Another record recently set was 6.5 hours flying in the Tecnam in one day, this in winter with less daylight hours!

Student and pilot news: Local Temora club member Vic Rudd achieved his Cross Country endorsement, along with Warren Priestley, who is currently keeping his Jabiru J230 in the club hangar. Cootamundra club member Scott Sharman achieved his first solo.

In other news, Air Commodore (retired) Rod Luke of Quandary achieved his instructor rating, while local Lindsay Wallace has started instructor training under Jill, Alan and Wally Rudin of Airwings Flying School. local milko Jed Moroney has been bitten by the flying bug and had his second lesson recently, heading home with the Tecnam grin.
