Your first guess might be San Jose, may be Palo Alto, or Mountain View.

That is, unless you noticed the lack of Teslas,or smell of Humus, or, the title of this article.

This place is Silicon Wadi, a cluster of cities in Israel with one of the highest concentrations of tech companies and startups on Earth.

It’s home to Waze, Wix, Soda Stream, and Fiverr, files more patents per capita than all but 4 countries, and is ranked the 4th most startup friendly nation overall, behind only Canada, the UK, and the U.S.

The difference is, those countries aren’t next door to the Syrian Civil War.

30 members of the UN still don’t recognize the existence of Israel, including most of its neighbour's.

In fact, any evidence of traveling there, on any passport, prevents you from visiting eight of those countries.

Because of this, Israeli customs stamps not your passport but a separate piece of paper. But despite all of this, Despite the constant threat of terrorism, Despite being only slightly bigger than Fiji and having just two and a half percent the population of the U.S.,

Mostly. More than a few countries and cities have tried charming tech companies with tax breaks, grants, free 21-foot cacti, and other totally normal things, but almost as many have failed.

On the other side of the Arabian Peninsula, Dubai built what it calls “Free Zones”, areas with special incentives to attract certain types of companies, like Biotech firms, movie studios, and tech companies.

At first glance, Dubai Internet City looks like a great success. And, to some degree, that’s true. It convinced Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, HP, and Canon to invest millions of dollars in the middle of the desert, at a time when the future of Dubai was much more uncertain. But having beautiful buildings with famous logos on them is not the same as creating an environment of innovation.

You’ll find plenty of the former in the Cayman Islands, but it’s not exactly the first place that comes to mind when you think “cutting-edge research”.

Meanwhile, Silicon Valley is, despite its very high cost of doing business. In other words, tax breaks may bring companies, but not necessarily innovation. Corporations come to Dubai largely for its promise of no income or corporate tax for 50-years, but often only for marketing, support, and sales, while hiring most of their engineers in the U.S., India, and Israel.

So, what do those countries have that others don’t?

There are three basic ingredients to a successful tech scene.

The first is Talent. One of the best predictors of which is, unsurprisingly, education.

In the words of Scott Galloway, “Find the universities that are gaining the most traction in engineering or STEM and you’re going to find an ecosystem that can produce a unicorn.”

Basically, put a bunch of smart, ambitious people in a small, contained space, sprinkle-in some idealism, ideas will collide and good things will happen. At the level of a nation, universities are about proximity, and hey, if you also learn something along the way, that’s a bonus!

Which is great news for Israel, one of the most educated countries in the world. About 47% of those over 25 have a college diploma.

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv University, and the Israel Institute of Technology are all globally competitive schools. And because the country is just so small, and its population so highly-concentrated in just a few regions, it has the same fertile ground for entrepreneurship as a college campus, at a much larger scale.

About 92% of Israelis live in urban areas, almost entirely in the Northern half of the country. Startups, therefore, are surrounded by their customers, business partners, and competitors. The other aspect of Talent that’s often overlooked, but just as important, is demographics.

Not just how big a population is, but also what it’s like. For example, it’s misleading to say only that Japan has 126 million people and Ethiopia, 98.

What those raw numbers hide are their age and background, which can either act as a free economic multiplier or a bleak and costly undoing.

Japan’s population may be large, but it takes an unfortunate shape - far too many old people for not enough young.

For example, to download a two-hour film on 3G would take about 26 hours, on 4G you’d be waiting 6 minutes, and on 5G you’ll be ready to watch your film in just over a few seconds.

But it’s not just only internet capacity that will be upgraded. Response times will also be much faster.

The 4G network responds to our commands in just under 50 milliseconds.

With 5G it will take around one millisecond 400 times faster than a blink of the eye.

Smartphone users will enjoy a more streamlined experience but for a world that is increasingly dependanton the internet just to function, a reduction in time delay is critical.

We can say that Self-driving cars, for example, require a continuous stream of data. The quicker that information is delivered to autonomous vehicles, the better and safer, they can run.

For many analysts this is just one example of how 5G could become the connective tissue for the internet of things, an industry that’s set to grow three fold by year 2025, linking and controlling not only robots, but also the medical devices, industrial equipment and agriculture machinery.

5G will also provide a much more personalized web experience using a special technique called network slicing .

It’s a way of creating separate or personal wireless networks on the cloud, allowing users to create their own bespoke network.

