You know, I liked her at first, but she's beginning to look like putty in their hands. Molded for our consumption.

Last time she took stuff to Gaza, she almost got killed by the jew Navy who rammed her boat with their gunship. She knows she is asking for trouble trying to take supplies to Gaza. I APPLAUD the idea of giving aid to people in Gaza, but what troubles me is this. Why, when America is going down the tubes, is this bitch over in Israel trying to help people in Gaza? What about us? What about her homeland? Surely she speaks out against AIPAC and Israel, but how does going to Gaza help fight them here? How does going to Gaza shed light on these suckers infesting our govt, media, hollywood, banks, wall street, big pharma, illegal drugs, sex slave trade, child slavery, etc. HERE in the U.S.??!?!

There is something funny about her motives. Those suckers would disappear someone like me, if I tried to set foot over there, in a split second. She reminds me of holocaust deniers who keep going over seas to get arrested for holocaust denial like they don't know any better. Yeah right....something funny going on here.

Come on McKinney. Bring your butt back to the U.S., use your public image to spread the truth about our problem HERE....is that so hard?

Reflections On Not Using Money For Over 6 Years

-

June 27th, 2003, I got a birthday check from my dad for $50. Got a couple grams, a couple packs of smokes and a couple 6 packs, went to the park with a couple friends and had a nice time. Got sick drunk after 3 beers and went to bed early.

That was the last time I used money. 6 years ago. In a sense, it has taken its toll. Nothing gets to be normal and most every preconception about living a man's life has been sacrificed.

It is a phenomenon, I feel. One constantly tested and scrutinized, usually prejudicially. Giving due consideration to this claim means being exposed to the reasons for it and that is dangerous work for any who want to continue with the status quo. It has also been interesting engaging in a social atmosphere because people are more ready to be open to friendly behaviour when they know I don't want their money, which means I know a lot of people.

I've a general rule where I do not like people buying me stuff. I've transgressed on that one maybe 20 times, usually in the form of tobacco, enjoying the absolute of not being the purchaser. Mayhaps there are those who've gotten things with me in mind and whenever I find out about it there is a thickness of spirit where they know I'd rather not.

And now I have a daughter. An angel, literally brilliant, who I would rather see ravished by demons than begin to use money again... for her sake. She lives with her mom, within walking distance, so I've been around the best I can. I would like to make things perfectly clear, I am not a frivolous abandoning fuck, I'm a good dad with the most unusual of jobs, and again, it is hard to give due consideration to my work because it means acknowledging that vacations are for retarded idiot children, no one owns anything and its insane to think there is any such thing as choice.

Patience be with every ego; every diverse personality of this singularity most call God.

Lawsuit Seeks Disclosure of Guidelines Governing Investigations of Americans

Washington, D.C. - The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) filed suit against the Department of Justice today, demanding the public release of the surveillance guidelines that govern investigations of Americans by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The FBI's Domestic Investigative Operational Guidelines went into effect in December of 2008 and detail the Bureau's procedures and standards for implementing the Attorney General's Guidelines on approved surveillance strategies.

"The Attorney General's Guidelines are troubling, allowing for open investigative 'assessments' of any American without factual basis or reasonable suspicion," said EFF Senior Counsel David Sobel. "The withholding of the Operational Guidelines compounds our concerns. Americans have the right to know the basic surveillance policies used by federal investigators and how their privacy is -- or is not -- being protected."

The FBI's general counsel has acknowledged that "the expansion of techniques available [to the Bureau] has raised privacy and civil liberties concerns." Investigations can include the electronic collection of information from online sources and computer databases, as well as the use of grand jury subpoenas to obtain telephone and email subscriber information. Other recent policy changes allow the FBI to engage in free-ranging investigation of Internet sites, libraries, and religious institutions.

EFF's lawsuit comes after the Department of Justice failed to respond to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for a complete copy of the Domestic Investigative Operational Guidelines. The suit demands the immediate release of the guidelines, as they are being withheld in violation of federal law.

"These policies have been in effect for more than six months and could have great impact on ordinary Americans' lives," said Sobel. "The FBI must follow the law and release these guidelines to the public."
Actually, man has never made it TO the moon, so forget about going BEYOND it.

Man the deception is thick in the air....If any Apollo mission made it to the moon, then I am Jesus in the flesh. Those tin cans would have cooked the astronauts if they ventured much further than the shuttle does. In fact, the shuttle has been to 350 miles above earth, and had to come back in closer due to radiation. The astronauts could see radiation passing through their eyelids when they closed their eyes. You think those tin cans took them to the moon? Then there's the whole descent rocket. No dust disturbed by 10,000lb of thrust? Guys hanging by wires and dancing around a studio in Las Vegas somewhere does not constitute landing on the moon.

