Lionsgate Hints at More Twilight Films After Breaking Dawn

Lionsgate wrapped up their acquisition of Summit Entertainment at the close of business on Friday in a deal valued at $412.5 million. The combination of the two mini-majors brings the powerhouse young adult Twilight and The Hunger Games franchises under one roof.
Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer is bullish on the future of the Twilight franchise with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, now that he has control over it, despite the final film, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, opening in theaters this upcoming November. "I'm anticipating Breaking Dawn Part 2 being $700 million-plus in worldwide box office," he said.
Feltheimer also noted that it's hard to imagine a film that does over $700 million in box office business to not have ongoing value. When asked if the Twilight films could continue after Breaking Dawn, he answered "Boy I hope so."
Another potential place Twilight could materialize is on the small screen. "I would certainly hope so" was Feltheimer's response when asked whether a Twilight television series might be in the company's future.
In the meantime, Lionsgate will be focusing on earning as many dollars as possible with The Hunger Games starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. The first of four planned films based on the Suzanne Collins books is due in theaters on March 23.

Hello,

I know it's been a while since I posted but I am here.

As you have understood our blog is mostly inactive and we are not posting as we used to. 2011 was a tough year in so many ways and sometimes Real Life has other plans for us.

For the past three years, we have been here. Updating the FB page first and then this blog for our fans to read the news, with no gossip at all. I tried really hard to keep this blog gossip-free and it is one of those things I am really proud of.

I had a wonderful team and we have succeeded in so many things together. I am very happy for every single one of them who loved this blog as it was their own. Finding a blogger to update is not easy at all. The blogger team doesn't have the members it used to, so that's mainly the reason we cannot post regularly.

It was really hard, but I have decided that the blog will continue to be up for 2012 but we will be officially off when Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 is out in the cinemas.

At this point, I would like to assure you that we will be around when my remaining blogger team can. It might not be as we used to, but we will be here.

I would like to thank:

My Team who were the behind this amazing blog. Our webmistress, our comments moderator, our creative artists and all our bloggers for all the years we are online.
Our lovely affiliates around the world. I am grateful that I met you guys!

Breaking Dawn Part 1 Review No Spoilers

Hey Everyone,

Yes I am from the lucky ones who have seen the movie. It is a tradition to write a review with No Spoilers to all of you. So here I am. I just got home and I keep writing.

Breaking Dawn is my favorite book from the saga and the movie well, what I have seen so far, made me remember all those things that made me love the book.

I won't give spoilers. Bill Conton did an amazing job. The colors of the movie are different (as in every film).

The first part that we all wanted to see is there, the ceremony, the wedding reception, Isle Esme and of course the whole pregnancy, which is by the way very realistic. It was great to see all the Cullens, Quillettes and Humans, also the newbies. I really liked Ashley's new hairdo. Kellan was nice. Jackson and Nikki, Billy, God you will LOVE Billy! Liz and Peter. You will see! and that is all I can say.

The soundtrack is amazing. Carter Burwell did an amazing job on the score and Alexandra Patsavas with the OST.

I got a bit emotional when I saw the actors I have met during the TwiCons. BooBoo for instance has grown up to a very lovely young man. Gil was amazing as always. Justin was funny, Alex was tough. Charlie and Daniel I won't say (you will see why). I wish I was from those lucky ones who got to meet a lot more, but I am happy with all those I have met and interacted with. (Yes Guri I am talking about you! :P)

I know that you haven't realized it but the end is near. It is/was a great time doing this. I have tried to stay true to my values, and I have succeeded, for that I am proud. Thanks to all those where with us all those years. It was a blessing to have you around!

Kalispera from Athens. I know it's been a while since you have seen me but here I am. As promised I have material from Twilight ItaCon2 so here is an interview I really enjoy doing.
I had the privilege to talk to Guri Weinberg and met his wife Tammy Lauren. If you haven't seen them both live I suggest you should. They are the bomb team :) They are simple, down to earth, chatty and kind. I haven't seen "stars" interact with fans so easily and having so much fun being around us. Guri said that his wife taught him how important fans are. After interacting with Tammy, I realized how true that was.

Q.Can you share with us something fascinating that happened on BD set?

G.W: There are some fascinated things but they are kind of a surprise for the dvd. And that’s hard to share because I will ruin the surprise.

Q.Did Stephenie reveal to you where did the Romanians go after they have left the Cullens?

G.W: (surprised) No, we didn’t talk about it. She didn’t actually…

Q.You praized Mackenzie Foy (on a blog entry). Can you share with us one of her traits that made her memorable or special for you?

G.W.: What is so special about Mackenzie, is that being a child actor is very very difficult. Because you have to do school, at the same time as work. And when you are coming into a big movie like this, as a child you get nervous, you get all that. She is so intelligent, so professional, so kind and respectful. I hope that when I have a kid, that I couldn’t have one like her. She is an amazing child.

Q. Reading your blog I found a specific entry explaining to us how you got the roles for Munich and Breaking Dawn. I wanted to ask do you like writing? And If yes, have you considered writing your own stories?

G.W.: I actually have written some, still working on it. I love writing and I do write.

Q. What kind of roles do intrigue you?

G.W.: I like roles where a character is flawed. Any human that has something to scrubble with, to overcome because to me that is human. That’s why I don’t like to do perfect characters, no one is perfect.

Q: Do you have a new project you would like to share with us?

G.W.:Not right now

Q: What is the most difficult thing you had to do when you are preparing for a role?

G.W. The dialect is the hardest. Finding information about the era or about a person is much easier than it is perfecting a dialect and make it real. Because if you don’t do the dialect real, the audience will see that and say “what is that?” So, the dialect is always the hardest. It is very very important to get it right.

I have a last question that I wanted to ask him BUT someone else asked it during the day. But I think you should all need to know his answer...So here it is :

Q:Would you like to play in a movie where your wife would be as well?

G.W. I would love to play in a movie with my wife. Being Tammy's Nemesis. (How cool is that?)
