As many people may know from reading Tweaked for your Pleasure, I do tend to eat a lot of fast food and other non healthy food. I am sure many of the reasons why people do tend to these food like this is mostly for two reasons;

1. They do not have time to make healthier food (although it is NOT that hard nor long to do).
2. They believe that the “healthy” food does not taste as good.

While I can understand the first option, it is the second option I do not understand. While I will agree food like that does taste very nice but it does not last. Now I am not sure if I am the only person who this happens too but when I am eating something like chips & cheese that I will enjoy while a lot of it but after a while I start to get a salty sickly taste that will start to appear.

While I am sure people will say this will happen to any food, I have found out that if I eat what people “believe” as healthy food I tend to find that I enjoy every bite until the end and this is regardless how much of it I actually eat.

So if this is the case with many people – what I can not figure out is why would you prefer eating non healthy food over healthy food when ultimately that healthy food ends up always tasting better. Sure I can understanding having the “non healthy” stuff in small doses or with the healthy food but why keep eating the non healthy stuff when it end up tasting worst then the healthy stuff?

So what is your reason for it. Do you prefer healthy food over non healthy food, or do you just eat whatever you can find in the cupboards?

The code below is what is being inserted into index.php files. So far I have not seen it attack any other pages.

However with that said, lets see what this PHP code is doing and hopefully what you can do about it.

As you can see this is clearly just a encoded PHP script – much like the same I do on Can you work it out. So if we just decode it, we now get what the server is actually executing.

As you can start to see – it is not starting to look like a nice bit of code anymore. Basically what this code is doing is avoiding search engines and only showing its links to real actual users. You can see this by the first bit of the command that is searching for the user agent from well-known search engines and if they are the ones that requested the page, then to skip that user.

As you can see, there is another base64 code in there. So what happens if we decode it again.

As you can see it is embedding Javascript. Now I have been too lazy to actually read the Javascript to work out what it is doing (a quick look at it shows it is redirect legit users of a website) but I will do so at another time. Now chances are you have found this article due to getting attacked by this so lets talk a little about clean up.

I personally would advise to replace ALL of your website with fresh new files from backups you “should” be making. I am betting that you have tried to remove the code from index.php only for it to come back a few hours later. The reason for this is a back door has been created into your website where a script is running every few hours which is replacing this code and also updating it for new websites to redirect your legit users too.

Sadly however I am unable to tell you which files they hit purely because it is mostly random. Instead if you have access to anything that can search files you are able to find this out for yourself. While there are many reasons to use the follow commands, if you do a search for them you will find the files it is using.

Once you have found these files then remove them and as long as you got them all – it will not come back yet. Then make sure to upgrade every script you are using such as if you are using WordPress then to upgrade to the latest, including all of its plugins etc. Then make sure to change every password such as FTP (although you should at the very least be using sftp), SSH, MySQL Databases and the likes.

Should it pop back – the problem is bigger then that and you should go running to your hosting support. If you are on shared hosting and it keeps happening after upgrading everything, changing all passwords etc then it may be time to look for a new web host – the problem is quite likely with them and not you.

So the other day I had one of these rare trips into Grantham where I actually use a car. Anyhow I finally found a car park on the side of the street at which point I parked. The person in front me had loads of room to move out and also had loads of room so others could park in front of the person.

Now there was still tons of room in front of the red car AND there was loads of room behind me but no, a women decides to park right behind me leaving me something of “1~3cm” of room to get out.

Now I do not know if it was her ego or pride, but when I walked over to her car as she was just getting out I asked if she could move back a little and the following happened.

Me: Hey. Sorry to bother you but do you mind if you can move your car back a little bit. It is kinda hard to get out without damaging any other of the cars.

Her: Why the fuck should I move for you. Your fucking fault for parking there.

Me: Are you aware there is loads of room behind you and you could easily just move back a bit.

Her: Yes but why the fuck should I fucking move for you. I like where my car is parked so what are you fucking going to do about it.

Me: I will smash your window open, put it into neutral, release the hand brake and push your car into ongoing traffic.

Her: HA ! I will just break your fucking back then.

Me: I will make sure to push you with the car, if I can.

