You don’t know the password and have some important files & data in that, what will you do ? Don’t worry, I will show you the way by which you can unlock memory card’s password. If that trick will not work then sorry you can’t recover your memory card’s password & data but yes , I will tell you the other trick by which you can format your memory card and at-least recover your memory card to reuse.

So, these are some tricks to recover your memory card’s password.

If you have a Nokia s60 1st & 2nd edition phone you can find your memory card’s forgotten password by following these steps:

Download and Install FExplorer.

Insert card into your s60 1st or 2nd edition phone but don’t access it through phone.

Run FExplorer and Open the path C:\system.

You will find there a file named mmcstore , move this file to other location of your phone, rename the filemmcstore.txt

Open the file in your phone or Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad.

You will find your password in that file.

By this way, you can unlock memory card and recover your memory card’s password.

Unlock Memory Card in Nokia s60 3rd edition:

While searching, I haven’t found any way to find password of Nokia s60 3rd edition phones. But in some s60 3rd edition phones & almost all E-series phones you can unlock your memory card by remote lock option. Follow these steps:-

Activate remote lock option by going to Tools ↪ Settings ↪ Security ↪ Phone and SIM ↪ Allow remote lock menu. The password of your memory card will be your remote lock message.

Send an sms containing your remote lock message that will automatically change your memory card password.

Unlock memory card in Nokia s40 edition phones:

The only option to recover your locked memory card in Nokia s40 edition phones is formatting it with an s60.

Insert your locked memory card in an Nokia s60 edition phone.

Open the memory card options. You will see an option of format, select the format option. After formatting, you can at-least recover your memory card to reuse.

Some other tricks to unlock memory card:

Try to explore your memory card in Linux OS. For a start you can download ubuntu or some other Linux distros which can be run in a USB drive. List of Linux OS can be run in a USB drive.

Go to a mobile repair shop and get your memory card unlocked. The days when there was no high speed internet providers and no concept of online shopping?

In those days grocery shopping was a strategy that required careful planning. Parents would set aside a day or a time of the day especially for the tedious task of restocking the house supplies. The long drive to the nearby super store, racing the car to occupy the only vacant parking lot, the long queue of disgruntled shoppers and finally the laborious walk back to the car with arms full of shopping bags.

The times when it was not possible to leave the kids in the house became particularly dreadful as the kids would pester for candies.

As times have moved ahead so have the technology, the economy and our lifestyles. The first internet browser was launched for the public in 1991. Business rapidly adapted to this changing technology, which marked the beginning of a completely new medium of communication one where the consumer was in control.

It has come at an opportune time when people are spending more time working and making a living then at leisure. Even kids these days have little spare time, with all the extra curricular activities after school. Thus, when online shopping was first introduced in 1995 it was received with a tremendous sigh of relief by consumers all over the world.

Online shopping works by taking advantage of high speed internet providers. Consumers can visit an online portal through any standard internet browser, review the selection of products available for use, add them to an online cart and check out using online methods of payment such as a credit card, debit card, wire transfer etc. The products in the list are then compiled by the shopping store to be either delivered to the consumer or to be conveniently picked up later on.

This method of grocery shopping has many advantages for people:

It’s All about Convenience

An average American consumer spends about 270 hours an year shopping for groceries. Online buying has reduced this figure to just 13 hours. But it is not just about the ease of buying goods with a few clicks. Online shoppers also get the chance to review, rate, comment and discuss a particular product with other consumers before buying. This takes ‘informed buying’ to new heights in the age of information. With the availability of even perishable goods online, one can buy almost anything using an internet connection.

Further the return and refund policies of most online shopping stores are more relaxed and convenient. For instance in the UK online shops are not allowed to charge a restocking few if a consumer cancels their order. These policies have been placed to make online shopping more attractive compared to traditional shopping.

No More Shopping Store Experience

Now that you can receive all your groceries staying indoors you do not have to worry about the hassles of shopping. This includes traffic on the roads, problems finding a parking space, fuel cost or bus fares.

Moreover, megastores like Wall Mart, K-Mart and Tesco utilize the principles of impulse buying. Consider a typical shopping center, when you go inside you are exposed to tons of fancy products displayed all around you. You continue to get your essential purchases but eventually end up picking up random products on attractive displays out of impulse. By the time you reach the counter you realize that you have exceeded your budget. This is no longer a risk in shopping online!

Good News for the Elderly

Many elderly people are living alone or do not have help readily available to them. Through online shopping even the elderly now have the ability to be self sufficient.

At present the B2C (i.e. Business to Consumer) electronic commerce sales in United States stands at $142.5 billion and is expected to reach $279 billion by 2015 according to Forrester Research. With the widespread availability of the internet in emerging markets like Africa and Asia, it can be safely said that online shopping will increase considerably in coming years.

This guest article is written by shannen.