So, IF we ever do land on the moon, THEN you can say that, but until then, forget it.

Published Date: 29 June 2009
By Nick Reinis
A CANNABIS "warehouser" is beginning a jail sentence after police found more than a kilo of the class B drug, with a street value up to £1,500, at his home.
Thomas McIlroy (24), of Dingley Court, in Westwood, Peterborough, was jailed for seven months at Peterborough Crown Court.

He had previously admitted possessing the drug, with intent to supply, after being caught with 1.11kg of cannabis resin on February 27 this year.

Prosecutor Craig McDougall told the court that McIlroy was arrested when police executed a warrant at the house in which he was lodging, at about 6.40am.

Officers found the drug divided into five separate "bars" in the kitchen. McIlroy later admitted the cannabis to be his, but said he was holding onto it for a dealer.

Mr McDougall said: "The agreement seems to have been that he would hold the cannabis for the drug dealer and he would be rewarded with a portion for his own personal use.

"He said he was using cannabis at that time and it was a way for him to continue his association with the drug, without having to pay for it."

He said police estimated that the five bars had a street value of between £585 and £1,500 – depending on how they had been separated.

Asking the court not to impose an immediate custodial sentence, Jonathan Chibatha, defending, said McIlroy was not dealing the drug himself, as no typical dealing paraphernalia had been found.

He added: "It's not a case of selling drugs to the public to use, there was no cling film and there were no small packages found, which separates the role he led in the offence.

"The risk of re-offending is low and the risk to others is limited.

"He has expressed his remorse. He is a young man of intelligence and motivated to form a life for his future."

However, Judge Nicholas Coleman felt an immediate sentence was appropriate due to a number of aggravating features, including the hiding of the drugs in a home that was not his own.

The American Society for Clinical Investigation; Cannabinoids promote embryonic and adult hippocampus neurogenesis

Quote:

The hippocampal dentate gyrus in the adult mammalian brain contains neural stem/progenitor cells (NS/PCs) capable of generating new neurons, i.e., neurogenesis. Most drugs of abuse examined to date decrease adult hippocampal neurogenesis, but the effects of cannabis (marijuana or cannabinoids) on hippocampal neurogenesis remain unknown. This study aimed at investigating the potential regulatory capacity of the potent synthetic cannabinoid HU210 on hippocampal neurogenesis and its possible correlation with behavioral change. We show that both embryonic and adult rat hippocampal NS/PCs are immunoreactive for CB1 cannabinoid receptors, indicating that cannabinoids could act on CB1 receptors to regulate neurogenesis. This hypothesis is supported by further findings that HU210 promotes proliferation, but not differentiation, of cultured embryonic hippocampal NS/PCs likely via a sequential activation of CB1 receptors, Gi/o proteins, and ERK signaling. Chronic, but not acute, HU210 treatment promoted neurogenesis in the hippocampal dentate gyrus of adult rats and exerted anxiolytic- and antidepressant-like effects. X-irradiation of the hippocampus blocked both the neurogenic and behavioral effects of chronic HU210 treatment, suggesting that chronic HU210 treatment produces anxiolytic- and antidepressant-like effects likely via promotion of hippocampal neurogenesis.

In laymen's language; Cannabis promotes brain growth and works as an anti depressant. In other words, Cannabis has the potential to make you smarter and happier - now officially proven.

The station foyer, the only place accessible to the public, is little bigger than a cupboard where locals report their losses, complaints and woes to officers through a window.

The impression is more of a fortress than the friendly notion of neighbourhood policing that British forces are desperate to foster. This station is at the centre of one of the most sensitive corruption investigations the Metropolitan Police has faced for decades.
Allegations of evidence fabrication and theft of suspects’ property developed into more serious claims that some individuals were subjected to violence and ill treatment amounting to torture. One claimant made an allegation of having been subjected to waterboarding.

The chain of events began last November when officers from Enfield carried out a series of raids. Addresses in Enfield and Tottenham were searched after a tip-off that people living there were involved in cannabis dealing.

Four men and a woman were arrested and charged with importation of a Class C drug.

On December 4 the defendants appeared before Enfield Magistrates’ Court and the case was committed for a Crown Court trial.

The drug case appears to have been the catalyst for an inquiry into activities at Edmonton station by the Scotland Yard Directorate of Professional Standards, the Met’s anti-corruption unit. This team is known in police slang as the Rubber Heelers — so named “because you can’t hear them coming”.

In this inquiry they appear to have lived up to their reputation. It is understood that video probes and covert listening devices were planted inside the police station to gather evidence.

Initially the directorate’s inquiry focused on claims of theft of property from people who had been arrested in Enfield. More specifically that referred to allegations that valuable items — including flat-screen televisions, computers and iPods — had disappeared from police stores.