It was at this point she started yelling to herself about everyone is against her and that no one is nice anymore and that she had to “find a new fucking parking place” as there was some insane person threatening her. So rather than just moving her car back a little and allowing me to move out she decides to park right behind me so I can not move out and then decides she is the queen or something when I ask her if she can move a little.

So I am just going to say this to everyone. If you want to park right behind someone so they are unable to get out then do not be surprised if you find your car was at a scene of a crash. Sure I can understand parking is very limited but parking so others can not get out and then actively refusing to move to let that person out just means you are just a waste of oxygen to the rest of us.

Imagine loading up YouTube so that you can watch some new videos from your favorite puppet singer only to find out that the person has been sent to prison, the site the owner had deleted all because a corporation lawyer saw the video and decided they did not like it that they could get it shut down. This is the future the United States is rapidly heading too and if it passes, expect it to fly right into the European Union “because it is the right thing to do”.

Currently in the United States a new law is currently being debated and could be voted upon any time soon which allows corporations to get “any” website pretty much removed without anyone actually deciding I said person is guilty or not – in other words the judges is over eager lawyers that would love nothing more than to extend their egos onto anything they do not like. Now do not get me wrong but illegal use usage of copyright material should be dealt with on a civil matter between the company and the person, but giving them legal power to remove any website without any form of trial is not the way.

Sure you may think it will not be bad as that, but it basically means any company that censor any website that speaks bad about them without anyone even knowing. Now if it passes in the United States or not is yet to be seen but it is a real actual threat to the free Internet. Now as most of my traffic is from Europe, I would advise you to contact the United States Congress (click the link below) and let them know to not give into corporations but also not to become like Iran or China else you will be seeing all this in Europe soon enough.

I am sure everyone knows that person who will always keep sending messages when you do not reply in less than a micro second. I am sure you also know the ones that if you do not reply in a nano second they say:

Annoying Person (13:40:01): Hey you there LOL!!!1

Annoying Person (13:40:05): LOL11L did you get my message !!!!

Annoying Person (13:40:07): You THERE LOLOL !!!

And then these messages will repeat until you either reply at which they will either moan at you for not replying to their “super duper urgent messages” or will cry or something on those lines. The worst kind is the ones that say they need to speak to you urgently or need to tell you something and thus need you to reply as soon as possible and of course they fail to remember one little thing.

So let me give everyone a lesson on understanding chat clients so that you know when you are contacting people what to expect. This guide is also useful for people who uses these statuses.

1. The away status.

The away status is a very useful tool for telling the other person that you are away from the computer. Now you could be away for reasons like doctors, college, work or heck simply because you do not use the computer or whatever device 24 hours a day. Basically another way to say it is:

2. The busy status.

So now you know what the two statuses updates is for, I am now going to explain the final solution for people like those.

So in your mind you should now be thinking of a demonic looking me and while I may have not looked like that physically, it is at least how I must have looked to the random people who walked by.

So I was in my local town for what I was recalling for shopping purposes when I finally got to the bus stop around half an hour before the bus should officially come. Having missing out of a pound coin for the bus, I asked a friend who was there if he had a spare pound coin or else I would have to go to the bank and withdraw. Thankfully he did and he passed it over and I put it into my left coat pocket.

Having then seen all the free seats taken, I drop to the floor and put my back to the wall like I always do and figured I can just sit here for a bit until the bus comes as I would normally do.

Having being one of the rare days when it is actually very cold, I took my ushanka out with me when I went to town only for it to suddenly get very hot when I actually get into town. So when I sat down I decided to take off my ushanka and put it right down next to me when I slowly started to drift off to the land of nod.

As I am sure you can vision that at a quick glance you may be able to think I look like a random homeless person on crack. Let me put another picture in your mind.

Anyhow after around ten minutes I woke up and to my surprise I actually found quite a lot of change in my ushanka which I then put into my jacket’s top left pocket. At this point I decided to walk to the local charity shop for homeless people to give over all the change that people gave me and then walked back to the station.

At this point I then walked up and at last, the bus was actually there and for once was there on time. So I walked onto the bus then the driver asked where I was going. So I told him and went to get my money out of my pocket to notice that I had nothing in it at all – my half sleepy brain decided to hand over my bus fare too.

I am sure this next picture says very well what I was thinking.