For instance, such as an online gamer needs faster response times and greater data capacity than a user that just wants to check their social media.

Being able to personalizeor separate the internet will also benefit businesses. At big events of world like Mobile World Congress for example - there is a mass influx of people in one particular area using data-heavy applications. But with 5G network, organizers could pay for an increased slice of the network, boosting its internet capacity and thus improving its visitors’ online experience.

So when can we start using 5G?

Well, not yet and according to some analysts it will not come until 2020. 5G was created a years ago and has been talked up ever since meny times. Yet it’s estimated that even by year 2025, the network will still lag behind both 4G and 3G in terms of global mobile connections. Its main stream existence faces multiple hurdles. The most significant of these all is cost.

According to some of the experts, 5G could cause network operators to tear up their current business models for it to make business sense.

In the U.K. for example, 3G and 4G networks were comparatively cheap to set up because they were able to roll out on existing frequencies, on the country’s radio spectrum.

For 5G network to work properly however, it needs a frequency with much bigger bandwidth which would require brand new infrastructure. Some analysts have believed that the extensive building and running costs will force operators to share the use and management of the mobile network.

This has been less of an obstacle for some countries like China, who are taking a more coherent approach. The government, operators and local companies such as Huawei and ZTE are about to launch big 5G trials that would put them at the fore front of equipment production for the new technology.

That may be at an expense of the West, where there is concern regarding Asia’s 5G progress.

A leaked memo from the National Security Council to the White House called for a nationalized 5G network to keep the U.S. ahead of their global competitors.

White House officials has dismissed the idea, but some experts predict that by 2025 nearly half of all of mobile connections in the U.S. will have 5G network, a greater percentage than any other country or region. It’s still likely however that much of the West will have a more gradual approach to 5G, driven by competition but witha patchy style of development.

For example, AT&T pledged to start rolling out 5G later this year but in just a handful of cities. For important industrial zones however, it’s predicted the technology will be adopted quickly, while for many in rural areas 5G may be a long way off.

But when 5G network does establish itself and fulfills its supposed potential, it could even change how we get the internet at home and at work - with the wireless network replacing the current system of phone lines and the cables.

It may not happen overnight, but 5G is coming.

It's story time. So YouTube is a phenomenon that we have all come to love. For many of us, it's not only a site that we use to learn things, like how to fix the sink, but it's also the site where we consume most of our entertainment. But even now mostly all of us have made this website part of our everyday lives, very few of us know about its origins or just how big it really is today.

So, today, I'm going to give you some little-known information about the website that you've come to love so much.

Number one

Stats and Traffic.

There are more than 2 billion unique users that visit YouTube every month, so it's no wonder that billions of hours of video get watched daily, making YouTube the Internet's largest video hosting website. But what really makes YouTube an unique website is that many of the same people that are consuming this insane amount of content are the same people creating it.

In fact, more than 300 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute. To put that into context, the amount of videos uploaded on YouTube every month is more than the three major U.S. television networks have created in the last 60 years. While YouTube was founded and is hosted in the U.S., almost more than 80% of traffic that comes to the website is from outside of the U.S., meaning that all of those views allow people like Youtubers to make a living off of what they love, which is making videos.

Number two

Origins.

First time YouTube was founded in February of 2005 by three early PayPal employees: Steven Chen, Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim.

Hurley joined the other founders after he read an article about the startup in Wired magazine. He emailed them about a job, after which he was brought on to design the logo for the company, which is still used today. Interestingly, the initial startup money for YouTube came from when eBay bought PayPal and provided bonuses to the three guys. When it started to become popular and liked by people, the choice of the name YouTube.com became a huge problem for a similarly named website UTube.com. The site owner of, UTube.com filed a lawsuit against YouTube in November of 2006 after being regularly over loaded by people looking for the site. Universal Tube changed the name of their website to Utubeonline.com.

Change in Idea

YouTube as a dating service. Not many people or users of YouTube know that YouTube actually first started asa video dating service known as Tune In and Hook Up, the website was heavily influenced by the website Hot or Not. Although it was also operated in the same fashion, the three founders decided not to go with the dating site idea, but decided to keep the video portion of it.

Then, two very important events occurred that forever shaped what we would come to know as YouTube.

The first event was when Karim was unable to find the in famous Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction video online.

