Serial Port

· Used for external modems and older computer mouse

· Two versions: 9 pin, 25 pin model

· Data travels at 115 kilobits per second

Parallel Port

· Used for scanners and printers

· Also called printer port

· 25 pin model

· IEEE 1284-compliant Centronics port

PS/2 Port

· Used for old computer keyboard and mouse

· Also called mouse port

· Most of the old computers provide two PS/2 port, each for the mouse and keyboard

· IEEE 1284-compliant Centronics port

Universal Serial Bus (or USB) Port

· It can connect all kinds of external USB devices such as external hard disk, printer, scanner, mouse, keyboard, etc.

· It was introduced in 1997.

· Most of the computers provide two USB ports as minimum.

· Data travels at 12 megabits per seconds.

· USB compliant devices can get power from a USB port.

VGA Port

· Connects monitor to a computer's video card.

· It has 15 holes.

· Similar to the serial port connector. However, serial port connector has pins, VGA port has holes.

Power Connector

· Three-pronged plug.

· Connects to the computer's power cable that plugs into a power bar or wall socket.

Firewire Port

· Transfers large amount of data at very fast speed.

· Connects camcorders and video equipment to the computer.

· Data travels at 400 to 800 megabits per seconds.

· Invented by Apple.

· It has three variants: 4-Pin FireWire 400 connector, 6-Pin FireWire 400 connector, and 9-Pin FireWire 800 connector.

Modem Port

Connects a PC's modem to the telephone network.

Ethernet Port

· Connects to a network and high speed Internet.

· Connects the network cable to a computer.

· This port resides on an Ethernet Card.

· Data travels at 10 megabits to 1000 megabits per seconds depending upon the network bandwidth.

Game Port

· Connect a joystick to a PC

· Now replaced by USB

Digital Video Interface, DVI port

· Connects Flat panel LCD monitor to the computer's high-end video graphic cards.

· Very popular among video card manufacturers.

Sockets

· Sockets connect the microphone and speakers to the sound card of the computer.

What is Chipset?

Chipset is a main functional unit of the computer that can flow of data and Instructions between CPU and other Peripherals Devices.

In a computer system, a Chipset is a set of electronic components in an integrated circuit known as a “Data Flow Management System” that manage the data flow between the processor, memory and peripherals. It is usually found on the motherboard. Chipset are usually designed to work with a specific family of microprocessor. Because it controls communications between the processor and external devices, the chipset plays a crucial role in determining system performance.

Chipset

In home computers, game consoles and arcade-game hardware of the 1980s and 1990s, the term chipset was used for the custom audio and graphic chips. Example include the commodore Amiga’s Original chip set or SEGA’s system 16 chipset. The term chipset often refers to a specific pair of chips on the motherboard: the north bridge and the south bridge. The north bridge links the CPU to very high-speed devices, especially RAM and graphic controllers, and the south bridge contains some on-chip integrated peripherals, such as Ethernet, USB and audio devices.

Motherboards and their chipset often come from different manufacturers. As of 2015, manufacturers of chipset for x86 motherboards include AMD, BROADCOM, INTEL, NVIDIA, SIS and VIA Technologies. Apple computer and Unix workstations have traditionally used custom-designed Chipset. Some server manufacturers also develop custom chipset for their products. In the 1980s, chips and technologies pioneered the manufacturers of chipset for PC-compatible computers. Computer system product since then often share commonly used chipset, even across widely disparate computing computer specialties. For example, the NCR 53C9X, a low-cost chipset implementing a SSCI interface to storage devices, could be found in Unix machines such as the MIPS Magnum, embedded devices, and personal computer.

There Are Two Types of Chipset on Motherboard.

Chipset work :-

An Intel chipset is a computer component housed on motherboards compatible with Intel brand processor. The chipset of two chips, the north bridge and the south bridge, that control communication between the processor, memory, peripherals and other components attached to the motherboard.

