Here we will use photoshop to resize image with same quality.

Step 1. Open Adobe Photoshop.

Step 2. Select any image that you want to resize here i have taken image with (3160px X 204px).

Step 3. Now select layer panel in your right, you will find small lock on image layer. Double click over it to unlock that layer.

You have unlocked image layer to execute functions properly.

Step 4. Now right click over that image layer then select “Convert to Smart Object”.

Step 5.  Now you have fully functional image to make changes without losing image quality. Go to Menu bar- Image- Image Size.

Step 6. Deselect that “Constrain Proportions” from below options which will unlock image resize option to use custom width and height of image.

Change your image size as your wish and it will not lose quality of image.

Step by Step Guide to Setting up Outlook.com on a Custom Domain Name

Step 1.

You will need account Windows Live account So sign up for a live.com account. You can create @hotmail.com or @live.com though you will be setting up a custom one anyway.

Step 2.

Once that is done, head over to domains.live.com and click on the “Get Started” link under Custom Domains. On next Page Enter your domain which you need email account like I need amaryder@techiebloggers.com So i put www.TechieBloggers.com. Then select below button “Set up Outlook.com for my domain” and hit Continue. On next Screen you will be asked about assigning domain administrator If you didn’t created account on previous step you can create here or you can either continue by selecting sign in using your existing Microsoft Account.

Click “Accept” and on the next screen and you will be presented with bunch of DNS settings that you will need to enable Outlook manage emails for your domain.

What are DNS Settings?

Basically DNS is the domain name system that lets you browse over to any website on the Internet by just using it’s domain name.

Step 3.

Ways to Setting up DNS MX Records to use Outlook.com

# Way 1- Adding DNS Records with Domain Registrar.

If your domain registrar enables DNS management then only you can add DNS records, mostly domain registrar allow you to access DNS records when your domain is parked with them So in order edit DNS records you have park your domain at your domain registrar. Here I am using Godaddy as it’s techiebloggers domain registrar just follow same steps to yours.

Login to Godaddy.com- Select Domain and Scroll down you will get Nameservers option.  Select “Set Nameservers”. Hit Ok!

It will took sometime to update your domain to Park on Godaddy.

After sometime you will see something like below, now your domain is successfully parked at Godaddy.com Now Launch “DNS MANAGER”.

Now Add above given DNS Records to all fields.

#Way 2-  Adding DNS Records via Hosting Provider.

This would be complex part but don’t worry you and me will do step by step to make it possible. Now we have DNS records, most of the hosting providers give access to Cpanel for controlling domain accounts. Sometimes Interface of Cpanel differs with Server OS. Don’t worry just look around you will  MX Entry Option or you can contact your hosting support team, If you find this work tedious. Just send them above DNS records to setup Outlook.com email Config.

Basically we have to setup below two records in server DNS records :

• MX record looks like this = 1c65434453454335.pamx1.hotmail.com

• SPF record looks like this = v=spf1 include hotmail.com ~ all

Here i am using Cpanel to setup DNS records on server.

Step1. Login to Cpanel- Find MX Entry under Mail Tab.

Step 2. Select your Domain.

After this you need to select email routing method. Choose “Automatically detect configuration”.

Step 3. Add the MX record string provided by Outlook.com. Leave priority as it is and add the record in the Destination field.

Important : Delete the Present Mx Entry otherwise the complete Process will not work.

Copy and Paste  MX server link from MX record which we got from Outlook.com

Adding MX Record

If you want to use mail.yourdomain.com to sign in for email address as I am using mail.techiebloggers.com to sign in here , then you can create a CNAME record in your domain’s custom DNS settings or in cpanel’s Simple DNS Editor. Enter Mail in the Name field, and enter subdomain in CNAME field, e.g. mail.example.com like mail.techiebloggers.com.

Navigate to your DNS Zone Editor  and add below record.

Name: mail.domain.com (replace the word ‘domain’ with your own domain name)
TTL: 9600
Type: CNAME
CNAME: go.domains.live.com (this is to be entered exactly as shown)

Step 4. Adding TXT Record

Basically this is SPF record, a record that will keep your emails from being noted as spam. With the v=spf1 include:hotmail.com ~all means, you are informing your server, that any server that is allowed to send mail from the IP addresses of Outlook.coms mail servers is also allowed to send mail from domain.com.

Select Advanced DNS Zone Editor under Domains Tab.

Select your domain It will come up with add a record option now here we will add TXT Record that we got from Outlook.com DNS records.

Everything is properly executed from Cpanel and you have to wait for updating DNS setting on your domain.

Now you have check whether all work is done or not let’s head to Windows Live Admin center’s domain settings page to Refresh and see when the changes are live and ready.

Step 5. last Step Creating Custom Domain Email Accounts

Go to Windows Live Admin Center and click on your active domain. On the left sidebar you will find options to manage accounts on your domain. You can choose Open Membership, so that people on your site can signup for an email account with your domain name. The other option is where you manually create email accounts for your staff, family members, friends or community members. You have the power to suspend or delete any email account on your domain at any time.

Steps to Fix Blue Screen Error on Windows 7 :

1. Access the BIOS (pressing F2 during boot up), go to Advanced and disable the “SpeedStep” option.

2. Verify if the computer received the BSOD after Sleep or hibernation.

3. Check the AC adapter to be the recommended one for your laptop. If you have a desktop computer, verify your video card have the correct video card power connector plug. A weak power supply can cause the BSOD.

