Facebook automatically creates the five lists for you which you can later on modify it. These lists are:
Close Friends: this list will have a list of suggestions of people that might become your close friends.

Work: Add people who work with you
School: this is a self-populating list i.e. it will add on those people who have attended the same school as yours.

The news feeds have been changed. There are no longer Top News and Recent Stories links at the top of your profile page. The news feed will now comprise of the status and updates from the friends you have subscribed to and other pages that you have liked. The Top Stories are indicated by a small blue triangle at the upper left corner of the news. Another improvement that has been done is that the news feeds are of larger size than before.

5. Subscription:

This feature allows you to get subscribed to the person that you admire personally. This is an attempt to make your profile more and more public. There is a subscribe button that you can click and then you will be able to receive all the updates and status of that person. If you have a number of follower or subscribers then it is always better to have a fan page instead.

I was shocked when I saw PR for some of my sites, all went to 0 from 3, even from 4. Google did a small change to the URL which queries the server to provide the Page Rank for a particular URL. So when people tried to see their PR in the toolbar using a third party tool it failed to show them the exact PR as the scripts were pointing to the Old URL. If you were one among those who uses Google Toolbar then you would not have got any issues as Google has changed it from its end.