North, South bridge

North bridge Function :-

North bridge controls data flow from CPU to RAM and from RAM to CPU. North bridge works at the speed of processor. it is also called as MCH (Memory Controller Hub).

The north bridge, sometimes referred to a Graphic and AGP memory controller ( GMCH) on some Intel machines, works with the graphic card the processor of some of the burden of high-demand operations associated with video editing and gaming software. It also links the processor to the Random Access Memory (RAM) modules installed on the motherboard, thus providing the processor with the data it needs it needs to execute the instructions needed by any application in use. The north bridge synchronizes the operation of all the above-mentioned devices by controlling the main between them, the “front side bus.”

South bridge function :-

South bridge controls the data flow between input output devices and processor. it is also called as ICH (Input Output Controller Hub).

Unlike the north bridge, the south bridge, or in some case the I/O (input /output) Controller Hub (ICH) is not directly connected to the processor. It co-ordinates the function of slower hardware devices; enabling the hard drive, mouse, keyboard, USB and FireWire devices to communicate with the northbridge as needed by software demands. The south bridge also controls fans, temperature sensors and the BIOS. The main difference between a traditional south bridge and the ICH used in some intel chipset is that the ICH controls the PCI bus; the bus used to transfer Data to and from the ICH is twice as fast as that of a conventional south bridge.

What is motherboard?

Motherboard (M/B) is a main circuit printed board (PCB) inside a computer that connect different part of the computer. A motherboard (sometimes alternatively known as the mainboard, main circuit board, system board, baseboard, planar board or logical board or colloquially, a mobo) is the main printed circuit board (PCB) found in general purpose computer and other expandable system.
MOTHERBOARD

It holds and allows communication between many of the crucial electronic components of a system, such as the central processing unit (CPU) and memory, and provides connectors for other peripherals , and unlike a backplane there connect all peripherals devices like :- keyboard, mouse, printer, sound, video card, sound card etc. this board is referred to as the “mother” of all components attached to it. Often include peripherals, interface cards and daughtercards : sound card, video card, network card, hard drives or other components.

Motherboard History:-

1981	First motherboard originally called a “planar” was used in the IBM personal computer.
1984	IBM was introduced the AT, or full AT motherboard form factor.
1985	IBM introduce the Baby AT M/B form factor.
1987	LPX motherboard form factor was developed by Western Digital.
1995	Intel released the first version of ATX specification for motherboard in July 1995.
1997	Intel, in a joint effort with DEC and IBM developed the NLX form factor in march
1997	Intel introduced first AGP support motherboard in august and FIC in November 1997.
1997	Intel also released micro ATX motherboard and specification in December.
1998	Intel released the WTX motherboard form factor September.
1999	intel released Flex ATX motherboard form factor.
2000	Kontron introduced the ETX motherboard in early 2000.
2001	The UTX motherboard form factor was introduced in 2001 by TQ-components.
2001	Mini-ITX form factor developed in November by VIA technologies.
2003	The Nano-ITX form factor released.
2003	The PCI Express standard is introduced in 2003 by PCI-SIG. motherboard with a PCI Express slot were released later the same year.
2004	Intel released the BTX form factor in February 2004. The micro BTX and Pico BTX also released the same year.
2005	COM Express form factor released in 2005
2005	XTX motherboard form factor released.
2006	Supermicro released the SWTX motherboard form factor in 2006.
2007	Pico – ITX form factor motherboard developed in April 2007
2007	AMD developed the DTX form factor in January and also released mini-DTX form factor in 2007.
2010	EVGA released the HPTX motherboard form factor .

· Motherboard Form Factor

1. AT (Advance Technology) :- These are the oldest type of motherboard used 286/386/486 processor. It has two power connector each is 6 pins. A motherboard that follows the same design and 12*13 form factor that was in the original IBM PC/AT. It was superseded by the Baby AT. AT motherboard figure below.