The second event was when Chad Hurley and Steven Chen were unable to share a video from a dinner party with friends due to the email attachment limitations that still exist today. These two important events made the founders realize that there was a huge potential for video sharing online, and they decided to fill that need by making website. I love how the founders were honest they are about how the website started.

Number four

Humble Beginnings

YouTube offices are known for being cool places full of free food, drinks, and awesome facilities for employees, but the original YouTube office, created in 2005, was anything but glamorous.

In fact, Chad Hurley's garage was the foundation or place for the first-ever YouTube office. They started off very slow, but eventually in 2006 they were able to move into an office space above a pizzeria near San Mateo, California. It was there that they hired the first 20 YouTube employees all eager to be a part of something exciting and new. Amazingly, and embarassingly in an attempt to popularize the YouTube site, the company offered $100 to attractive girls who posted 10 videos or more on the site.

Yeah, that's kinda creepy. The advertisement was even placed on Craigs list but was completely ignored, leaving YouTube with no responses. What is it about tech nerds and garages, inventors and garages, and bands and garages? I guess if you need to solve something, you just go sleep in your garage.

Number five

Now and Then.

Before 3 hundred hours of video was being uploaded to the site every minute, it all started with just one, a 19 second clip called "Me at the Zoo." Shot by Yakov Lapitsky, a friend of Jawed Karim - the co founderof YouTube, it shows Jawed at the San Diego Zoo in front of an elephant enclosure talking about how long their trunks are. Since its upload on April 23, 2005, it has gained a whopping almost 100 million views. It's the only video on Jawed's channel, yet that channel has gained over 9 lakh subscribers.

In 2008, Jawed Karim launched a venture fund called Youniverty Ventures, which helps current and former university students realize their business ideas. However, Jawed still remains interested in YouTube and even spoke out against the Google+ integration in 2013 that requires users to have a Google+ account in order to comment on videos, which is something every one loved so very much. Well, the first ever YouTube video may have been basic, but at least he wasn't twerking or something. Those were simpler times.

YouTube's Purchase

Within just one year of being launched, YouTube became a very popular video sharing site. This got the attention of Google who saw the potential that online video had, and in October of 2006, Google bought YouTube for $1.6 billion in stock from the three founders only 18 months after the site's creation. This came to be worked out quite well because the founders were just as interested in selling the website as Google was interested in buying it.

At the time, YouTube had been in multiple legal battles with different media companies and corporates over copyright infringement lawsuits. Another reason is that the founders were so eager and to sell it was that of on top of the lawsuits, despite its popularity, YouTube was losing money at a rate of $500,000 a month. Of course, company like Google doesn't enter in any business arrangement with the intention of losing money, so they were the ones to introduce advertising on the platform.

Since that purchase, YouTube has grown exponentially, year over year, making it the second biggest search engine just behind Google.com. So, in other words, Google has a monopoly on Internet search. No Microsoft. Don't say Bing. Shut, shut your mouth. Shut your mouth. No one uses it. It's never gonna be a thing.

Milestones

You may be curious as to some of the firsts, milestones on YouTube, so here's some notable ones.

The first ever YouTube video to hit 1 million views was Brazilian soccer star Ronaldinho's Nike ad called "Touch of Gold" after it went viral in 2005.

In the year 2006, NBC was the one which became the first traditional media company to strike a deal with YouTube to put their content on the site.

In 2007, YouTube launched the Partnership Program, which allowed people to get paid for the content that they upload to the site, which of course, changed everything. In April of 2009, YouTube and Vivendi teamed up to launch the new music video service called Vevo.

And one of the most recent Easter eggs is that if you search the term "Do the Harlem Shake," the search results will start dancing to the music, and all of a sudden go crazy doing the actual Harlem Shake.

iPhone SE vs iPhone 11 - which one is better?

What's up, guys? Welcome to techplasa - the destination of technology

Today in this article, we're going to be doing a detailed comparison between the new iPhone SE 2020 and the iPhone 11.

Read it upto last because I have written my opinion also.

So, let's take a look at the build and design.

Build and Design

They are both very similar. We've got an aluminum frame with a glass panel at the back. You can tell that they are both from the same family. We do have slight differences for the camera modules, but generally speaking, I think both of these do look really nice from the back and they are both also very premium.

Now, the iPhone 11 does get a few advantages. Firstly, it is IP68 rated water and dust resistant, versus the IP67 on the iPhone SE.

