefit both the parties as the mobile subscribers base is around 600 Million and the Internet Subscribers Base is 60 Million. Mobile Internet play an important role here.

Currently Airtel offers Unlimited GPRS Plan for Rs98. And there are regular charges of 10Paise/50Kb if you don’t take this plan.

Note: To access it free, you need to select the Airtel Live connection, if you still select the Mobile Office connection, you will be charged.

I have been keeping an eye on the news for a long time.

They are going to invest around 150 million US Dollars in Indian Office which will be set up in Hyderabad and they will be hiring around 500 people for it. Currently Facebook has around 8 million Indian users and growing at a fast rate, people are leaving Orkut and Joining Facebook as they feel it’s faster and in fashion.

The price of Mobile phone is expected to be around Rs30,000 which is quite reasonable looking at the Specifications and the popularity of this device.

3.5” 800×480 pixel touch screen

ARM Cortex-A8 600MHz Processor

Total available application memory up to 1GB (256MB RAM + 768MB virtual memory)

WiFi and HSPA data 10/2.0 Mbps

5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics

32GB Internal memory

Integrated GPS with A-GPS

Nokia AV connector 3.5mm for audio input/output and TV out

Micro-USB 2.0 high speed for file transfers and charging

The best thing about this Mobile phone is it’s huge application memory, which makes it stand out of other mobile phones. Even my Nokia N97 mini sucks when I open more than three applications. The other thing is it’s screen which is quite bigger for a better Mobile Internet experience.
