<li>En Masse's <em>TERA</em> PC game servers will go offline on November 9.</li>
<li>
<p><a href="https://gameforge.com/en-US" target="_self">Gameforge</a> will be taking over publishing of <em>TERA</em> PC in North America, with their servers set to go live November 12.</p>
</li>
<li><a href="http://bit.ly/TERA_migrate" target="_self">Account Migration</a> is available from October 22 until December 18 at 14:59 UTC.</li>
</ul>
<p><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Account Migration<br><br></span><strong>Account Migration page</strong>:<a href="http://bit.ly/TERA_migrate" target="_self"> http://bit.ly/TERA_migrate</a><br><em><br>You can complete Account Migration any time between October 22 and December 18 at 14:59 UTC. If you complete account migration before En Masse servers go offline on November 9, you will still be able to play until that date.</em><span class="wysiwyg-underline"><br></span></p>

<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Account Migration is open from October 22, 2020 until December 18, 2020 at 14:59 UTC</span>. To ensure your account data is preserved and transferred, please complete Account Migration during this period. Go to the <a href="http://bit.ly/TERA_migrate" target="_self">Account Migration page</a> to get started.</li>
<li>
<p><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Migrate your account before November 12 to unlock special event rewards from Gameforge and ensure your EMP balance and progression are available right when Gameforge's North American servers open.</span></p>

<p>If you migrate before November 9, you will be able to continue playing on En Masse servers until that date.</p>

<p>As of September 14, recurring payments for existing Elite Status subscriptions are disabled.</p>

<p>Elite Status vouchers can still be purchased from the in-game shop using remaining EMP balance.</p>

<li>
<p>Players who had an active Elite subscription will enjoy TERA Club benefits on Gameforge servers as well. (Remaining subscription time will be carried over.)</p>

<li>
<p>Elite subscription voucher items will not work on Gameforge servers, so please use all of these items before the server shuts down.</p>

<p><span class="wysiwyg-underline">En Masse Ecosystems</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">New Account creation</span> - As of September 14, new game account creation is disabled. However, all current active accounts can still log in to manage their account and log in to our games.</li>
<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Web Store</span> - As of September 14, we have closed our web stores for all products. In-game stores will continue to list available products.</li>
<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Server transfer</span> – As of September 21, the ability to transfer characters between servers has been disabled on En Masse servers.</li>
<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Forums</span> - The <a href="https://forums.enmasse.com/tera/categories" target="_self"><em>TERA</em> forums</a> remain open. We may post future player communications to our News and Announcement section.</li>
<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Discord</span> - Gameforge's official <em>TERA</em> Discord server: <a href="https://discord.com/invite/tera" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://discord.gg/invite/tera</a></li>
<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Social media accounts</span>&nbsp;-<span class="wysiwyg-color-red">&nbsp;</span>En Masse continues to manage the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/TERAonline/" target="_self">@TERAonline Facebook page</a> and may share player communications there until service has transitioned to Gameforge. (Please note that the @TERAonline Twitter account is now managed by the new publisher of&nbsp;<em>TERA</em> for console, so will no longer provide <em>TERA</em> PC-related information. The <em>TERA</em> Instagram account (official_tera) is currently not active.)</li>
<li><span class="wysiwyg-underline">Customer Support</span> - Support will transfer on the same date that we transfer the game service. Up until that time, En Masse will continue to provide support. Once the transfer of service happens, you will need to contact the new publisher's customer support team for any issues with <em>TERA</em>.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Will account-bound items be kept?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This is currently not planned so players are advised to claim as many of these items as they need before the server closes.</li>

<p><strong>Do I need to do prepare anything before servers close?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Please claim all items in your item claim, item broker, mailbox and guild bank before the server shuts down, as unclaimed items may be lost otherwise.</li>
<li>Please also make sure to exchange all your token items before the server shuts down as some of them might have different content or won’t work anymore afterwards.</li>

<p><strong>What happens to my TERA Rewards Levels?</strong></p>

<li>The Rewards-System was a system unique to En Masse that is not available in any other TERA region. As such, it unfortunately won’t be possible to transfer any progress or status for this.</li>