Now, how much of a difference is that going to make day-to-day? Probably not too much, but it does mean that you'll be able to submerge the iPhone 11 into water up to two meters, compared to just one meter on the iPhone SE.

The iPhone SE is available in 3 color option. The iPhone 11 is also available in a few more color options. You get both of these in a black, a white, as well as a product red. But on the iPhone 11, you can also get it in a green, a yellow, as well as a purple.

Now, in either case, you can always customize the look of your iPhone with a skin or a grit case. It's a very quick and easy way to give your device some protection, as well as a unique look.

The iPhone SE, of course, is a lot smaller compared to the iPhone 11 as well. This is the exact same dimensions as the iPhone 8, so if you are somebody that's coming from may be an iPhone 6, 6s, 7 or an 8, then the iPhone SE is going to feel a lot more familiar rather than having to do that much bigger jump up to the iPhone 11.

So firstly, in terms of display technology, both of these have liquid retina displays, LCD, they both have the same 326 ppi pixel density, the same contrast ratio, as well as the same peak brightness of 625 nits. They're generally really good displays. They're of course not at the level of the OLED displays that we've got on the iPhone 11 Pros, but the biggest difference in between these two, of course, is the screen-to-body ratio. The iPhone SE has a very similar-looking front to the iPhone 8, and that also means that we've got pretty thick bezels on the top and the bottom compared to today's standards. The iPhone 11 has much smaller bezels all around with a notch. So yes, the iPhone 11 does have a larger display, but the higher screen-to-body ratio means you'll getting much more real estate in comparison to the size of the device.

Now how much does that mean to you is going to come down to your personal preference. I do like a larger display with a higher screen-to-body ratio. I'm somebody who consumes a lot of content on my smartphone. But if you're somebody who's not too bothered about that, then I'm sure you're going to be absolutely fine with the iPhone SE. Now, one thing that you do get, because of those bezels, is Touch ID. So this is the fingerprints canner here on the home button. It works really, really well. It's very fast, and most importantly, it's very familiar. If you're coming from one of the older iPhones, then you're going to feel right at home with this Touch ID home button. On the iPhone 11, you do have Face ID, which again, is really, really good. It's very fast, it works really, really well. Now, which one of these you prefer is going to come down to your personal preference. I guess you've got advantages and disadvantage of both. I personally do prefer a fingerprint scanner. I just think it's quicker and more convenient on the whole, but certain situations, such as when you've got gloves on, Face ID is better.

Now let's move on to the cameras.

Cameras

But in a nutshell, although many images in good light are very comparable with the primary cameras, on the iPhone 11, I believe you do have a larger sensor. This is not something that Apple have specified, but the iPhone 11 does come with a Night Mode, which means low-light photography is a lot better. You also have the ultra-wide camera, which lets you get in a lot more into your shots, something that I really, really like. And on the front-facing cameras as well, although lots of images are comparable, on the iPhone 11, you do have a high-resolution, and it allows you to get wider selfies, which will be great for group selfies. And for video as well, although the iPhone SE takes really good video, the iPhone 11 has better dynamic range, better stabilization. From the front-facing cameras, you have 4K, whereas you've only got 1080p on the iPhone SE. So yes, the iPhone 11 does offer more features in the way of cameras compared to the iPhone SE, but that's not to say that the iPhone SE has bad cameras. It's still got very capable cameras, and a lot of it does come down to what's powering these two, and it is the A13 bionic chip, which is very, very fast.

Now let's talk about its software

Software (RAM, SIM etc.)

You do get a little bit more RAM on the iPhone 11, which you may not notice on a day-to-day basis, but it's going to help with gaming and multi tasking. But generally speaking, on the day-to-day for a regular user, performance is very comparable between these two. They are both very, very good, and that's also thanks to the software. You do have iOS 13, and Apple is really good at providing software updates, so both of these should also last you at least an amount of time. Both devices also support dual SIMs. You've got a nano physical SIM card slot, but you can also have an eSIM, which is great.

Let's talk about its sound

Sound

Both devices also have stereo speakers. We've got one in the earpiece, and we've got one upon firing. The iPhone 11 does have spatial audio, and it also has support for Dolby Atmos. So it just does sound better, it's more rich, and it also gets louder compared to the iPhone SE.

Now let's talk about the batteries.

