I take a look at tap tap see, an identification tool for the blind and visually impaired on iOS. this allows you to snap a picture of an object and it will recognize it for you. Note that if you want a more specific thing like what a business card says you should use an app such as viswis, or similar softwares. In this example got 8 out of 10 pictures correctly identified.