So the other day I was standing in line at a Government building awaiting to meet up with someone when this foreigner walked into the building. Now that in itself was not surprising and heck, there is not really anything wrong with that but it was the next bit that happened was the interesting bit.

Do not get me wrong, I would prefer a world where anyone can travel anywhere and live, but if you come over to a country then expect to see their people, their culture and their way of living and do not go bitching when you suddenly meet up with the people that has been living there way longer then you.

So that’s my rant for the week, not a lot but a few pretty pictures. So to sum up – if you go anywhere for any reasons, respect the people and culture over there and no one will actually give a shit that you are there.

Let me set the background. So yesterday night I was typing away on my laptop then the thought slowly came to me that I really should have a nap for an hour or so and then carry on. So I turn the music down, switch over all chat clients over to my PDA and then push my laptop to the side and lay down.

After a few minutes I went to sleep. A short while later (around thirty minutes later), I hear my PDA buzzing like there is no tomorrow and woke up where suddenly, on my laptop lid I see the following.

Confused, I opened it up to check what it actually was and well, it was chips and cheese.

At this point, I was again confused. So after eating the chips and cheese and then replying to a few messages, I then went on to wonder a few things. First of all, why the hell was their chips and cheese from what appeared to be from a fast food outlet next to me when no one else was even here ?

So peeps I have a question for you all.

So this story starts with me walking around a local town just minding my own business and listening to music when suddenly, I thought the following.

Snat’s stomach: LETS EAT !!!!

Snat’s neocortex: Umm, suppose it’s around lunch time.

Snat’s hypothalamus: LETS EAT FOOD FOOD FOOD !!!!

Snat’s conscience: Wait, am I actually hungry ?

Snat’s hypothalamus: DROWN ME IN IRN BRU !!!!!!

So after my different areas of my brain came up with peace treaties and agreements on what I would eat and drink, I then went and got myself some chips and cheese and Irn Bru for some random reason.

Anyway so I was walking and enjoying my food, I was walking down this back alley while looking around carefully and suddenly this woman came out of no where when I just entered the main street. Seeing this woman had some leaflets, I figured I could nod and walk away.

However that did not work. This woman was not just talking about children that is going without food in Africa but then went on to attack me personally saying that I do not need to eat. So I thought for a minute and then said.

Snat: Why ?

Woman: Because children in Africa can not and would you like to go without ?

Snat: So I should avoid a needed biological function because some child in Africa can not ?

Woman: Yes, exactly that.

So for a minute I was trying to find a reason for why she was saying this and I thought maybe because I am over weight and she was debating I could donate money instead of eating and would still be well fed but no, she basically said – stop eating.

So having not found a reason, I figured it might as well be worth following up while I am enjoying my lovely melted cheese as it drips onto my chips. So I went and asked her the following.

Snat: So then, I am guessing then you do not eat at all or if you do, at least you eat the bare little amount you need to live on – like the children in Africa.

Woman: Of course not. I am needed to fight the battle to stop children from being hungry. It is people like you that need to stop eating so that your Government will take action!

Snat: …. right. So I need to stop eating so that my Government will cut further into our standard of living and thus send money to the likes of Africa which they already do but it does not help out for whatever reasons such as fascist rulers ?

Woman: Yes exactly.

Snat: Would that not mean we would just have the same problem here ?

Woman: That is someone else’s problem, we have children who needs food now.

Snat: Right. So rather than making sure everyone here could eat and have a good standard of living, we would just send aid and all that to others which will only off set the problem for a while and then create a problem here which would possibly cause us to end up the same as them ?

Woman: (Loudly) Oh is that so. So you would RATHER have children never eating.

At this point I notice that everyone looking at me and well, I could no longer be bothered with it.

Snat: (Loudly) Of course I want all the children in the world to eat. Infact, let them eat me AND the food I would eat – that is what you want me to do right ?

Woman: (Loudly) NO ALL I TOLD YOU WAS TO STOP EATING TO HELP OUR CAUSE.

Snat: Heh, whatever then – I will enjoy my food then.

So there we go and why I do not really like going to town anymore. Not only does my brain have internal power struggle but there is also random people who advises me to never eat so that our Government can ruin this country further and send that of to other country which will not actually solve the issue but cause it over here.
