• Expand the Local Computer Policy and then Administrative Templates branch.
• Highlight the Network Branch and from there highlight the QoS Packet Scheduler.
• In the right side Window double click on the Limit Reservable Bandwidth and on the setting tab there check the Enabled box.
• Change it to read 0, where there is Bandwidth limit%
• Restart the System and feel the change.