Battery

So, we do have a much larger battery on the iPhone 11, which does result in better battery life. Now do bear in mind that you are powering a larger display on the iPhone 11 compared to that on the iPhone SE, and if things are relative, so it's not just about numbers. And although usage varies from person-to-person, I think we'll be getting around 25 to 30% better battery life on the iPhone 11. Now, for charging, both of these do come with a five watt charger out of the box, but they do support upto 18 watt fast charging. That charger you would have to buy separately. And both devices also support Qi wireless charging. This is something that I really like. It's very, very convenient.

And finally, let's talk about the price.

Price

This is one of the biggest separating factors between these two. The iPhone SE is coming in at a very competitive starting price of 42,500, or around $562.78, whereas the iPhone 11 is starting at around 68,300, or around $834.96. So you've got about a 25,800 or around $300 difference between these two, which means the iPhone SE is around 60% of the price of the iPhone 11. Both devices do come in a 64, 128, as well as a 256 GB option

My opinion (Conclusion)

I guess the question is: is it worth spending the extra $300 on the iPhone 11? Well, in my opinion, getting that better display, the better cameras, the better battery life, speakers, etc, I do think it is worth it, personally. But if you're on a budget, you don't really need those additional features, you may be want an iPhone, but you've not been able to get the iPhone 11 because of that price, then the iPhone SE is going to be a really, really good option. Maybe you want to buy a phone for your kids. Maybe you're in the Apple ecosystem, you've got things like FaceTime, iMessage. Maybe you want to get a phone for your parents or something. Again, the iPhone SE is going to be a really, really good option. I think it's going to sell really, really well. That's what I think.

Friends first theory says that the two bails have rid switches at the edges. The switches on both sides are "on" and Light will burn at the same time. The light will not burn if only one is raised. Here the papes are completely connected to the basic circuit. You need to install a normal battery. And the stumps that are made from the complete plastic composite Just so much science in it...

Apart from this, the other system is what it says. Both of the bails have tactile sensors at the end. This means that the contact of your bails and stumps is monitored by that sensor. As soon as the touch is removed from both sides, light will burn in the stumps and the jam immediately.

Can an iPhone be equal to the price of the bail? No, not at all. But then its price is right. The amendment made there was more in value. You know that there is a lot of money in the game of cricket. Besides, the demand for the system is not so much that you have sold 1000 wickets. Here is the demand which is very low. That's why the price has been increased. Look at the topics or contents that are popular, write more of that on your blog, promote those on Facebook, on LinkedIn, on Twitter and again you'll get more traffic because you're only writing stuff that people wanna read about and see versus just writing what ever you wanna write about.

The fourth tool which I have for you is SocialBlade. I know that it's a site that everyone knows when it comes to YouTube but they do more than YouTube. They can do Instagram, they can do Twitter, they can do all the major social sites out there. But the thing that's cool about SocialBlade is it'll show you your subscriber growth over time as well as how much content you're pushing out. It can help you find patterns on hey if I put out five tweets, do I get more followers when I only put versus if I only put out one tweet. Or on YouTube how many more subscribers am I getting per day based on how much content I'm producing. This will help you to optimize how much content you should be creating to get the maximum amount of subscribers, fans and followers.

5. Fifth Tool

The fifth tool which I want you to use is Hello Bar. You will be probably wondering what is Hello Bar have to do with social media? Hello Bar helps to collect emails from your website.

Here's the thing. In the first hour that you're posting your content on the social web, any social site, if it does really well there are chances it'll go viral. So you can Use Hello Bar to collect emails from your blog or your website. When you collect these emails, then when you push out content on the social web, you sent out a email blast to all your email subscribers saying "Hey, go and check out this post on Facebook or LinkedIn or Twitter." If you don't want to have a middle man you can go directly to the people that should be advertising and get them to buy ads. Sure, most people are going to say no, but that's okay. If you hit a number of people up, someone will buy a ad spot. That way you can keep that middle man fee and you'll make more money.

They make over $10 million a year, literally, over $10 million a year because of their blog traffic. It's super effective way as long as you're creating amazing products that people want to buy.

Use these five methods and you'll be able to monetize your blog.

If you want, you can use all of them or more than one, it's yours choice.

Some people apply ads and also sell digital products.

Some people sell both digital and physical products at the same time.

It's up to you on what you want to do. I would not recommend you doing all five, because it's just overwhelming for a visitor, but you can pick one or two, and if you want to go to the extreme you can pick up three of those methods and use them all at once.

Hi, everyone today I'm going to teach you how to find endless content and ideas with one free tool.