4. Check if the system has been overclocked from factory. If it was, disable the overclocking feature. Otherwise, verify with CPU-Z the actual clock values.

5. Perform a clean boot:

• Click on “Start” when your Windows 7 loads.
• Type “msconfig” on the search bar and hit “Enter”.
• Go to the “Startup” tab and disable all the applications listed.
• Then go to the “Services” tab and check mark the “Hide all Microsoft Service”.
• Click on “Disable all Services”.
• Click on Apply and restart the computer.

Test the computer and if no BSOD is shown, start re-enabling one by one each Service and each Startup application until you discover which one is causing the BSOD.

6. Go to Device Manager and under the Power Management tab uncheck “Allow computer to turn off power”.

7. Run Windows Updates.

10. Check system BIOS version (update to the latest version if necessary)

11. Update the Chipset, Wireless and Video Card Driver.

12. Change the Virtual Memory from “Automatically Manage by Windows” to “Custom Size”. We recommend setting the Virtual Memory with a Minimum of 4066MB and a Maximum of 12006MB.

Open System by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking System.

In the left pane, click Advanced System Settings.

On the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.

Click the Advanced tab, and then, under Virtual memory, click Change.

Clear the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives check box.

Under Drive [Volume Label], click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change.

• Click Custom size, type a new size in megabytes in the Initial size (MB) or Maximum size (MB) box, click Set, and then click OK.

We recommend setting the Virtual Memory with a Minimum of 4066MB and a Maximum of 12006MB.

Steps for Share Internet With VPN on Windows 7 :

1. First of all you have to open Command Prompt as you can see the below screenshot.

You have to run cmd as Administrator by right click on as you can see in the above screenshot.

2. In 2nd step you have to verify whether the drivers are installed or not for that :

Type in Command Prompt : netsh wlan show drivers   press “Enter If next to “Hosted Network Supported” is written “Yes” then everything is ok and you can go to next step. If it says “No” then you have to install drivers for it.

3. Now you have to create a WiFi network with SSID type in command prompt : netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=techieblog key=password (You can check the SS from below

4. Now Start your Wi-Fi network and type in Command Prompt : netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Then you will get the below result shown in the screenshot :

5. Now its time to share the wi-fi for that “Open Network and Sharing Center” by right-clicking your WiFi icon as you can see in the below screenshot.

6. Now Click on “Change adapter settings” :

8. Go to “Sharing” tab and check on the checkbox next to “Allow Other Network User to connect through this computer’s Internet connection”

Select your network which you have created by using the netsh wlan command (as we have create techieblog created in the step 3rd)

Now click on ok the settings will be saved, Now the connection will be started and you can connect this network from your other computer wi-fi network and you will able to access internet easily now.

In this tutorial I’ll show you how to setup your own OpenVPN access server in just a few minutes! OpenVPN is an open source software application that uses VPN tactics for making safe point-to-point connections.

Steps to Install OpenVPN on VPS

Step 1.

Log in to your VPS using Putty.

Step 2.

You will see next screen to login as Root user and Root password.( WHM Login)

Note: Password will be typed hidden So don’t worry just type it and hit enter.

Step 3.

Check if tun/tap is active. In order to use OpenVPN TUN/TAP should be installed on your VPS, In order to check if TUN/TAP is installed or not , put the follow command and see the output.

Note:  In order to Paste code use Right Click.

Command : cat /dev/net/tun
Output : cat: /dev/net/tun: File descriptor in bad state

Step 4.

Download Software Package on server, Select your CentOS version and put that code in PuTTY. Download process will now start. Please be patient until it’s finished to 100%.

Command :

CentOS 5 (32bit Package) : wget http://swupdate.openvpn.org/as/openvpn-as-1.8.5-CentOS5.i386.rpm

CentOS 5 (64bit Package) : wget http://swupdate.openvpn.org/as/openvpn-as-1.8.5-CentOS5.x86_64.rpm

CentOS 6 ( 32bit Package) : wget http://swupdate.openvpn.org/as/openvpn-as-1.8.5-CentOS6.i386.rpm

CentOS 6 ( 64bit Package) : wget http://swupdate.openvpn.org/as/openvpn-as-1.8.5-CentOS6.x86_64.rpm

Use rpm to install OpenVPN on server.

Note: Please Edit last part with your Config If you are using 32bit use

Command :

For 32bit-    rpm -i openvpn-as-1.8.4-CentOS6.i386.rpm

For 64bit-    rpm -i openvpn-as-1.8.4-CentOS5.x86_64.rpm

Now we got OpenVPN Control Panel Logins, just copy Admin UI: URL and paste it in browser it will ask about username and password Do one thing set password by using below code.

Command:  passwd openvpn

Set your own password as per your wish.

Now you have successfully Installed OpenVPN on your Server After Logging in it will come up with something like this.

Now you will need OpenVPN Client to connection. Copy URL from Client UL from Previous PuTTY status. (eg: https://192.168..0.150:943/)

It will come up with below output where you have to login using same username and password which you used above for Admin Panel.

You will get OpenVPN Client to Download

After Downloading OpenVPN client run that software and Login with Server IP that you got above and username/password.

While logging in you will see Untrusted Security Certificate confirmation, Check 2nd option with This time to check whether VPN is working or not. After connecting successfully.

In order to check status whether it’s really connected or not you can access your OpenVPN Admin Panel using URL from Step 5. (eg: https://192.168..0.150:943/admin) If you are really connected you will see something like below when you check Current users from left side.