AT FORM FACTOR

2. ATX (Advance Technology Extended) :- it is used in P2, P3, P4 motherboard. It has single power connector 20+4 pins or 24+4 pins. ATX is a specification used to outline motherboard configuration and dimensions to improve standardization. First released in July 1995 by Intel, ATX has since had many revisions. The first was version 2.01 in June 2002, and 2.2 in February 2004. ATX motherboard figure below.

ATX FORM FACTOR

3. LPX (Low Profile Extended) :- it is developed by Western Digital. It was design only for desktop computers widely used in the 1990. There was never any official LPX specification, but the design normally featured a 13*9 in (330*229mm) motherboard with the main I/O ports mounted on the back and a riser card in the centre of the motherboard, on which the PCI and ISA slot were mounted. Due to the lack of standardized specification, riser card was seldom compatible form one motherboard design to another, much less one manufacturer to another. The internal PSU connector was of the same type used in the AT form factor. LPX motherboard figure below.

LPX FORM FACTOR

4. BTX(Balance Technology Extended) :- BTX is a form factor for motherboard, originally intended to be the replacement for the aging ATX motherboard form factor in late 2004 and 2005. It was designed to alleviate some of the issues that arose from using newer technologies on motherboard compliant with the circa 1996 ATX specification. The ATX and BTX standards were both proposed by Intel. BTX motherboard figure below.

Cache memory:-

Cache memory is a smaller, faster memory. Which store copies of the data. from frequently use memory locations. It is also called as CPU memory; it is high-speed static rando access memory

(SRAM) that a computer microprocessor can access regular be random access memory. (RAM). This. memory is typically

integrated directly into the CPU chip or placed on a separate chip that has a separate bus interconnect with the CPU.

Cache memory

The purpose of cache memory is to store program instructions. and data that are used repeatedly in the operation of program or information. that the CPU is likely to need next. The processor can access this information quickly from the cache rather than having to get it from computer`s main memory. fast access to these instructions increases the overall speed of the program. As the microprocessor processes data, it looks first in the cache memory. If it finds the instructions or data it. looking for there from a previous reading of data, it does not have to. perform a more time- consuming reading of data from larger main memory or other data storage devices. Cache memory is responsible for speeding up computer operations and processing.

Cache Memory History:-

Cache memory was first used on pcs at the 386DX timeframe. Even though the CPU itself didn`t have memory cache inside, its support circuity i.e. the chipset had a memory cache controller.

In the 1980s, the idea look hold that a small amount of more expensive, faster SRAM could be used to improve the performance of the less expensive, slower main memory. Early pcs typically had from 16 KB to 128 KB of cache memory. With 486 processors, intel added 8 KB of memory to the CPU as level 1 (L1) memory. As much as 256 KB of external level 2 (L2) cache memory double again to 512 KB on the high end. Processor based on intel`s P6 microarchitecture. Introduced in 1995, were the first to incorporate L2 cache memory into the CPU and enable all of a system`s cache memory to run at the same clock speed as the processor.

Three level of cache memory:-

1. L1 Cache: - L1 cache, or primary cache, is extremely fast but relatively small, and is usually embedded in the as CPU cache.

2. L2 Cache: - L2 cache, or primary cache, is often more capacious than L1, L2 cache may be embedded on the CPU, or it can be on a separated chip or co-processor and have a high-speed alternative system bus connecting the cache and CPU.

3. L3 Cache: - L3 cache is specialized memory developed to improve the performance of L1and L2. L1 or L2 can be significantly faster than L3, though L3 is usually double the speed of RAM. With multicore processor, each core can have dedicated L1 and L2 cache, but they can share an L3 cache.

● Location of L1, L2 and L3.

i. L1 = Located with in the CPU chip.

ii. L2 = Located near the CPU. It is faster than RAM.

iii. L3 = Located near the RAM.

◄ Cache Hit :- when required data get into the cache memory then it is cache hit.

◄Cache Miss :- if required data is not present into the cache memory then it is called cache miss.