Before we get started, make sure you subscribe to this blog by givinig your email. That way, any time I publish a article you will get notified, you'll get notified.

You know about a tool called Ubersuggest. Many people use it.

You may even be using it. But, have you ever seen or checked out the content ideas feature on Ubersuggest?

It's the best way to find content ideas. Put in any keyword that's broad into Ubersuggest. Dog food, cat food, whatever it may be. You can even put in three-word phrases, four-word phrases. And then what you'll see is Ubersuggest will give you a overview, how popular that keyword is, other keyword ideas.

And as when you scroll down, you'll see a content ideas report. This content ideas report, it'll show you all the blog posts that are in your space and that are popular. And this is why I love it.

One, It give you an endless supply of content and ideas for free.

Two, It show you all the keywords that blog post ranks for, so you can see if they're relevant to your space. Do you want to rank for them? Do you think they're going to drive sales? Then It also show you everyone who's linking to that blog post.

Now, whenever you're doing this, you don't want to just create the same me too content that they're creating. You want to use the content ideas report to see, hey, this is what people like in this industry, and here's what people hate.

Because the content that isn't doing good is also shown on Ubersuggest. You have to avoid writing on that stuff and write more on the stuff that people like. And then whenever you find the stuff that people like, come up with ideas that are very similar and use Brian Dean's Skyscraper technique.

And If you're not familiar with the Skyscraper technique that Brian created, think of it this way.

Have you ever noticed that countries around the world are always fighting for the tallest building in the world? It's like that, "Oh, yeah, ours is 1,000 feet."Ours is 1,500." "Ours is 2,000." It just keeps going and never ending. So you know what the Skyscraper technique is? It's the same thing for your content.

"Oh, yours is 2,000 words. "Mine's one is 5,000 words." "Mine's 10,000." "Mine's 20,000." You don't want to just add in more word count for the sake of it, though, and keep having fluff.

You have to make sure that whatever words that you're putting on the page have impact, have meaning, help people get the job done. They're thorough. They're actionable. That way when people read it, they're like, "Oh my God, this is amazing." You want to evenintegrate design elements.

Not just images, not just videos, but any custom graphics that you can create, great, amazing. Then whenever you publish that content I want you to go back to the content ideas report in Ubersuggest, look at all the people who link to your competitors. Hit them each up. Go to their site. Hit them each up. Let them know. Send them an email, something like this.

"Hey, John, "I noticed you link to XY and Z site, "and I have a similar site with a similar product. "You can check it out here. The first app we are going to talk about is called Memorigi and it’s a really easy to use time management app where you can login all of your tasks for the day, week and month. You can also use a color code to track your tasks by theme or by subject so you can understand what your work load will be for the next few days. I genuinely liked this app’s simple layout and the fact that you can chose between different views, namely between a daily view or a three-days view. It also allows you set an alarm to remind you that your tasks and events are coming up. Other same apps to consider are google calendar and evernote.

Duolingo is an application that lets you learn different languages through an array of mini games and exercises that you can complete daily, increasing your fluency and mastery step by step. Each and every language comes with dozens of different themed levels that teach you different aspects of vocabulary and grammar so you can build up your knowledge on that language.

Each and every level also recycles what you’ve learned in past levels to make sure that you still remember that you have learned before. You can also use the training icon to geta personalized lesson with your weakest words, so you can really tackle whatever you are having a difficult time with, before moving on with the learning process. I really enjoy the fact that the levels are short and you aren’t required to speak or listen, so it’s the perfect way to spend some idle time during commuting to school.

Another helpful and amazing app that I always talk about is Forest, and for me it’s the best way to use the Pomodoro Technique whilst having a true visual experience of your productivity levels.

The concept is quite simple and easy: for each block of time you spend studying, you plant a virtual tree. While that tree or plant grows, you cannot use other app in your phone, less you get distracted. When the timer reaches zero, you will have planted a tree in your forest. The more trees you have, the more productive you were during that day.

Loop - habits tracker

Loop - habits tracker is an habit tracker app that lets you follow up on those small daily tasks that we sometimes forget, like drinking enough water, taking medication or taking a walk outside. It’s very easy to use – all you have to do is insert which tasks you want to track and just press the small cross to mark it for that day.

As time passes, you will build a graphic that tells you how many times you’ve forgotten certain tasks and where you should improve. I always do this by hand in my bullet journal but I think that tracking your habits with an app should please everyone who prefers to manage their time with their smartphone and doesn’t like to have a notebook around.

