<p>This Washington, DC area based opportunity requires an enthusiastic, experienced sales professional with a demonstrated understanding of US Federal Acquisition processes including requirements, budgeting and procurement of data, software and/or systems for US Federal Civil Agencies markets within the USA. Specific target agenices include Department of the Interior, NOAA, USDA, DOT, etc. As an ideal candidate, you have a self-managed, proactive work style, experience in designing and executing sales strategies, strong written and oral communication skills, excellent decision making abilities and a strong commitment to meeting stringent time deadlines. The USA and related regions. The Sales Director is responsible for the successful achievement of sales within their US Federal Civil markets.</p>
<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities include</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop the Federal Civil Agencies sales plan and strategy in concert with the Sales team;</li>
<li>Establish sales goals in concert with the Sales team;</li>
<li>Meet and/or exceed sales goals and revenue targets;</li>
<li>Prepare sales proposals to all potential and repeat clients;</li>
<li>Lead negotiation teams in negotiation of teaming agreements, subcontracts and prime contracts;</li>
<li>Track the progress of sales towards established goals;</li>
<li>Provide monthly sales summaries to the Director of USA Sales;</li>
<li>Seek out and identify existing firms in the markets which the Company may enter into Agency or Data Distribution agreements;</li>
<li>Work with committed firms to develop sales to their clientele to ensure additional sales growth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>As an ideal candidate, you have a demonstrated understanding of US Federal Acquisition processes including requirments, budgeting and procurement of data, software and/or systems of Federal Civil Agencies. Other strengths that you bring include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated track record of strong Federal Agency client relationship management;</li>
<li>Organizational and business skills in the fields of image analysis, surveying, mapping and/or remote sensing;</li>
<li>A minimum of 10 years direct experience in the sale of geospatial data, preferably both elevation and imagery;</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial record;</li>
<li>Proven track record of being a trusted advisor to customers;</li>
<li>Conduct business with highest levels of sincerity and ethics;</li>
<li>Highly motivated self-starter comfortable managing the sales process from beginning to close;</li>

<p>This Denver, Colorado based opportunity requires a well-qualified candidate with a strong Air Traffic Management background. As an ideal candidate, you have a self-managed, proactive work style, experience managing people and resources, strong written and oral communication skills, excellent decision making abilities and a strong commitment to meeting stringent time deadlines. The Product Manager&#8217;s key role is the development of an emerging product offering known as Aviation Data Services (ADS). The ADS is based on a web-based delivery system of terrain data (primarily) for eTOD Area 1 and 2 with options to provide terrain data for Areas 3 and 4, as well as to create obstacle data for Areas 2 to 4. Clients for this service are expected to be Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP&#8217;s), military organizations and airline companies. Additional products are expected to be developed that will support the cockpit environment.</p>
<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities include</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing a holistic understanding of specific market segments, its unmet needs, the value chain and future trends to formulate a robust strategy to leverage the company&#8217;s core products;</li>
<li>Using defined processes to create sound market analysis, clear product definitions and robust go-to-market strategies, including preparation of conclusive proposals for approval;</li>
<li>Leading the execution of the defined product strategy using a cross-functional team from inception to product launch;</li>
<li>Managing the full lifecycle of product offerings including continuous analysis of market position;</li>
<li>Establishing external partner and customer relationships to achieve revenue targets while maintaining costs within approved product development budgets.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>As an ideal candidate, you have strong background in the aviation industry. Other strengths that you bring include:</p>
<ul>
<li>BS/MS in Aviation Management, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering or related Geospatial technical field;</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of the Air Traffic Management (ATM) market, particularly Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) and Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP);</li>
<li>Strong communication (written and verbal) and team building skills;</li>
<li>Experience with web based product marketing and strategy;</li>
<li>Experience in data visualization SW and applications;</li>
<li>Experience formulating business plans;</li>
<li>Skilled at managing and leading people towards a common goal;</li>
<li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work well in a team, function as a leader and work independently as required</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel throughout the US and Europe.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you also have experience as either a private or commercial pilot, that is another asset to this position.</p>

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Sales Director, SE Asia &amp; Australia is responsible for identifying and closing new business in commercial and governmental accounts across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia by selling commercial and consumer based products. The Director is also responsible for achieving unit and dollar volume objectives by developing and maintaining high customer satisfaction through the establishment of effective business relationships with customers, prospective customers and major influencers and is responsible for supporting the Company&#8217;s marketing strategies by using and assisting in the development of marketing programs to increase sales and market penetration to meet profit goals.</p>
<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>       Develops and executes a winning sales strategy for the territory and major commercial accounts;</li>
<li>       Develops and executes a channel centric &#8216;got to market&#8217; plan for SEA and Australia;</li>

<div>       Supports all end users for product presentation, product training, and complete DEM related solutions mining;</div>
