Apple just released iPhone OS 5.1.1, available now via iTunes or directly from their device, as you can see from the opening. Following are the changelog Journal:

Improved reliability relative to using the HDR photos taken directly from the "Lock Screen"
Correction of errors that could prevent the new iPad to switch from 2G to 3G networks and vice versa
Correction of errors that compromised the video playback AirPlay in some circumstances
Improved reliability for syncing Safari bookmarks and reading list
Solving a problem that was displayed the message "Can not Buy", following a purchase made properly.

WWDC 2012 Sold-out in 2 hours

Apple has announced the holding of this year’s WWDC (Worldwide Developer Conference) at Moscone West in San Fransisco, from 11th to 15th June:

The developers attending the conference will have the opportunity to attend over 100 sessions on developing applications for iOS and OS X, to resolve any questions by talking directly with the professional staff of Apple and of course to network with interesting personalities of their space.

The tickets for this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2012) sold out in less than 2 hours improving their previous informal record!

For the record, last year it took about 12 hours to be sold-out, while the 2010 tickets sold out in 8 days.

Apple iPad 3 HD Event Live Blogging Audio Video Streaming Link

Tim Cook and his team are all ready to present next generation of iPad aka iPad 3 aka iPad HD in a special event to be held at Yerba Buena center, San Francisco tonight. Some media reports also suggest that, Apple may launch Apple TV 3 with full HD 1080P output.

At last has come untethered jailbreak iOS 5.0.1 using Greenpois0n redsn0w and available for the A4 processor devices. Pod2G launched untethered jailbreak solution for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G and iPad First generation. Pod2g published his exploit to Chronic Dev-Team and iPhone Dev-Team. Both teams implemented Pod2g exploit in to their tools.

Apple bringing Siri to the iPhone 4 ?

You know that iPhone hackers already ported Siri to iPhone 4, iPod touch 4G successfully, but it’s not available publically due to some piracy issues. We saw that Siri works perfectly on the iPhone 4, even on the iPad, but Apple will not allow previous devices like he has not done with other features such as voice control, Wi-Fi tethering or geolocated reminders.

According to Jailbreaknation, Apple is internally testing Siri on iPhone 4 using a modified version of iOS 5, this may mean that Apple is considering allowing Siri not only in the iPhone 4, but in the iPod Touch 4G too. AppAdvice was able to confirm the source of this information and says that it does appear to be legitimate, so I think it’s real.

"The fact that they’re considering it after the iPhone 4S release and even letting employees use it outside of the campus as a test drive shows that there still is a chance this will become a reality. Yet, Apple has now finished the test drive and removed the feature from the employees’ iPhones to minimize the chances of it getting out."

Apple releases iOS 5.0.1 beta for developers

Apple just released in the Developer Center iOS 5.0.1 beta, latest build brings significant improvements. The first and perhaps most anticipated, is the array of failures that caused a reduction in the autonomy of the iPhone quite steeply. Have also solved problems with storing documents in the cloud, has been enhanced voice recognition for Australian users and improved system security. iPhone 4S battery drain for some random users also likely to be fixed.

We do not know when it will publish the final version of the firmware but as always, we will inform you about Apple published for download.