Save My Time

Next also on the time management theme, I think that everyone should try at least once in their life to really understand how they are spending their time. There is a time wheel that lets you do this – you basically input how you have been spending your time during the day, with transportation, sleeping, eating, studying and taking classes and you will be amazed by how little time you can actually spend at your own will. This app allows you to do exactly this, you just insert the amount of time you have been doing something and it will build a time wheel for you, so you can focus and reflect where you have been wasting your time and re-organize your schedule. I think that this is a great challenge to keep up with during a week and just reflect on how you are actually living your life. Basically, this app sets a tracking time and when you unlock your phone, the app will ask you what you have been doing for the past fifteen minutes so you can easily build your time wheel gradually during the day without even noticing it.

Quizlet

A great app to save paper, ink and time is quizlet. It basically replaces all of your physical flash cards and lets you keep entire sets of questions and answers in your phone underyour personal account. After that you can export these to your computer and share them with your friends.

I think this is an mind blowing app for anyone who relies on definition based classes and tests and is something great to use on idle times or when you have to study but only have your phone around. It has millions of different ways to test your knowledge on a subject and it can even read your cards out loud as if you were being questioned by your professor.

Time Table

Finally, and this is one of my favorites, there is a widget time table app so you can place your school time table in your home screen and never skip a class again. I usually never know where I am going to have class and sometimes it’s not really useful to take out your planner and look at yours chedule so having it right on your homescreen is really useful.

You can easily insert all data related to your class in this widget, like the name of the class, the location, participants and total duration. You can everytime assign a color to a certain class. Afterwards, you just tap the screen to assign your class to a certain time block and there you have it.

How do you know what to blog about? Well, one, has to be based off of your passion. If you're really passionate and dedicated about something, you should probably consider blogging about that versus something that just makes money such as mesothelioma.

But you don't want to go too long.

Now that you got that out of the way sign up for a hosting account. You can use BlueHost, HostGator, GoDaddy, whatever you want. I would recommend that you use BlueHost because with one click you can install WordPress and then it's up and running, you don't have tobe technical. Once it's up and running, you can even pick some themes and the design, they'll give them to you, and then you want to start writing your articles.

Once you start writing your articles, there's a few things you need to know. The first is if it's not appealing, people aren't going to read it.

Think about it. I'm writing this article, but I myself want to read it. If you don't, don't write it then. If more people also want to read it, great. You have to be willing to read it and other people want to read it.

Ask people, survey them, just talk to your buddies, friends, people that you know, be like, 3Hey, would you like to read this article about men's fashion and how you can match colors? That's, all right, that sounds cool.

Great, then write it. Now that you got your topic there's a few things you need to know.

First is your headline. Your headline has to be appealing. I have written a article on Headlines . I have this headline formula. That'll teach you how to write really attractive headlines.

Now you have got your headline, outline what your post is going to be about. Just remember about those high school days where you think, write the introduction, you write the body, and then the conclusion. The body contains subheadings, so just write your introduction, write the conclusion, add in your subheadings, and then fill the rest out.

That's how you get started with writing your first blog post. When you have started writing your first blog post, each paragraph can't be more than five or six lines. If it's more than five or six lines what's going to happen is it's going to be too overwhelming for people. Not a single person wants to read a 10 line paragraph. It's just too much. Also, make sure to use the words you and I within your blog post. That way it's like a conversation. People will now interact and engage with you, and then they'll leave comments. Why?

There's sites out there like clickbank.com in which they'll let you promote products and services within your space, and everytime you generate a sale for someone else you'll get paid a commission. That's called affiliate marketing. That's a really simple way to start making money from your blog.

The third way, and this is most people's favorite, why not sell your own products or services.

Let's say you have a site about fashion. You can really do let's say a box where they get mailed fashion tidbits, or they get mailed fashion items once a month, and you can charge a premium for that.

How to write attractive headlines for your blog/website - Secret tips

Most of your traffic is going to your homepage , but these visitors aren't converting.

Hey, everyone, Today, I'm going to teach you how to write attractive headlines for your blog/website.

Before we get started, make sure you subscribe to this blog, and give your email, that way when I post any article you will get notified.

