Charis Tsevis has created a wonderful portrait of Mark Zuckerberg ( founder of Facebook). The most interesting part of the portrait is that Facebook icons have been used to make it. Its simply a very unique idea and the end result is artistic and looks great. Something for a geek's room to fit on the wall. See the portrait below.

Make a Signature Online : Short Easy Steps

Creating a web signature is a good idea as it can be used at various places like at the end of an email, in a web forum sigi space or where you need to do a sign online. My Live Signature is a really cool website which allows users to create a costume designed signature, and best of all its free.

There are three options to make a signature:

Using the Signature Wizard: This is a method where you need to enter a text for signature, select the font and size etc.
Draw Directly through the Screen: This method allows you to draw the signature using mouse/hand.
Using a Scanned Image: This method is actually quite effective, as it uses a scanned image of your signature and then process it.But this costs like $10.

Tutorial:

Here is a step by step procedure how to create the signature ( using the Signature Wizard - This is the most commonly used method)

Firstly click on the first option provided:

Then write the text you want to be as your signature, we used "testing sigi"

Then select a font, there are about 120 fonts available to choose from.

Then choose the suitable size of the siginature.

Choose the desired siginature color.

After choosing the color, select the slope you want for the siginature.

And then the signature would show up and ready to save with just a right click.

Its very simple and easy to use interface, and the end result is pretty good. Try it.

Apple iPhone 4 Screen Cracked on Drop

It look like the iPhone 4 screen is not as tough as it has been hyped of. According to Apple the phone supports a glass screen which is 20 times stiffer and 30 times harder than plastic. The iPhone is a much awaited phone and has Apple fans on the brink of their seats to get a hand on it.

"iFix Your I" consists of a bunch of guys who are into repairing iPhone sets. They team gave the iPhone 4 a drop test in order to check whether the screen gets damaged or not, and the results were nothing much as expected.

The team at "iFix Your I" gave the iPhone 4 a drop test from a height of 3.5 feet and on the third fall the screen got cracked up ( as shown in the above pic).

But, its to be considered that the iPhone dropped was only the casing and there were no components inside. But does this really matters ! one thinks. It is said that the reason for the screen to breakup like this is due to the lack of "bezel" which protects the previous versions.

However, lets see if Apple comes up with a quick solution to wrap up this problem.

Or Maybe its just a Photoshop work, who knows !!

Change Google Homepage Background Image

Google.com now gives the option to change the background of the homepage. Firstly this option was available in Bing. The Google homepage sure would be liked much more because it allows you display pictures from right from your PC. This is a good step from Google and would let people enjoy the web experience. Below you can see the screen shots of how to change the background image.

Firstly goto Google.com and click the link provided below to change the background image. You need to be logged in to do that.

After you have logged in, the above window would pop inside the Google.com page. From here you can choose the desired image from the PC, Picassa Web Albums, Public Photo Gallery or from the Editors Pick Album.

After you have chosen the pic, the new homepage would look like this.

The background image can be removed by simply clicking on the link provided below on the Google homepage.