Primary Memory

◄ Difference between ROM and RAM. ►

ROM	RAM
Contents in this memory cannot be change.	Content in this memory change.
It is non-volatile memory.	It is volatile memory.
When the system is turn of the contents in ROM memory will remain as it is.	When the system is turn of the content is RAM memory will delete or erase.

◄ TYPE OF ROM ►

i. PROM (Programmable Read Only Memory): - it is basically a blank ROM chip which can be written to but once. To write in this memory static electricity is used.

ii. EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory): - This memory is just like PROM. Only the difference is that in this ultra violet ray are used to erase the data. Entire EPROM contents are going to be erase.

iii. EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory): - In this hole contents does not erase. Only a specific porson is going to be erase with the help of fine intensity light beam.

i. SRAM (Static Random-Access Memory)

Computer Is Made Up of Hardware, Software and Firmware.

✔️Hardware: - It Is Means All Physical Existing Component That Are Use to Assemble to Computer. E.g. RAM, HDD, SMPS, M/B Etc.

✔️Software: - Software Is A Logical Things. S/W Means Set of Program.

✔️Following Are the Type of Software.

1. System Software: - It Is A Base Level S/W. It Provides Interface Between Computer and Users. E.g. OS.

2. Application Software: - Application S/W Are Used to Perform A Particular Task. E.g.: - Tally, Ms Office Etc.

✔️ Processor / CPU : - (Central Processing Unit) It Is A Brain of Computer. It Is Further Divided into Three Parts.

1. Memory Unit: - It’s Store Data, Instructions and Output. So, That Is Possible to Access Them Easily. It Is Temporary Memory.

I. PGA: - It Is Short for Pin Grid Array, PGA Is A Packaging Type of Processor. Where the Connecting Pins Are Located on The Bottom. As Can Be Seen in The Picture. The Bottom of The Processor Chip in This Example is Covered by Several Pins, Each of These Pins Are Plugged into A Socket on A Circuit Board.

II. LGA: - It Is Short for Land Grid Array, LGA Is A Packaging Type of Processor. Where The Connecting Holes Are Located On The Bottom. As Can Be Seen in The Picture. Each of The These Hole Are Plugged into A Socket on A Circuit Board.

III. BGA: - it is short for Ball Grid Array, a BGA is a type of surface mount packaging are used for integrated circuits. BGA packages are used for permanently mount device such as micro-processor.

दोस्तो अगर आपका भि youtube channel है तो आप भि परेसान होन्गे कि आपके channel पर subscriber नहीं बढ़ता है और आपकॆॆ videos पर views भि नहीं बढ़ता है! तो ये काफ़ी मुस्किल समस्या है, अब आपको tention लॆने कि कोइ जरुरत नहीं है! मैं आज आपको एक ऐसा trick बताउन्गा जिससे असानी से आपके channel पर subscriber और views असानी से बढ़ेगा! इसे add watermark कहते हैं, जिससे आपके channel के monetization में काफ़ी मदद मिलेगि! एक बार watermark add करने के बाद आपकॆॆ सभि videos में लग जयेगा!

सबसे पहले आप कोइ भी browser ओपेन करे और youtube ओपेन करे फिर अपने channel wale email address से login कर ले , अगर आप mobile में open किये है तो आप desktop मोड में ओपेन कर ले! youtube open होने के बाद channel icon पर click करे और my channel को ओपेन करे, फिर creator studio पर click करे, तब एक new पेज ओपेन होगा, पेज के बाय side में channel पर click करे, और वहा 4 option ओपेन होगा उसमे branding के option पर click करे जिसमें add watermark वाला पेज खुल्ला। जैसा picture में दिख रहा है।

दोस्तों कभी कभी आपका facebook account ओपन नहीं होता है login problem आ जाता हैं ' तो आप बहुत परेशान हो जाते है , तब भी आपका facebook account ओपन नहीं होता है और नई facebook account बनाना पड़ता हैं | तब आपका पहले वाले फेसबुक account का सभी data,फोटो, फ्रेंड्स remove हो जाता है |

तो मैं आज इसका solution बताऊंगा ताकि आपको कभी facebook में ये परेशानी न हो | मेरे Youtube channel पर भी इसके बारे में वीडियो है आप उसे भी देख कर अपने facebook का confirm your identity को पूरा कर सकते है | please subscribe my youtube channel.