Did you know 8 out of 10 people read your headline, but only 2 out of 10 will read the rest of your page? That's because most headlines suck. Think about magazines. Especially if you're on a grocery store, you're walking through, you're going through the checkout stand, what do you see? Tons of magazines. Why do you buy some of them? It's because the headlines intrigue you, right?

Today, I'm going to show you how to write amazing headlines for your homepage. The first step you need to do is identify the problem. Your headline should identify the problem and ideally in five or six words, under 10 for sure. If your headline starts becoming 12, 13, 14 words, that's just too long.

Step one, as I mentioned, identify the problem.

Step two I have for you whenever it comes to headline generation, is to write at least five different headlines. You may not be knowing what works best, what do people love, versus what you love. When you write five different headlines, you can go from there and A/B test them. When you are doing this, you'll figure out which headlines perform the best and which doesn't. This will give you ideas of headlines in the future when you're writing more headlines of what your readers like,versus what they don't. That way, you're not just making decisions on your headlines based off a gut. And then now starting to use data. From there, look at things like, what has the best CTR. Once you find the ones that have the best CTR, from click through rates, from social media, from Google. Test different variations of those that are very similar and thenyou'll be able to fine tune. You'll also want to test length too. So, headlines that are under 50 characters, from what we've tested, do better than longer ones.

Step three to writing amazing headlines is to use specific numbers and data points. Instead of having a headline like, I lost millions by doing X instead of Y, it could be, how choosing Xinstead of Y cost me $3,452,928. Whenever you get very specific and granular in your headlines, and that's a headline formula that's worked really well for me, you can also use that and borrow it and make it your own, I have found that I tend to get way more clicks and reads. The more specific, the more intriguing, the more honesty and transparency that you're including, the more exact the number is versus vague, you'll do better. Because when you give a vague number, what does that seem like? Oh, it could be dishonest, it could be that you made it up, there's nothing that really backs that up.

Step four, use words that drive action by giving readers rationales. Such as Tips, reasons, lessons, tricks, hacks, ideas, facts, lessons, wins. All such words help with clicks. These will pique the interest of potential readers and your click through rates should go up because they're like, oh cool, this is actionable content versus non-actionable content.

Step five I have for you, is to be creative with your adjectives. Now, what sounds better? Nine interesting lessons I've learned from A, B, and C? Or, You can write nine game changing lessons I learned from A, B, and C? Now You're going to go with the second one of game changing lessons. You have to inspire people to click by showing them that they're going to get something beyond the ordinary. Of course you need to make sure your content delivers on that. If you're telling people like, there's 12 effortless ways they can double their search traffic, and all your tips are really hard to do, you're going to let people down, and the next time, even if you have an amazing article with an amazing headline, no one's going to click and believe you because you just lost trust with your audience. So make sure you're not duping people, as well.

Step six I have for you is use fresh timely information and make sure you're leveraging the fear of missing out. You don't want people to scroll by your content and be like, oh, there's no urgency, I can get to that later, because chances are, they're not going to comeback and get to that later. But in letting people know it's fresh, by letting them know that it's immediate, it's just hot off the press, you're likely to get more clicks and more reads. Creating a sense of urgency is a great way to get more clicks and more shares.

For example, I once wrote an article that talked about an SEO strategy that less than 1% of SEO's are using. The headline could be, Adead simple SEO strategy that less than .1% of SEO's are using. People are like, wait what is this? I better latch on and read it before other SEO's catch wind so that way I get the leg up and start ranking higher than them.

Step seven, you should have a sub-headline underneath your headline. Your sub-headline could be a sentence, it doesn't have to be as short, and that sub-headline needs to talk about the solution. A good example of this is a Crazy Egg homepage. As you can see, a headline discusses the problem, the sub-headline discusses the solution. Even with the Crazy Egg home page, we don't hit it hard enough. The variation you're going to see on the CrazyEgg home page may not be the winning variation.

Why? Because this gets into my last point, is that we continually test it. We're always adding in new headlines and sub-headlines to see what converts the best. You should be doing the same thing. Funny enough, you can actually test your headlines and sub-headlines using Crazy Egg. Crazy Egg has AB testing solution in which you can add tons of different headlines and sub-headlines and will show you which one causes the most sales/visitors.

Follow those steps and you'll end up coming up with a headline that converts really well. The biggest tip I have for you is, never stop testing. The reason being is, market conditions change, so your headline and sub-headline that worked a year or two ago may not work anymore.

For that reason, you always have to be testingthem to find the optimal new headline that converts the best.
