Positive comments always motivate you to write Quality articles on your blog. But you don’t always get good comments for what you write; you get both types of comments that are negative and positive comments. But if you look optimistically most of the times negative comments helps you to improve your writing style, blog design or quality of articles.

But when you start getting negative comments, which you and your article doesn’t deserve, you start feeling guilty, which can create problems in achieving your goals. Sometimes people just love to post negative comments even if the article and topic both are useful, such people are called as negative thinkers. Even you face such comments on your blog, you must know how to handle such comments. Here are few tips to handle negative comments:

#1 Know your Comments

You will surely receive negative comments, either you might be getting or you will get later. Know what the Comment is about, if you think that comment is valid then try to improve yourself and if you think comment is not valid, then reply politely while giving facts in your reply.

#2 Respond to Comments

Always respond to comments either you like it or not, try to face them rather to Avoid them like deleting or ignoring it. Reply politely; never feel insulted that someone has posted bad comment on your blog.

#3 Your Reply Reflects your Personality

People know that there is a real person behind your blog, so whenever you reply to negative comment, be cool and choose appropriate and good words. If you use bad words or show anger in your comments, your loyal readers won’t like it. Thus, don’t panic when you get negative comments and try to resolve it politely as soon as possible.

#4 Prefer to Mail on Harsh Comments

While you start blog, you should be clear about limits of negative comments. If you think that someone is putting very bad comments regularly on your blog, which is useless and just to ruin your online Reputation then you should mail that person before approving that comment. Mail politely asking about the intension’s behind negative comments. The person will surely respond you politely or might not post any more useless negative comments.

Getting negative comments is not a bad thing, rather it helps to become better blogger. Each and every blogger started as a beginner and keep on learning tips and tricks to be successful through comments either positive or negative. Thus, while dealing with negative comments try to be polite and humble because blogging is a learning process.