In February four officers were suspended and a further seven placed on restricted duties. The action was said to be in connection with allegations of “mishandling of property” and coincided with the conviction and imprisonment of a female civilian worker at the station who was caught trying to burn records.

But the investigation had already taken a more dramatic turn and was examining disturbing claims that some officers had ill-treated suspects.

Information gleaned during the police’s internal inquiry had chimed with claims made by some of the defendants in the cannabis inquiry.

At least one of those people had made an allegation of “waterboarding” at the time of the raid and arrests in November.

Senior officers have been horrified by the allegations. One source said: “This is as bad as it gets — these allegations are being treated with the utmost seriousness.”

Another source claimed that although serious, the allegations were “more Life on Mars than Guantánamo Bay”.

The source said that the allegations had yet to be proved: “It might not be about tying someone to a board, more like shoving their heads in a bowl of water.”

The pending trial of the suspects in the drug case, however, threatened to derail the anti-corruption inquiries.

It was set for March 12 at Wood Green Crown Court, and opened with an extraordinary move from counsel for the Crown Prosecution Service. The prosecutor applied for a public interest immunity certificate, a legal device by which a hearing can be held in secrecy. The judge granted the application and the Crown then explained to the closed court why it was dropping the cannabis allegations.

A CPS spokesman explained: “If we had continued [with the ]trial] we would have compromised a wideranging criminal investigation into the activities of a number of police officers.”

With the trial abandoned, on April 3 the Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards briefed the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) to ensure that the further progress of the inquiry could be assessed externally. The IPCC decided to carry out a fully independent inquiry led by its own team of investigators.

Last night the IPCC said that its inquiry was focusing on six officers. A spokesman said: “A team of investigators, led by a senior IPCC investigator, continue to investigate this case.

“So far, IPCC investigators have conducted house-to-house inquiries, appealed for witnesses and taken statements. This is an ongoing criminal investigation and as such all six officers will be criminally interviewed under caution.”

To date, there have been no arrests and no charges.

We are reporting improvement of symptoms of schizophrenia in a small group of patients who received the cannabinoid agonist dronabinol (synthetic Δ-9-tetrahydrocannabinol). Before this report, cannabinoids had usually been associated with worsening of psychotic symptoms. In a heuristic, compassionate use study, we found that 4 of 6 treatment-refractory patients with severe chronic schizophrenia but who had a self-reported history of improving with marijuana abuse improved with dronabinol. This improvement seems to have been a reduction of core psychotic symptoms in 3 of the 4 responders and not just nonspecific calming. There were no clinically significant adverse effects. These results complement the recent finding that the cannabinoid blocker rimonabant does not improve schizophrenic symptoms and suggest that the role of cannabinoids in psychosis may be more complex than previously thought. They open a possible new role for cannabinoids in the treatment of schizophrenia.

Cannalytics - Cannabis Fingerprint & THC Test kit
The Cannalyse - Cannabis Fingerprint kit is a unique mini-laboratory for home use. The fingerprint kit also contains a unique standardized & high performance developing protocol for thin layer chromatography, specific for cannabinoids and a total-extraction specific for Cannabis. The cannabinoids will be separated and identified on special impregnated TLC-plates.

Only a minimal amount of sample (100 mg) is needed for total cannabinoid extraction.

No laboratory in the world offers a Cannabis fingerprint. "you see what you get".
The Cannalyse - Cannabis Fingerprint kit is a real (phyto-chemistry) mini-laboratory! You can do this unique test at home on the table. No chemical background is required for proper performances of the test!

Test not just for THC and delta-9 but delta-8 THC, THCV, CBG, CBNV, CBND as well. All the cryptics will be separated and after spraying with dye, clearly visible as different colored spots on the TLC-plate!

Total extraction means that THC residing inside the resin-producing stalked glandular trichomic cells will be released and there for measured as well. The extraction solvent will disrupt all the cell walls. So, all THC will be released.
In contrast to analytical laboratories where alcohol or hexane is used as extraction solvent which will "wash" only the oil
droplets on the trichomes away. The greenish colour (= chlorophyl a and b) of the extraction solvent is an indication of
the total extraction.

The importance of detection, identification and accurate quantification of the main cannabinoids (THC, CBG, CBC)
grows with the increased commitment by global marihuana user groups, patients, clinical institutes, governmental
institutions, and recreational users, for safety & quality standards and labels for all Cannabis products.
This demands the control of the safety (presence of pesticides, heavy metals, dioxins etc.) and quality of
Cannabis.

I found this a couple of years ago and was blown away with it. A home kit that will tell you whether it is quailty cannabis or not, no need for it here in england cause all the weed here is the best, yet no-one understands what this products potential is. I think it is a must in understanding which strain work best. [/url]
