Local talent and Late Show regular Hysteric has released a new pressing of Italo flavors. It will be available locally from Northside Records and online at Clone or Bordello A Parigi.

A mix CD by Hysteric is also available with the purchase locally. The C.D mix is fully mastered and limited to the first few purchases. Titled "Italo City" it is a unique blend of specific Italo Disco made between '82 and '89.

If you missed his set here last year then you missed a jaw dropping performance from a consummate professional, electing to open the front room and guide the night himself from start to finish. The Tullio De Piscopo Stop Bajon surprised me on first listen and it took me 5 minutes to realize it had already been a Late Show anthem. indstrom is not so much a throwback (2006) but it stops me playing boring Nu Disco.

This week we welcome one of Philly's finest - Low B - on his 3rd visit to TLS. A DJ's DJ, he's had fingers in a host of club music pies over the last decade: producer, record seller, prolific mixtaper, co-founder of Hollertronix with Diplo and of the reknowned DJ messageboards now known as hollerboard.com and even a stint as MIA's tour DJ. Backroom rolls from 8pm sampling disco, boogie, cutups, afro, house and the rest. Front room gets going from 1am with upfront club and bass sounds. Residents Ransom, Nick Thayer and Paz, guests Booshank, Danielsan, Junji Masayama & Disco Harry plus Boogs from 6.30am.