1. इसके लिए आप अपना फेसबुक अप्प या किसी browser में फेसबुक ओपन कर ले और अपना फेसबुक account को login कर लें |

2. फिर आपके सामने आपके फसेबूक account के confirm identity पेज ओपन जो जायेगा तब आपको निचे continue पर click कर दे |

3. तब आप text a security code to your phone वाला ऑप्शन select कर के continue कर दे , आप दूसरा कोई भी option select कर के आगे बढ़ सकते है और अपना confirm identity पूरा कर सकते है |

4. अगर आप security कोड वाला option सेलेक्ट किये होंगे तो ऊपर आपका मोबाइल नंबर दिखेगा और mobile नंबर पर एक मैसेज आएगा 6 अंको का otp , या आप कोई और option select किये होंगे तो आपके सामने दूसरा कुछ पूछेगा जैसे :- अपने 5 दोस्तों के फोटो को पहचान करना ,लॉस्ट कमेंट को पहचान करना etc

5. तब अपना 6 अंको का otp डाल कर या photo को identify कर के या कमेंट को identify कर के contiue पर क्लिक कर दे |

7. और आपके फेसबुक का confirm your identity पूरा हो जायेगा और आपका फेसबुक अकाउंट फिर से login हो जायेगा |

या आप मैने इसके निचे पुरी details step by step हिन्दी में बताया है आप वहा से भी अपनी facebook account को delete कर सकते हैं....

-: Step by Step in Hindi :-
-: In Details :-

1. सबसे पहले आप अपने facebook अप्प को open करे ..

2. फिर search box में search करे delete facebook account permanently....

3. सबसे first link को ओपेन करे और page को निचे scroll करे ...

4. निचे एक link मिलेगा https://m.facebook.com/help/delete_account इस लिन्क पर click करे....

5. जैसे ही आप इस लिन्क पर click करेन्गे तो आप एक नया page पर पहुच जाएंगे उस page में आपका facebook account login होगा ....

6. अगर आप कोइ दूसरा account delete करना चाहते हैं तो जो account login है उसे log out करे और जो account delete करना चाहते उसे login कर ले....

7. फिर आपको दो message मिलेगा

a) deactive your account और

b) permanently delete you facebook account

8. फिर आप कोइ option select करके continue to account Deactivation पर click करे....

9. फिर आपसे आपका facebook account का password डालना है और continue पर click करे....

How to delete your facebook page permanently in Hindi...

-: step by step :-

-: IN Detials :-

1. सबसे पहले आप अपने facebook अप्प को open करे....

2. फिर उस facebook page को open करे जिसे आप delete करना चाहते हैं..

3. facebook page ओपेन करने के बाद आपको edit page का एक option मिलेगा उस पर click करे....

4. edit page पर click करने के बाद सबसे निचे setting पर click करके setting को ओपेन करे...

5. setting पर click करने के बाद सबसे उपर General पर click करे..

6. उसके बाद निचे आपको Remove page का एक option मिलेगा और उसी में
delete और आपके page का नाम
( यनि delete himanahu) उस पर click करे ..

7. फिर एक message मिलेगा.. आपका facebook page 14 दिन में delete हो जाएगा..

8. 14 दिन बाद आप उस page को हमेशा के लिए delete कर सकते हैं या उस page को restore कर सकते हैं ...

9. अगर हमेशा के लिए delete करना चाहते हैं तो Delete permanently पर click करे..

10. और restore करना चाहते हैं तो Restore पर click करे...
