Disapointment

Whether it's failing a test or being disappointed in others we have all felt disappointed or sad.

Including me.

My mother wanted us to move to Wales, i was excited, as i disliked my friends,the school,my house and really...my life.I was...still am very anti-social but working on it.I thought "A fresh start" a "New beginning".We head up to Wales to see the house and area it was beautiful.A little bit of country mixed in with city and was right next to Cardiff.

The house had 9 bedrooms and felt so cosy.I wanted to live there so much.

But she didn't have the money.

But my mum tried again later and tried to get a loan and failed.

I cried.It felt like the end of the world to me.My dream house and dream land was over and i felt crushed,hurt,angry and disappointed.

How i handled the situation, i cried secretly like in my room like a normal person, punched the walls and screamed.

But we need to KNOW how to handle situations of disappointments or sadness.

How To Handle Disappointments

1.Have your moment- Cry,hit the walls,scream just have your moment of sadness.Its no point bottling it inside it doesn't help.

2.Calm it out - Next do whatever to calm yourself.It could be watching a funny movie,reading a book.Anything.I would recommend Yoga or exercise as it makes you feel and look good while calming the body and mind.

3.Express- Talk to somebody.It always helps to tell somebody as they can comfort and listen.

4.Express on Paper- write what your feeling by either. 1.Write in your journal or diary how good or bad your feeling 2.Get a piece of scrap paper and write all your feelings on it then rip it up and throw it away.

Nobody wants to stay there,Move On!

5.Get on with life- Some time you have to get over it, and you should waste time on it think of all the positives in your life.Sure you will get disappointment but it's life and it could be for the better e.g..You get a bad grade in your test so it makes you work harder e.g.. You get fired from your job but you find an even BETTER job.

Trust me these tips help for sure.Just remember

Fist post on this blog and really excited hope you like it.

Just a few weeks ago, i didn't know what basic girl meant.

On YouTube i had wondered what the "Basic white girl tag" was and "What basic girls do in the fall " It allover the vines i had watched on all the T.V shows and social media.The world had been taking over by Basic Girls.

SIGN 1: You LOVE Starbucks. .I don't just mean you drink one like..once a month you practically live there and one of your favourites are the pumpkin spice latte.

SIGN 2: leggings and ugg boots are your style.Your always wearing them as you always say there "Cute" and "Comfy".especially Black leggings and brown uggs as all your friends are wearing them.

SIGN 3: Cute,Like,Whatever,Lol, BRB, Bae are your main words.You see a top in the store you call it cute ,you see some denim jeans you call it cute ,you see some blakc leggings and ugg boots you think its cute.Ethier you need a flipping Therserous or yourenglish teacher aint doing a good job.

SIGN 4: You love all the mainstream artist and bands eg .1 Direction, 5 SOS,Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande , Beyonce. The list goes on,you might not even like there music but you listen to it because their mainstream and everybody else is.Weird or what?Ever heard of Fallout boys?No...didn't think so.

SIGN 5 : Your phone is your BAE. You never leave the house without it , you don't even leaver your ROOM without it.Especially an iphone, your phone is your entire world and if you lost it...all hell would break loose.

SIGN 6: But first, lemme take a selfie!Your all bout dem duck face and pouts with your main girls.Taking selfie's for not apparent reason.Mirrored selfie,baby selfie,landscape selfie,ab selfie.Your whole INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT is full of your face.

SIGN 7: Snapchat,Twitter,Instagram,Tumblr and of course Facebook.All the popular apps your on it updating you life tweeting to your 57 followers posting pics to 500 fake friends on instagram.If no celebritiy ain't got that app you ain't downloading it.

SIGN 8: Your Favourite T.V shows/Movies are Pretty Little Liars, 1D this is us,Divergent,Hunger games, Alligent, Gossip girl,The fault in our stars.

SIGN 9: Any time you text you always add emoji. Whether it is to say "hi" or " can i copy your homework?" you always had an emoji and always tell you friends your OBSESSED.

SIGN 10 : All your clothes are from popular stored eg. Topshop, Newlook,Mandy Melvin,Urban outfitter the list goes on you would be DEAD seen in Primark or a charity shop..
