Downgrade iOS 6 Beta to iOS 5 via iTunes beta, TinyUmbrella (Mac and PC) for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch

Download Required :

1. Latest version of iTunes (Download iTunes)
2. iOS Firmware for your iDevice (Download from Here)
3. TinyUmbrella (Download Tiny Umbrella)

Instructions:

1. Launch TinyUmbrella and close immediately, this will modify your hosts file automatically.
2. Launch Tiny Umbrella again and connect your device.
3. Click the Start button TSS Server (iTunes will close automatically)
4. Open iTunes and click Restore + Windows Shift or Restore + Option key on Mac.
5. Select the firmware you want to downgrade i.e. iOS 5.1.1 or lower for your iDevice.
6. Restore process will take 10-15 minutes, do not close Tiny Umbrella.
7. If all went well, you can go to Tiny Umbrella and press Stop TSS Server.

After restore process if you encountered an error message like 1011, 1013 or 1015 just ignore them(Actually the firmware is already installed). To exit recovery mode simply press TinyUmbrella “kick device out of recovery mode” button. Wait until your device restarts, if you are still in recovery mode then put your iDevice in DFU mode and restore once again, following are the instructions to put your iDevice in DFU mode

• Connect your iDevice to your computer.
• Turn your iDevice off.
• Hold power and home together for 10 seconds (exactly).
• Release power but keep holding home until the computers beeps (observed on a PC) as a USB device is recognized.
• A few seconds later iTunes should detect your iDevice.
• If the Restore Logo is present on the screen, you are in Recovery Mode, not DFU, so follow the process once again.

Tim Cook and company are all set to host it’s five-day annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2012 commencing on June 11 through June 15. WWDC is usually a big event for Apple and there are usually big announcement during the event. With Tim Cook kicking off the first keynote of the event on June 11 at 10AM PT you can expect some really exciting announcements.

It is assumed that Apple will unveil the next major iteration of iPhone OS ‘iOS 6’ and ‘Mac OS X Mountain Lion’ at the WWDC 2012 Event. The much anticipated iPhone 5, is certainly dropped out from the upcoming event and is expected to launch later in Fall 2012.

The DevTeam has released a new version of Redsn0w, to do the iOS 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak, using exploits by PlanetBeing and pod2g. Now the tool includes Rocky-racoon.

It has also updated the tool Pwnage Tool to create custom firmware and update your iPhone without updating the baseband, ideal for those who use Ultrasn0w.

If you already have done the Absinthe jailbreak, do not apply this again, unless you have problems. The jailbreak is exactly the same, just method of exploit injection is changed.

They have added a method different from the present (using the restore) to jailbreak A4 devices, uses ramdisk based Limera1n hack, in my opinion this method is best to avoid problems with future restoration or synchronization with icloud. Only drawback of DevTeam tools is lack of support of A5 devices.
